The SpaceFabulous Remsenburg/Eastport waterfront modern home with direct waterway to Moriches Bay and the ocean. This house is a true treasure for people who love sports and comes with the owners's 22 foot AXIS - VANDAL boat for you to enjoy - waterskis, wakeboards, paddle boards included. Waterside heated gunite salt water pool 15x70 for play and lap swimming. In rainy weather you can still enjoy your swim in the indoors endless pool, play pingpong downstairs or watch a movie in the separate media room with screen TV. This house was gut-renovated in 2010 and has a beautiful modern vibe. Six bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms divided over 2 separate floors to have ultimate privacy when you are entertaining friends. Wide plank white American oak on first and second floors. Kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances (all Miele) and state-of-the-art Lutron electronics, SONOS sound system in every room and outside. Large deck, beautifully landscaped garden, swingset, firepit, large BBQ, outside shower and gorgeous waterviews. The SpacePolicies: (URL HIDDEN) The bedroom suites are for lodging only; food service and daily turn-down service is not included. Breakfast and other meals are available at numerous local establishments. Minimum stay 30 consecutive days. Monthly guests are invited to use, and maintain, the kitchen and laundry between the hours of 8am and 8pm, when not being used by others. Guests are responsible for supplying their own towels, robes, bed sheets, pillows, and coverings. Additionally guests are responsible for all expendables, such as soaps, tissues, toilet paper, shampoo, etc. Room is to be fully cleaned at least once a month. Expect complete background check(s) to be performed. The cost(s) for background check(s) will be deducted from the 50% deposit and is non-refundable. The fully completed registration form and payment must be received, and background check(s) completed, at least two (2) weeks prior to occupancy. A 50% deposit is required to confirm reservation. Balance is to be paid at least two weeks prior to arrival. A security deposit may be required. Upon confirmation of reservation dates with RCI property manager, a PayPal invoice will be generated. All payments are non refundable. NYS & Local Sales tax (11.625%) will be added to all rates. Stays longer than thirty (30) days are not subject to 3.00% Suffolk County occupancy tax. Each suite and furnishings are in pristine, functional condition, and are to be maintained the same way. The RCI property manager will inspect each suite prior to guest(s) departure, determine the cost to repair or replace (if applicable), then deduct the cost of repair/replacement from the security deposit. We are unable to accommodate children or pets. Access to the RCI office (above garage), garage, master bedroom, and lowest level of guest home are not included or entry permitted for renters/guests. The SpaceThe private bedroom has a queen bed, TV with (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) Chrome, antique writing desk, overhead and table lighting and club chair for reading. The full bath with shower is next to the guest room and is shared with my roommate. Guest AccessBesides the guest room, guests are welcome to hang out in the living room, dining room, kitchen or den (basically the entire first floor). I have a fenced in yard on an acre with a covered deck with plenty of furniture to relax on. Light breakfast is provided (coffee, tea, croissants, yogurt, fruit, cereal). Interaction with GuestsI work M-F and will be accessible in person and via text if you would like any ideas on what to do during your stay. I am a social person by nature, so if you prefer minimal interactions just let me know so as not to invade your personal space! The NeighborhoodWhere the house located is called the "Gateway to the Hamptons" because of how easy it is to get to Westhampton Beach, Dune Road, and all points out east. The house is within 1 mile of two major roadways which can take you to the north or south forks, where there is a ton of fine and casual dining, shopping, beaches, cultural attractions, wineries, breweries, even a vodka distillery. I am happy to give suggestions based on your preferences. Getting AroundIf you stay with us, you are going to need your own car, as public transportation is limited. We live in a private development where all of the homes are on acre lots, and there are no attractions within walking distance. Other Things to NoteI live with my boyfriend and a roommate in a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house. There is separate apartment that is occupied and will not affect your stay. The house is located on a cul-de-sac with only 2 homes so there is plenty of unrestricted street parking. We have a 9-month-old golden doodle, who is friendly and social like me :) He is a licker, but does not bite, chew on anything other than his toys, and is house trained. He is sometimes with a relative during the day while we are at work so he is not lonely, but otherwise will be home in a separate gated space.

There is a gourmet kitchen with stainless state of the art appliances, granite countertops, center island, breakfast nook and formal diningr room . The great room has a fireplace and 55 inch smart tv . Doors from great room and master suite lead to trex deck overlooking inground pool , jacuzzi, private man-made beach, fire pit and gardens. Yard also features outdoor dining table with seating for 8 and built in kitchen, bar , daybed, 8 chaise lounges . Boardwalk and footbridge lead to private dock for fishing and or boating. French doors lead to lower level fitness room featuring full bath. Second floor features family room with fireplace and half bath , two additional bedrooms with connecting full bath. One featuring queen size bed ,sitting area with doors from this room and family room opening to additional sundeck overlooking pool and canal.
