The NeighborhoodThe surrounding area is usually very quiet as it is several blocks from most student rentals. Bailey is primarily a family/professional residential neighborhood. The attractive tree lined winding streets are safe and perfect for walking destinations. This location is only six blocks from Grand River Avenue, the north-eastern edge of the MSU Campus. Getting AroundMy home has a large driveway with free parking on the back side of the house which will handle a trailer if you happen to be a festival artist, musician or just traveling through.

The campus itself is absolutely truly wonderful: horticultural gardens, spring blossoming crab apples, extensive variety of deciduous and conifer trees surrounding many one hundred year old brick buildings. Oh, and MSU Sports!
