The Space"Arts & craft movement" farm house with three bedrooms, two full baths, pool (Memorial Day-Labor Day for minimum stays of 2 months), deck, BBQ, large backyard and front and back porches. One and 1/2 hour commute to Manhattan by car or bus (except during rush hour). Five minute walk to Jitney (bus) to NYC and all points east. Easy walk to village, restaurants, shopping. Ten to fifteen minutes to bay and ocean beaches by car. Summer toys and beach gear available on premises. In the fall and winter, enjoy lovely foliage and quiet walks on the beach. Guest Room Configuration: Ground Floor Room: Queen size bed 2d Floor Room 1: Twin Size Trundle Bed 2d Floor Room 2: 1 Twin and 1 Full Size Bed PLEASE NOTE: Although the house accommodates 6 comfortably, we reserve the right to refuse bookings for over 4 guests or to charge additional fees for extra guests. The SpaceAn updated 5 bedroom 3.5 bath 80's contemporary with in ground pool and enormous deck. House sits on a wooded acre lot and offers seclusion and tranquility while just 10 minutes to local beaches and town. Newly Renovated Hampton's contemporary available for the perfect weekly/monthly rental. This updated 3600 sq. foot, 2 story home features open plan living on a wooded acre with large deck for entertaining. 10 minutes from the beach and town. The 1000 sq ft living area has over 18 windows and doors for a complete indoor/outdoor experience. The double height kitchen with 8 foot island is equipped with a double door KitchenAid refrigerator, gagneau cooktop and brand new Krups coffee maker and toaster. All cookware and flatware is brand new. The reclaimed dining table seats 10 and sits under 8 picture windows. Sit by the wood burning fireplace and enjoy the 50"LCD smart tv with netflix and pandora from the low modern sectional sofa under the 50" dome skylight. The master wing is double height with 2 sets of sliding doors to the deck and a built in king size bed with circular mahogany headboard. the en suite bathroom, completely renovated, has a large slate shower stall, freestanding deep soaking tub and double sinks set in wood slab as well as heated floors and towel racks. The guest wing entails 2 bedrooms ( 1 queen bed, 1 full bed) connected by a jack and jill bathroom. Each room has their own 1/2 bath while sharing a shower stall and tub. Upstairs offers a child's room ( twin bed) plus full bathroom, kids loft and bonus bedroom. Outside you have a 1200 sq foot wooden deck with 18X36 in ground salt water pool. There is a outdoor dining that seats 8, plus 4 chaise lounges, hammock and brand new weber grill. This secluded wooded lot has southern exposure offering the optimal mix of full sun and shade. Beaches on Dune road are 10 minutes away and we are located 10 minutes from Riverhead, Westhampton and Hampton Bays ( 10 minute drive each). E. Quogue main street, Wildlife Reserve, Golf and Local farms are 5 minutes away. guests will have access to entire house, pool and deck. E. Quogue, only 90 miles form NYC, is the perfect getaway. The home on this private street, is set in a wooded acre with low traffic. Beaches and town are close by and the local farms add a low key charm to the town. Cars are necessary. Local attractions include: Quogue Wildlife Refuge, Riverhead Aquarium, Bowling, Playgrounds, Tanger Outlet Shopping Mall, Wineries. Guest Accessguests will have access to entire house, pool and deck. The SpaceThe house is a 7 bedroom/4.5 bathroom Hamptons house. There is also a queen sized pull out couch in the finished basement. The house has a heated swimming pool (may - september), year round hot tub, tennis court, 1/2 basketball court, billiard and foosball table, cable television in all 7 bedrooms and around 5 minutes from the beach. The kitchen is updated with stainless steel appliances and there is an outdoor grill area with a built-in Viking grill. The house is ideally located and has plenty of amenities for a family or group of professional friends. Guests can access Southampton, Hamptons Bays, Westhampton and Riverhead within 15 - 20 minutes. This house is a non-smoking house. Any renters that are found to have smoked in the house are at risk of losing their entire security deposit. LIRR and Hampton Jitney stops are within 5 - 8 minutes from the house. The neighborhood is quiet and there are many great restaurants within a 10 minute car ride. The SpaceMaster bedroom in newly renovated modern home 4 BR, 3 BT in quiet private