The SpaceThis 1940's house includes two bedrooms. One with a queen bed, the other with a single bed. A bathroom with a original tile and a tub, a comfortable, yet stylish living room, a dining room with seating for four, and a kitchen. Guest AccessGuests will have access to all areas of the house described above. Interaction with GuestsThe owner lives in the basement (downstairs) where he has a full kitchen/bathroom/etc. He will use the back door to access the stairs, which is separated from the kitchen by a sliding door. The NeighborhoodThe neighborhood is a typical suburban area nearby to the newly-renovated downtown Englewood, or an easy drive to the mountains or downtown. On-street parking is easy and usually available in front of the house. Getting AroundAn easy walk to downtown Englewood. An easy drive to downtown Denver. The house is also located just a few blocks off a major bus line (Broadway) if you prefer public transport. The Englewood station light rail stop is less than a mile away. Other Things to NoteWe just bought the house, so the yard is a work in progress and the kitchen is outdated with a semi-functional dishwasher. There is Wi-Fi and a basic Sling TV subscription.

The SpaceOur newly remodeled 1500 square foot home has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom (w/ full shower) for your stay. One bedroom has a full sized bed for up to 2 people. There are two living rooms, a kitchen and dining area, a backyard, and patio. We aim for our home to be a comfortable space where you can feel at home too. Guest AccessGuests are welcome to any of the living spaces (aside from the master bed and bath-we close this off while we are gone) kitchen, or backyard in addition to their private room and bathroom. Dishes, pots, and pans, coffee maker, etc. are available for use. We supply little conveniences such as soap, shampoo/conditioner, laundry detergent, condiments, etc. because we understand that you are traveling! Interaction with GuestsWe will not be there nor will our dog. The NeighborhoodIt's a quiet neighborhood with easy access to many benefits of the Denver lifestyle. Downtown Littleton and Denver Tech Center offer many shops, restaurants, and bars. The Highline Canal Trail nearby connects to 72 miles of biking and walking trails. The neighborhood is nice for those who want to stay out of the city, but still be close by. Getting AroundDowntown: There is a bus stop within a 5 minute walk to take the 0 (55min) or 0L express (45min) to downtown. By car, downtown is about 20 minutes. Nearby: Close to major highway transportation routes for easy access to the airport or mountains. Airport: A car is recommended for transportation from the airport (35 min drive) Other Things to NoteWe know our neighbors well and we can be in touch with them if there is an emergency. Guests can access Netflix or Hulu on our TV along with basic cable.

Street parking is available in front of the house or there is plenty of room in the driveway and the area is well lit. I have another room listed that has it's own bathroom, however this one has a shared bathroom. Until a few months ago, I lived in the mountains about an hour from Denver for about 15 years. That gives me the perspective of knowing many great things to do in the nearby mountains and also being in a period of excitement in discovering so many wonderful places to go in the city. The Denver area offers the best of both worlds. You are close enough to head to the mountains for the day or spend the day in a great city with so many things to do. The NeighborhoodMy neighborhood is safe, quiet and conveniently located close to many restaurants, shops and businesses. With a laid back vibe, friendly neighbors and many local attractions my guests are sure to find solace on Cherokee Street. I would be happy to provide information on the nearby recreation center that I belong to if you'd like to check out a drop in yoga or other fitness class during your stay. They have a nice pool and indoor track too. Getting AroundI live within walking distance of the light rail, which can get you downtown within 12 minutes! If you are enjoying train travel on your trip, light rail from here is very simple to Union Station and back. I work downtown so would be happy to show you the way if you are heading that way for the day. Supershuttle offers airport transportation to my address for $32. The Denver Tech Center is also fairly close, about 15 minutes not during rush hour, a little more during peak times. Other Things to NoteFeel free to help yourself to coffee or tea. There are some great breakfast restaurants and some cool coffee shops really close if you like to explore a fun new breakfast place.

I generally only have a guest in one room at any given time but can't guarantee that will always be the case. There is a possibility that there would be three of us sharing two baths at times. Street parking is available in front of the house or there is plenty of room in the driveway and the area is well lit. My home is not childproofed at all so probably not the best choice with toddlers or young children.

