The SpaceThe guest room on the 2nd floor of our 1889 Victorian home in Wheat Ridge/Edgewater. It is a 15 x 15 room with a Full size bed, dresser, closet, two windows, ceiling fan and a day bed. The shared bath and my office are just down the hall. Guest AccessBathroom, Kitchen, Dining Room and entire outdoor yard and garden. Interaction with GuestsI am very social but my level of interaction depends on my availability. I work at home typically but not always. I generally make coffee for my guests. Sometimes i also make breakfast with the eggs from my chickens. The NeighborhoodThe neighborhood is mostly quiet. My property is a full acre old homestead with a barn-yard for the goats and chickens. Walking distance (5 to 12 blocks) to several restaurants and bars. Getting AroundThe bus runs right by the house and stops out front. Simple 20 minute single bus ride to downtown Denver. Other Things to NoteI work at home and am around much of the day. I don't make much noise other than occasional phone calls. Some noise from neighborhood traffic/activity and occasionally my rooster if your window is open. We don't have (or need) air conditioning.

The SpaceFull private studio apartment with queen size murphy bed, WiFi internet, walk to bars & restaurants. The property is a historic 1889 homestead with everything modernized. The apartment is situated on second level above a detached garage. The property has a huge yard with available patio table and chairs. We also have goats and chickens on the property, fresh eggs! It is near Sloans Lake/park and Crown Hill lake/park between Denver and Golden. Easy access to downtown and the mountains. Close to Exempla Lutheran Hospital,the historic and famous Casa Bonita restaurant, and to Lakeside amusement park. We are on the bus route (easy single ride) to Downtown Denver, Elitch Garden Amusement park, Mile-Hi Stadium, Pepsi Center, Denver Aquarium and Coors Field. There is one off-street parking space right next to the entrance and additional parking on the street out front. Guest AccessAccess to yard on the property with BBQ, fire pit, patio table and more. The NeighborhoodWalk to several restaurants, bars, bike shops, dispensaries and more. Getting AroundOn bus route #28 direct from downtown Denver. The bus stops directly in front of the house. From the airport take the train to downtown then bus 28.

The SpaceThe home is actually 3 bedrooms with an office, but we keep one of the bedrooms locked off as a personal storage for our belongings while we have guests using the house. You still have approximately 1,300 square ft. available with a nice kitchen, living room and 2 good sized bedrooms. The back patio has an above ground fire pit with an outdoor couch and patio table. The home comes furnished with all the basic necessities as well as a 54" Flat Screen in the living room and a 32" Flat Screen in the master bedroom. There is a main street a block away with great restaurants and bars, as well as a beautiful Lake/Park just down the street. Downtown is close by car or bike, as well as The Pepsi Center and Sport Authority Field for sporting events. Utilities are included in this price and have approximately a $300 value/month. Guest AccessThe guests will have private access to the home. There are two off-street parking spots in the driveway, as well as plenty of free and plentiful on-street parking in the front. Interaction with GuestsWe will be renting for longer periods of time and will mostly be out of town with a local friend and neighbor keeping an eye on things and we will be able to be reached whenever needed. The NeighborhoodI love the neighborhood for it's easy access to not only the city but also the mountains. We have 3 different Highways within a 5 min drive to easily access anywhere you want to go. Getting AroundThere is a bus stop right off the backyard to get downtown or around the city. There are trails and bike lanes all of the way downtown. As mentioned before we have easy access to 3 major highways and you can get around easily in a car as well as public transportation. Other Things to NoteWe are currently looking to rent our home from February 9th - March 1st and will work with any renter on the price that will stay that whole time. The minimum rental is a week. We can possibly work out a deal if someone also stays for two full weeks within that time frame.

