Victoria Park was originally established in 1894 but was absorbed into the Perth City Councli in 1917. Getting AroundThere are high frequency bus services on Shepperton Rd and the nearby Carlisle Train Station is 600 metres away. Other Things to NoteAs electricity prices are high in Western Australia, we set a $5.00 per day allowance. This is more than sufficient for average use with our own personal use being less than this. Features LCD / TV / DVD system in every room, included is a new private bathroom and small kitchen you don't need to share with anyone, Also there is a private courtyard great for meals, drinks, reading or just relaxing. We do not provide breakfast or any meals, however you can cook whatever you choose and you don't need to fight over the kitchen. The Laundry is shared with us.     This is our best Room we have within our shared residence, This Bedroom is totally separate from the main house with private bedroom, private bathroom, private courtyard and entrance. All our rooms are fully equipped with own fridge, private television, DVD Player and Free high speed Fibre optic unlimited internet, perfect for skype ing back home to loved ones or catching up on television from back home. The Location here is second to none, being only stone's throw to Perth's premier Restaurant and dining district with over 50 international restaurants and markets within a 5 minute walk !! The Main East Victoria Park Shopping Centre and train and bus routes are only just 100m walk away with a quick ride to the Perth CBD. For a detailed check on the area, best to check Albany Hwy corner Mint St on Google Earth. Additionally there are several free facilities included with this room which are shared with 3 other rooms / guests usually couples on Holiday, business people and occasionally international performers. However, We Do not provide breakfast. This is not only cheaper than a Hotel room, here you also get free use of "SHARED" facilities like a full kitchen, Lounge room, dining room and Laundry........ HOWEVER......., this does come with a catch......... !!!.