The SpaceThis is a beautiful peace-filled room with your own bathroom in our creative fun and magical 1940's home nestled in the trees. Located just 6 miles south of Downtown Denver and easy access to everything, yet tucked away on a quiet street near the trails, parks, rivers and reservoirs. The light rail is also several blocks from the house and a great way to check out downtown. The Rocky Mountains are in view and sunsets here are stunningly colorful! You can get to Red Rocks in just 15 minutes, or head into the mountains for a day of awesome hiking and skiing. In summertime, there are multitudes of beautiful flowers and a lily pond... great place for morning coffee or tea, and meditation. Feel free to use the kitchen or grill on the patio, and there are a lot of great restaurants in the area too. Also nearby are quite a few recreational 420 stores if that is of interest during your stay. Mariposa Sanctuary is the perfect home base for your trip to Colorado! The SpaceWe live in the main house on the front half of the property and the carriage house is on the back of the property. We maintain several vegetable and herb garden beds, numerous beautiful trees and a few chickens (no roosters...). The property is surrounded by a 6 foot wooden fence offering privacy and security. The kitchen is fully appointed with dishes, silverware, glasses, cookware and utensils, toaster oven, hand mixer for baking, drip coffee maker, french press and microwave – in addition to a full-size refrigerator and 4-burner stove with oven. It also has our favorite, wonderful vintage 50’s drop-leaf kitchen table with two chairs. The living room is appointed with a large sofa, a comfortable reading chair and plenty of light. There is a flat screen TV with cable, DVD player and Wireless Internet. The bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed with nice linens, down comforter, lots of sunshine, a full-size dresser, iron and ironing board and ample closet space. The bathroom is recently remodeled and is a nice, bright space with plenty of storage and a shower with full size tub. Interaction with GuestsWe live on the property and are readily available to answer questions and chat or leave you to your privacy. The NeighborhoodWe live in a safe residential neighborhood with several small parks nearby. It is convenient to a light rail station for trips downtown and an easy hop on highway 285 to several hikes less than 30 minutes away. Check out our guidebook for a map of all the basics nearby. Getting AroundThe location is especially convenient for anyone with loved ones or business at Craig Hospital, Swedish Medical Center, Porter Hospital, and Denver University. We are within walking distance of several grocery stores, post office, 2 great music venues, good pizza, a french bakery and several sweet parks. We are a 10 minute bike ride to the South Pearl Street historic district which has a great Sunday Farmers Market from May-November, retail shops and good restaurants. We are a very close to Highway 285, making a trip to the southern CO mountains and Red Rocks very simple. The Englewood light rail stop is just a mile away so getting to all points around Denver is simple.

The SpaceThis rental is a modernized, fully renovated basement unit. The bedroom has a queen bed, and the living room has a pull-out sofa. The bedroom has an emergency exit (egress window) for safety. Save money on dining by using in our fully-equipped kitchen, including refrigerator, 2-burner portable cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes & silverware. We provide organic coffee, tea, sugar and creamer. Lounge on the couch with the 42" HD television (HDMI hookup), or challenge a friend to a game of pool, air hockey, or ping pong! High speed wi-fi internet. We have small children so you might hear some footsteps during the day. Guest AccessGuests have their own entrance to the basement unit (you do not have to enter the main level). Guests will share the washer & dryer with the owners in a "common area". We are usually around to answer any questions about the neighborhood, restaurants nearby, places in Denver, or anything else. Guests are welcome to stop in for a chat, or maintain complete privacy after the initial welcoming. The NeighborhoodWe live in a quiet neighborhood with an eclectic mix of families, students, young and old folks. It is considered a very safe neighborhood, and we are only couple of blocks away from the police station. It's a 15 minute walk to the Englewood Light Rail station, which is a great way to get to/from downtown Denver. Also at the station, you can take the Route 0 (zero) bus to the city, which may be quicker depending on where you're going. We're also in walking distance to several retail shopping centers (see below), restaurants, and other businesses. Most are about 15 minutes walk. Anything and everything you'll need is available nearby. Getting AroundGetting to the mountains is pretty easy and only about 25 minutes drive to get to the foothills. We're 8 miles from downtown, which is about a 20 minute drive. In the summer, the basement unit stays naturally cool and comfortable (A/C not needed). We have a friendly cat that lives upstairs and does not go to the basement unit. We update the calendar on a daily basis.