The SpaceThis space is great for folks traveling for work or play. It's quiet and clean, and very easy to get downtown, or west toward the mountains. The guest room also has an ironing board and iron for those traveling for work. Guest AccessThis listing is for the garden apartment in our home. Only this space is available for guest use, as we live in the upstairs. Free street parking is available anywhere around our home. Chase Street is recommended over 26th, as it tends to be quieter and less traveled. Interaction with GuestsWe are available via phone throughout your stay. The NeighborhoodFor information about Edgewater, visit: (website hidden) Getting AroundParking is available on the street anywhere around our home. There is also pubic transportation (bus) just 2 blocks from the house that goes straight into downtown (approximately a 35 minute ride; 15-20 minutes driving). If you are in town for a Broncos game or concert, we live 2.5 miles (about 8 minutes from Sports Authority Field). Other Things to NoteWe do not allow pets, sorry! We live in a very friendly, residential neighborhood. Please be kind and respectful to our community!

If you use the dishwasher, please do not put any non-stick pans in there. Those will need to be washed by hand. Heat: This is set automatically so please contact me if you need to adjust it for some reason.

    The SpaceReally cool 4x8 lightweight camper trailer. Has a 6 inch memory foam mattress. Comes automatically with linens, 2 pillows, blanket, and comforter. You can request a full "Camp Ready" package for $45 which includes the following: 2-Burner Stove, 1 tank propane, cooking pots/pans, cooking utensils, set of 4 (cutlery, cups, plates), coffee strainer w/ filters, can opener, bottle opener, prongs, garbage bags and zip locks, battery lantern, foldable table, 2 camp chairs, dish soap/sponge, 5-gallon water jug (filled), large cooler, TP paper towels, bungees, small first aid kit. Basically all you need with the Camp Ready package is to bring your personal items (clothes), ice and food. Camper can comfortably sleep two adults, plus a small child. Pets are allowed to join you, but cannot sleep inside cabin. Camper trailer has two windows (with curtains), a skylight, one door and 2 LED lights. In the front of the trailer there is a metal storage basket for the cooler, water jug or extras. There is a 2-inch hitch on the back of the trailer for a bike rack or add'l storage rack. These can be requested separately. Can be taken to any maintained campground or low clearance accessible camping areas. Cannot be taken on high clearance, off-road areas. Must have a 2-inch tow hitch receiver, 2" tow ball, and a standard 4-flat connector (for brake/blinker lights). 2 night minimum stay. You can pick up anytime after 3PM of your reservation date, and drop-off before 1PM on your departure date ($25 late or early fee if you need to extend your pick-up or drop off times) . Ample alley and street parking, bbq grill, fully stocked kitchen, board games and books to enjoy with your friends! The NeighborhoodEdgewater is a quaint neighborhood, steps from beautiful Sloan's Lake, minutes from Denver, and easy access to the mountains. Main Street on 25th street is chock full of great restaurants, a brewery, food trucks, yoga, parks, and more. Getting AroundMy home is only a few blocks from the light rail and convenient to many bus stops. Target and the grocery store are located only 4 blocks away and there is a gas station about a block away. Edgewater's main street is located on 25th & Sheridan, about an 8 block walk, and has great restaurants and bars. I suggest Joyride Brewery for a beer and food trucks, Providence for a British pub atmosphere, and US Thai for great Thai food. There are also many restaurants along Sheridan.