community. Lots of outdoor deck space overlooking the canal with views of Shinnecock Bay. Enjoy the wineries, go shopping in discount or upscale store, or nothing at all! The master suite is quite spectacular with cathedral ceiling, it's own covered outdoor deck and bathroom with steam shower. This is right on the water with beautiful canal and bay views and walking distance to a beautiful sandy beach. It is the perfect place whether you are a boater or if you just want to relax by the water in the peace and quiet of a safe enclave with very limited traffic. The house is very close to several sandy bay beaches and conveniently located to the North Fork wineries and farm stands as well as shopping (either discount shopping in Riverhead or high end boutiques in Southampton) In case you have a bigger group, the house has two additional bedrooms upstairs (one with a full size bed and the other with two twins) share a bathroom with a jacuzzi bath tub. The 4th bedroom is downstairs with two twin beds. This listing is for the master suite. East Quogue is located right where Long Island splits into North and South Fork. There is easy access to the South fork and all the Hamptons or the more relaxed atmosphere of the North Fork with its wineries and farmstands. It is close to both ocean and bay beaches, as well as public golf courses, and lots of shopping. There is easy access to all of the Hamptons. Westhampton, Southampton etc are an easy drive away, as are ocean beaches, parks, upscale and discount shopping, restaurants, farmers markets, etc. Access to other towns: Westhampton: 5 minutes Riverhead: 15 minutes Southampton: 20 minutes East Hampton: 35 minutes Sag Harbor: 45 minutes Getting AroundGetting to the house is easy. The drive from NYC takes 90 minutes without traffic. The location is well before the typical Hampton's traffic snarl ups. You can also take LIRR train or the Hampton Jitney bus. The Hampton Jitney has a convenient airport transfer stop. LIRR Westhampton stop is 15 minutes away, Hampton Bays stop is 10 minutes away and for the most frequent service Speonk is 20 minutes away. Other Things to Note1. Kitchen Usually I do a quick hands-on showing how to use certain things in the Kitchen that you think you might use (stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and show where everything is: new plates, cups, ice buckets, all BBQ supplies, blenders, coffee pot/filters/mugs, pots/pans, garbage bags, etc. There are two refrigerators (one in kitchen one in garage). Let me know if you need the 2nd one (garage) and I will plug it in the night before so the freezer is ready for you by check-in. 2. Bathrooms All 6 1/2 bathrooms will have at least one liquid hand-soap, 3 folded towels and a new roll of toilet tissue paper (ppl always ask this one). If you run out of towels you will find an additional stockpile either in one of the two laundry rooms on the 1st or 2nd floor or in the master bedroom closet (which I will show). Each bathroom also a small trash can with a plastic bag. We ask that any tissue paper, etc, be thrown in the garbage pail, not flushed to mitigate any remote chance of a clogging issue(s). 3. Bedrooms Six of the seven bedrooms have a queen bed and the seventh bedroom (The Jungle Room) has a king sized bed, one box of tissue, one liquid hand sanitizer and a hard copy of Dan's Papers weekly paper (see (URL HIDDEN) in ea room which will comes out ea Friday as long as it is still in print. See (URL HIDDEN) for "all things" Hamptons. 4. Internet WIFI: NETGEAR58 Password: vastlightning292. The Modem and the Router are in the Master Bedroom which is near the deck in the backyard so you should not have any problem accessing the internet from any areas in the house, however, I put in a wifi-extender just in case anyone has trouble accessing the net from the deck or pool patio areas. If that happens just scan for NETGEAR58_5GEXT (and use the same password vastlightning292). We have a high-speed internet package so multiple ppl online will not have issues. 5. BBQ Brand new Weber purchased Aug 2014. Propane will be connected to the new BBQ and I will show whoever is grilling how to use. Important Note: Whoever is grilling should not forget to shut off the gas knobs on the BBQ panel as well as the valve on the propane tank. If someone doesn't shut off the knobs properly/fully the propane keeps flowing gas to the BBQ after the flames are out it - a hazard if anyone is on the deck smoking cigarettes. Easy to follow once I show for any BBQ novice. 