Private yard/Patio. Owner on and sometimes off property. 1/2 hour from Buffalo, Galleria Mall, Lake Erie Sunsets at Woodlawn Beach State Park. 1 mile from Knox Farm State Park. Runner/Cyclist paradise with multitude of parks and running routes. One or two bedrooms. King size bed in large family room. New Kitchen with granite counters and tile floors. Quality cookware and utensils provided. Great for short and long-term stays. No parties or entertaining. Dozens of 5 star reviews from previous guests on airbn: "My family of four had a fantastic time at the house in east aurora. The house was the perfect home base for our visit to family and gave us the privacy we needed to get away too. My children loved using the sled Suzanne provided to play in the snow while we stayed warm inside sipping hot tea and coffee provided for us in the kitchen. The house had a great layout and really was very well thought out for most any type of traveller! We would stay here again on our next trip to the buffalo area." Gwen January 2016 Suzanne's apartment was amazing; warm, welcoming and beautifully furnished. My friends and I had a great stay! Suzanne was extremely accommodating, allowing us to check in a bit early and working around our schedule. She was very friendly and helpful with everything. We could have easily stayed a few days! Kim January 2016 This space was even better than advertised (which is saying something, as the pictures are quite nice). Clean, quiet and comfortable, it is complete with all the necessary amenities to make anyone feel at home. It is conveniently located only 25 minutes outside of Downtown Buffalo, and about 20 minutes to Ralph Wilson Stadium in the beautiful suburb of East Aurora -- making it the perfect place to stay if you want to be close to the action, but not too close. The real star of this listing however, is Suzanne, the unbelievably gracious host who went above and beyond on NUMEROUS occasions to make sure our entire party had everything we needed and then some. We were all in town for the first time to watch the Jets-Bills game on Sunday, and Suzanne even went as far as drawing us a map (complete with back road directions) to the stadium so we could beat the typical traffic AND let us borrow her firepit for the tailgate (Ah! Buffalo in January!). As a standup comedian, I travel fairly often for work and have taken to using Airbnbs over the last year or so and while I've never had a bad experience, people like Suzanne make it truly wonderful. Naturally, I would recomend this place to anyone looking to visit the Buffalo area. I could continue to go on and on about how great the stay was, however, I don't want to make it sound TOO good, because selfishly I would be very disappointed if this space became so popular that it wasn't available the next time I was in town (lol) John December 2015 As soon as we walked in the door we knew we had made the right choice to stay in this beautifully decorated and cozy home. Although it is a basement apartment, you would never know that once you are inside. After a long car ride with two young children we were all ready to just relax and that was easily accomplished once we dove under the covers of the pillow top beds. The warm quilted blankets and loving pillows made sleeping after a long drive a vacation in itself. The kitchen has everything you need to make a simple breakfast or large family dinner. There were plenty of towels in the bathroom and the washer and dryer is readily available if you need to do laundry before heading home. A nice big tv in front of the comfy couch and plenty of books and games throughout ensured our children were happy and occupied. From start to finish of our vacation we couldn't be happier with our decision to stay in this lovely and cozy home away from home. Nichole December 2015 Suzanne was a very gracious hostess and very welcoming to my family. The home was very nice. It was great to wake up in the morning and seeing deer on the lawn. My daughter said the bed was the most comfortable she ever slept in. We want to come back next year! Kathleen December 2015 Suzanne was a wonderful host! She was very responsive through the whole process and accommodated a remote check-in on Thanksgiving Day! She provided a basket full of breakfast food on our first morning (delicious bread, bagels, eggs, oranges) in addition to the items already in the house (coffee, milk, etc). Wi-fi was perfect. The rental space is a basement apartment but it does not feel like it at all. The lower level is above ground in the back and has lots of windows and light. The beds are sooooo comfortable and cozy!