It is perfect for short term stays while house or apartment hunting in Denver, Bronchos Games, all Denver Sports and visitor venues, world class ski mountains. This is one apartment in a 4 plex - the other tenants have long term leases. Parking is available. Guest AccessGuests have access to all areas in the apartment except the owners closet in the living room. Interaction with GuestsWe are local and available for questions about the area, the unit or Colorado in general. We can be interactive with you or not depending on your privacy requirements. The NeighborhoodWorking class neighborhood located directly across from a super Walmart and one block north of Colfax. Colfax is very diverse with people from all walks of life. The neighborhood is safe but be aware of your surroundings. Chain and local restaurants are located within walking distance to include: Chipolte, Panda Express, Qdoba, and local eateries. Dispensaries are located on Colfax and on Wadsworth. Getting AroundTwo blocks north of the Wadsworth light rail station that serves all venues downtown and will soon serve DIA. 5 miles to Sports Authority Field. Uber is readily available and there is parking available. Other Things to NoteThe unit is located in a working class neighborhood across from a Walmart Super Center. I've lived in Denver for most of my life and can help point you in the right direction when it comes to restaurants, bars, hikes, etc. The NeighborhoodWe love our Sloan's Lake neighborhood! We are centrally located within 3 miles of Downtown, Convention Center, the Highlands, Tennyson Street, Elitch Gardens, Sports Authority Field, and the Sante Fe Art District. There are several local breweries nearby including Joy Ride, Hog's Head, and Great Divide. We are very knowledgeable about the bars and restaurants nearby and can definitely help you out in finding places to go. Getting AroundWe are a great launching point to see all that Colorado has to offer. If you are using public transportation, there are several bus lines (16, 51) and the W Line for the Light Rail within a few blocks that can take you to the newly renovated Union Station in about 30 minutes. If you are driving, we are within a mile from West HW 6, which takes you to Red Rocks (30 minutes) and I-70 for hikes in the summer and ski resorts in the winter. We are about 90 minutes from Copper Mountain, Winter Park, A Basin, Breckenridge, and Keystone. We are a 5 minute drive from downtown and many of the cool neighborhoods that Denver has to offer. Other Things to NoteWe have a cat and a small dog. We try to keep them out of the room, but let us know if you have allergies and we will take extra precautions to make sure your stay is enjoyable.

    The SpaceCome stay at my amazing cottage in the city. This home was built in 1920 by a local builder as a wedding gift for his daughter. The 1/3 acre lot is completely surrounded by trees, making for a serene, rural setting but with the convenience of the city. Several beautiful outdoor spaces to relax, grill and hang out. I am an avid amateur gardener and love growing and preparing organic food. I can even prepare meals for you if you like - ask me about it. Guest AccessGuests have private use of a bedroom with full-size bed, den w/fireplace and a 1/2 bath; shower is shared. Guests also have shared access to the kitchen, living room and dining room. Interaction with GuestsI work out of my home, but am frequently outside gardening, going for walks or otherwise enjoying Colorado. I can be as unobtrusive as you like! The NeighborhoodThis is an older residential neighborhood with huge trees and lots of green space. There is a lovely public park with tennis courts and outdoor swimming pool (even has a 2-story slide!), less than 500 yards from the house. House is 1 1/2 miles from both Crown Hill Open Space and Sloans Lake parks, and 3 1/2 miles from the Clear Creek Trail, a 26-mile hiking and biking trail. Lakewood is on the west side of Denver, putting you that much closer to the mountains and skiing, hiking and biking. Nearest ski areas (Winter Park/Mary Jane) are a short 45-minute drive. 420 friendly - there are even pipes and papers here for your use. Less than a mile to the nearest retail marijuana stores. Getting AroundAll public transportation - including light rail - is easy walking distance from the house. If driving, downtown Denver is 5 miles away and downtown Golden is 11 miles. Both are 15 minutes away by light rail. Access to US-6 & I-70 - gateway to the Rockies - is 1-1/2 miles away.

    When I first bought it, I put a picture on fb and had a naming contest. My little brother won with The Silver Spud. Here are the details you care about: It weighs 1500 lbs (my Subaru Forester towed it without straining) Queen Bed lots of storage 2 burner propane stove 3 way fridge - runs on propane, battery, or electrical hookup) with a high altitude kit so the propane still works efficiently above 6,000 feet (Leadville, CO is at 10,200 in case you were wondering...) There's a sink with cold water. Exterior screen room with tent stakes Down the road I'm going to add a tank less propane water heater but I'm not there yet. I include a rugged plastic storage trunk with RV park accessories - water line, water filter, heater cable for the water line, waste water drainage hose, and a pigtail so that you can plug into a regular 110 v outlet or a 30 amp outlet at an RV park. I also include a set of the blue enameled metal dishware - plates, bowls, mugs, and cutlery. Does NOT have: hot water toilet - the website has an error where I can't put Zero toilets. shower dining table This is a bed and a kitchen on wheels. The heater comes out under the bed, and I have stayed in it when there's snow and ice outside and been toasty warm. I wanted the indoor kitchen model because I am a mosquito magnet. Those bloodsuckers will cross state lines to find me. No way was I cooking outside during prime mosquito hours of morning and evening. I had my T@b custom made back in 2012, just when the economy was starting to really recover. Little Guy trailers (ohio) had purchased the rights from Dutchman. I got in touch and told them I hate dinette seating - could they just make it a huge queen bed with extra cabinet space underneath? Sure! they said.