6. Outdoor Heated Spa and Rock Waterfall The outdoor Heated Spa and Waterfall is controlled by me remotely (by phone app) via (URL HIDDEN) No need for anyone to touch any of the pool equip. I give you 5hrs/day (any 5 hrs you want) for heated outdoor spa. Just tell me at check in (or text me during your stay) when you want the spa on/off. I set the temp to 99 degrees (max is 104). It takes about 20 min for the spa to get hot so give me at least 30+ min notice before your guests intend to use it. Text me or call, even at nighttime. In addition to heating the spa I turn on the spa jets and blower. If late at night and the blower makes too much noise for you just text me "blower off" (the spa will still be hot and the spa jets will stay on). The Rock Waterfall is another feature which you can have turned on if you want for approx 2.5hrs/day so text me anytime the times you want this on/off. The reason why only 2.5 hrs is b/c over time the rock waterfall deposits sediment into the corner of the pool which is unattractive so this is how we mitigate that. A nice feature when your guests are on the deck and/or pool patio. 7. Town Ordinance Rule/Garage If you might have more than 5 cars you must put 1-3 cars in the 3-car garage. I will give you 1-2 garage door openers if you need. A local town ordinance is very strict in that you are only allowed 5 cars max in the driveway and no cars can be in the street overnight (11pm the latest) or you can get a ticket and a knock on the door by code enforcement. Guests typically ignore this one rule but it actually is more important for you as they ticket the 6th and 7th+ cars directly. 8. Central Air Conditioning There are 4 zones for Air Conditioning (1st Fl, 2nd Fl, Master BR and Jr Master BR). You can keep the bedroom doors closed to preserve the temperatures in those rooms while enjoying the common areas. We add 4lbs of freon to the 1st Floor A/C every June so it is runs top notch. 9. Key, Damage Deposit I will give you 1-2 keys for the house and 1-2 garage door openers. I will return the security/damage deposit within 72 hours after I get the keys/garage door openers back, have the house house-cleaned and do a thorough walk-through. 10. Misc Bring paper towels and any bath supplies (shower gel, soap, etc), but towels not necessary as we have plenty of those. You can use the dryers to dry towels (and/or washer/dryer).

We are however only 15 minutes away and available to help you with whatever you need. We have as much interaction with our guests as they would like. We know some people welcome interaction and others just want to get away and like to have as much privacy as possible. The NeighborhoodThe house is in a private community with a sandy beach and marina a 10 minute walk down a tree lined street from the house. There are also several bay and ocean beaches a short drive away. East Quogue is a quaint town with lovely restaurants and a nearby farm stand with fresh local vegetables and flowers. East Quogue is located right where Long Island splits into North and South Fork. There is easy access to the South fork and all the Hamptons or the more relaxed atmosphere of the North Fork with its wineries and farm stands. It is close to both ocean and bay beaches, as well as public golf courses, and lots of shopping. We provide a detailed document with local activities. There is easy access to all of the Hamptons. Westhampton, Southampton etc are an easy drive away, as are ocean beaches, parks, upscale and discount shopping, restaurants, farmers markets, etc. Westhampton: 5 minutes Riverhead: 15 minutes Southampton: 20 minutes East Hampton: 35 minutes Sag Harbor: 45 minutes Getting AroundGetting to the house is easy. The drive from NYC takes 90 minutes without traffic. The location is well before the typical Hampton's traffic snarl ups. You can also take LIRR train or the Hampton Jitney bus. The Hampton Jitney has a convenient airport transfer stop. LIRR Westhampton stop is 15 minutes away, Hampton Bays stop is 10 minutes away and for the most frequent train service Speonk is 20 minutes away. Other Things to NoteWe speak fluent French, Dutch and German as well as our usual English, so we can perhaps help you in your own language with any questions you may have. We have a 3 night minimum for May, June and September. FOR JULY AND AUGUST WE HAVE A WEEK MINIMUM AND OUR CHANGEOVER DAY IS SUNDAY.
