The house is roomy, yet cozy. This listing is for one 10x14 comfortable bedroom with a Craftmatic adjustable/massager full size bed. Your bathroom is the house bathroom and is rarely shared with others...only a visitor if there happens to be one.
WiFi internet is available 24/7. To foster serenity there is no TV. However, there is a 42" flat screen with Netflix and a variety of DVDs and VHS tapes.
For animal lovers > Toby the dog is the friendly greeter; the horses in the barn adore being pet; and Lunar kitty is soft and loves to cuddle;. There is acreage to explore; and parking in front is no problem.
Breakfast is help yourself to a variety of foods, juices, teas, toast, fresh fruits, and whatever else is available. If you wish suggestions are offered for your activities, plus great conversation.
This ranch is a wonderful, just out of the city getaway. Neat as a pin, clean, and cheery. You will feel like you are a million miles away, but it is only a short jaunt in the car to local venues. The NeighborhoodThis area is comprised of nice homes on acreage. Most all neighbors have livestock ranging from horses, cattle, pigs, goats, sheep, chickens and more. We also have abundant wildlife: deer, bald eagles, and birds of every genre.
Sam's Valley is a lush meadow basin dotted with trees and surrounded by the foothills, the Table Rocks (great hiking) and the expansive sky view offers wonderful starry nights with moon and sunrises over Mt. McLaughlin. Getting AroundNo public transport nearby, so you'll need independent vehicles to travel. Other Things to NoteToby the dog and his cat Lunar are indoor-outdoor pets. If you have allergies be aware as they do sleep inside at night. Also, you are welcome to come and go at your leisure, but please keep gates and front doors closed for Toby's safety.