Guest AccessYou will have full and private access to all 600 square feet of the unit with the luxury of an onsite and nearby host to assist as needed. There is also a great outdoor space and veggie garden for your use. Interaction with GuestsWith one host onsite and another a few minutes away, you will always have someone to contact for assistance with the unit, or area info. Being that it is one home, you are likely to hear each other from time to time. We thrive to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to make your stay better. The NeighborhoodLakewood's charming Eiber neighborhood is situated centrally between Denver and Golden. Tree lined streets, parks, public transportation and many dining and shopping options nearby. Getting AroundWe are within walking distance of two light-rail stations and directly on the bus line. The light-rail will take you to Golden, Denver, DTC, all major stadiums, the airport and more. Under a 5 minute drive to 6th Ave highway. 10 minutes to I-70. 15 minutes to Red Rocks Amphitheater or Downtown Denver. Other Things to NoteThe onsite host has a friendly dog, but the unit itself is pet free. Parking is free but limited. We have a high chair and small portable crib available for guest use upon request. We are located on Kipling Street. This is a busier street, but the apartment itself is set back from street and noise. The only complaint is that it sometimes takes a minute to get out of the driveway during busier hours of the day. The upside... easy access to all that our wonderful city has to offer!

    The SpaceThe cozy and well planned out room is 10 foot by 11 foot with a closet. We have a queen sized real bed in the room. There is a desk and mini fridge in there for your use. Your private bathroom is a full bathroom with a tub. Kitchen amenities are available for your use. Our downstairs basement is now fully finished and could accommodate 2 more people on an air mattress. Our additional cost after 2 people is $15 per person. Guest AccessKitchen, backyard, living space, our wifi code, parking space in front of our house (free). Interaction with GuestsWe are available at any time we are not at work. If you need something while we are at work, you can text us and we will get back to you as soon as possible(we are teachers and so this can be a while before we get back to you). We are happy to answer any questions and provide you with any local information. We are both teachers and so we are often doing work in the evening, even when we are home. The NeighborhoodWe are conveniently located 7 miles from downtown Denver and 11 miles from the foothills which makes us a great location for whatever you are seeking. There is a Subway Restaurant just down the street and a new Mexican restaurant just opening up. Colfax Avenue which offers various establishments is less than a mile from our home. Belmar (downtown Lakewood) is 2 miles from our home. Belmar offers restaurants and shopping. Our neighborhood is quiet and safe. Getting AroundWe are located 3 blocks from 6th Avenue which provides easy access to the mountains or Denver. We live a 1/2 mile (10 minute walk) from the Light Rail W line which takes you to Union Station in downtown Denver (30 minute ride). We are very close to both I-25 and I-70 as well.     The SpaceThe residence is fully furnished with everything you would need when traveling to a new destination. The full kitchen offers all appliances including a stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, all cookware, utensils, hand towels, mugs, wine glasses, water glasses, and dish sets. The living room is set up to make you feel as if you're in your own living room. The couch can be set up as an ottoman with a costume built tray on top of it which makes a great spot for eating dinner while watching a movie. It can also be set up as a mega couch by removing the tray and pushing the ottoman against the couch (see photos). Both make for an incredible living room area. The HDTV features some of the best quality videos I've seen making the living room theater quality movie watching. The bedroom has a brand new queen side bed that was hand selected because of the comfort. Parking at the residence is easy on the street however this residence also offers a designated off street parking spot in the driveway behind the house for one car. It's a luxury space in one of the best areas of Denver with access to over 20 amazing restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The NeighborhoodEdgewater is one of the best kept secrets of Denver which is why Real Estate is skyrocketing in Edgewater right now. I picked this location specifically because it offers everything you would want within walking distance. These are a few restaurants that are within a 2 minute to 10 minute walk from the front door - Providence Tavern, Edgewater Inn, US Thai, JoyRide Brewery, Ruperts for breakfast, GB Fish and Chips, Thailicious, The Cooler, Dunkin' Donuts, Little Caesars, Starbucks, Shiso Sushi, Sonic, Livegreen Cannabis 420 shop, Taco Bell, McDonalds, Subway, Chic Fil A, Papa Murphy's. Also three blocks east on 20th and Ames you'll find a Target, King Scoopers (grocery store), Ace Hardware, and a Post office. Getting AroundThe residence has an off street parking spot which you're welcome to use while you're staying here. Most people have had a car and just use that to get around. You can also use Uber or Lyft to get to and from locations. (Lyft is similar to Uber however smaller and only in a few cities at this time) If you're looking for public transportation to / from the house the Denver Bus and Light Rail systems are great and very easy to access. Buses pick up off of 26th and Ames and the nearest Light Rail station is on 13th and Sheridan. For times / locations check with RDT Denver.

