Interaction with GuestsMy intention is to offer you a professional service in a friendly unobtrusive atmosphere with varying degrees of interaction depending on your needs. This property is my home, where I live full time, I will be in and out daily. You will also be free to come and go as you please without regard for my schedule. The NeighborhoodThe surrounding area is usually very quiet as it is several blocks from most student rentals. Bailey is primarily a family/professional residential neighborhood. The attractive tree lined winding streets are safe and perfect for walking destinations. This location is only six blocks from Grand River Avenue, the north-eastern edge of the MSU Campus. In addition one of the finest shopping experiences ever is Mackerel Sky~ Gallery of Contemporary Craft. The Guidebook lists all these places and much more. Admission is free. Also free tours on Sat & Sun 1pm & 3pm. The campus itself is absolutely truly wonderful: horticultural gardens, spring blossoming crab apples, extensive variety of deciduous and conifer trees surrounding many one hundred year old brick buildings. Oh, and MSU Sports! Our community is host to many fine festivals—art, blues, jazz, folk, and singing—along with a plethora of Michigan State University activities: l welcome people from all cultures from all parts of the world and strive to provide the clean, relaxing and comfortable Bed and Bath experience I would like to experience myself.