Guest AccessDoor code and WiFi will be given prior to arrival. This is more like a townhome no one above or below you and on the end so only one friendly neighbor. There is access to an onsite laundry room $1 per load. Interaction with GuestsMy part time home is two doors down. Everyone in the building is my friend and are always ready to help out if needed.     The SpaceThe pictures speak for themselves. Two completely renovated rooms and bath with semi-private entrance. My four year-old Golden Retriever and I live upstairs, Moe LOVES company. Very easy access to downtown Denver via Light Rail; station is one block from the house. It takes ten minutes via train to Sports Authority Field and the Pepsi Center. Coors Field and downtown restaurants are 20 minutes via train. Two trains will get you to or from Denver International Airport. Less than a mile to U.S. 6 which feeds directly into the mountain corridor via I-70. Red Rocks park is 11 miles via U.S. 6.

    The SpaceOne bedroom condo with an additional futon. I've gutted the place and made all the renovations myself! (Floors kitchen ceilings etc) Comfortable with a new fridge and stove. Living room is cozy, and nice for lounging with a book. Last but not least a large kitchen table, which happens to be my favorite find. The check in time is 5pm but that is flexible if my work schedule allows :) The NeighborhoodA mile from sloans lake and things to do! (Easy walk) Less than 10 min to downtown, and equally quick access to a highway to get to the mountains.     The SpaceThis rental is for the entire upper level of our home. The space is comfortable and has lots of natural light. It consists of two rooms and a small, sunny meditation/reading nook. One bedroom has a trundle bed that is set up as a single. It can be pulled out as another single or pushed together as a king. The study/second room has a full size futon and writing desk. Both have WiFi access and the study has an Ethernet connection. Please note that both spaces are accessed by a stairway. If you have kids, we do not provide a stairway gate. Sloan's Lake is literally across the street and offers trails, boating, SUP boarding, playgrounds, and picnic areas. Easy access to downtown nightlife or the mountains. Getting AroundBus stop less than a block away. Light Rail station with parking is 1.5 miles away. Downtown Denver is 4.5 miles away. Other Things to NoteBesides the many shops/restaurants within a block of our home, there is also a grocery store, Target, and many other shops and restaurants less than a mile from our front door. A number of them have outdoor seating with views of the lake.

    Our place is close to 20th and Wadsworth. It's a little bit of country in town. Very close to light rail and downtown. Morse Park, swimming pool, tennis courts, trail, basketball court, 1/2 block away. Giant back yard, gazebo, propane and charcoal grills available. Still being remodeled, does NOT have a shower at this time. Immaculate custom built kitchen, cozy front room with a fire place. Off street parking, near numerous bus lines.

    Edgewater, a cute and cool small town in a big city. Only a 10 minute Uber to Downtown Denver, Lodo and Rino Ditrict. Edgewaters Downtown is just across the street from Sloans Lake and Park. All are walk-able. Red Rocks Amphitheater 15 miles/20 min. This is one bedroom in a two bed apartment in a very hip area. Very safe. And very very walk-able.