The SpaceOur inviting garden-level floor has abundant space for working, having light meals and getting peaceful rest and relaxation. The throw-back decor will bemuse you as you surf the web and take in a DVD. The first bedroom is ample in size with a high quality double mattress and plenty of blankets. If you need additional space the futon mattress in the second room opens into an extremely comfortable queen bed. For extra rejuvenation soak in our extra large bath tub. When the weather permits our outdoor space offers exquisite opportunities to take in the Colorado air. Enjoy a BBQ or drink of choice on the deck with candle light options. In the cool weather stoke up the fire-pit and light the tikki torches. Guest AccessGuests have full reign over the entire floor, which includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room and laundry room with a dedicated full refrigerator and access to washer/dryer. Guests have access to the kitchen on the main floor, which is shared with the full-time residents. Please note, past guests haves noted surprise that the garden level does not have a private entrance. Guests do have exclusive use of the house's main entrance, though, while full time residents use a side door. Interaction with GuestsGuests should not hesitate to contact either host during their stay with any concerns, questions or requests for recommendations about the local area. We're happy to leave guests to their purposes and ponderings, but equally happy to share a beer or cup of tea. The NeighborhoodWe live a stone’s throw from Swedish hospital and a short walk to grocery stores and hip places with live music on South Broadway including a microbrewery/coffee shop (The Brew on Broadway) and the always active Moe’s Barbecue. The Gothic concert venue is mere blocks away. Our location offers easy access to miles of running and biking trails and Denver University and Historic Pearl Street are only a few miles away. Nearby parks include Bates-Logan Park, Barde Park and Miller Field. Finally, historic Red Rocks and other quintessential mountain activities are a slight 20-30 minutes by car. Getting AroundWe have access to several bus routes via Broadway and Downing street that can get you where you need to go. Have your own car? We have ample off-street parking, and special permit only on-street parking.

The SpaceThis is a really nice apartment complex in a great location. It was recently built, meaning everything inside is still in great shape. Its got a very classy look and feel, and I think you'll like the setup I've got going inside. All my stuff is yours to use, including kitchenware, home theater system w/ bluetooth capable audio, barbeque with charcoal, spare monitor... Just please don't get too attached to something :) Guest AccessThe whole apartment will be yours for the duration. I am travelling for my available dates. Interaction with GuestsDepending on your arrival time, I'd be happy to meet with you and show you around the apartment, complex, or even the city. I happen to know the best breweries within a 20 mile radius, in case you're interested... restaurants too. The NeighborhoodThis is a cool, diverse apartment community. It is a relatively classy complex, and I've only met good people so far. The complex is gated, and I'll be sure to give you the key fob. The pool area is quite nice, highly recommended. Getting AroundLocation: You have a quick drive to the light rail station (englewood) just across Santa Fe drive. There is free long term parking there, so that is easiest way to get there. You can also walk to the closest crossing of Santa Fe, Dartmouth Avenue, and then back to the station, ~15 minute walk. Getting into downtown by car, you'll want to go north on Santa Fe and then merge on I25N. Other Things to NoteI've got houseplants inside, don't worry about watering them. They're resilient.

The SpaceNew hard wood floors in the bedroom and shared kitchen. Big windows to let all the wonderful sunshine that Colorado gets. Brand new air conditioner just installed. This is the only bedroom rented in my home, so you will be my only guests during your stay. Private bedroom with queen bed, fresh linens, chair, night stand, ear plugs if your a light sleeper (although its a very quiet neighborhood) and the whole closet with plenty of hanging storage. The bath is shared (but just with me) I will try my best to stay out of your way. Fresh bath towels, hand towels and wash clothes provided upon arrival. Toiletries and hair drier are also available. The kitchen is full of everything you need. Use the fridge and cook a meal if you'd like. There is a lovely Sprouts Grocery store within walking distance. Free fast wifi, free parking right in front of the home, access to sunroom located off the back of the home, front entry and private living/dining area with large flat screen TV (includes direct tv channels). I have my own living area, unless you want to see me I will stay out of your way. The dogs are very friendly but if you aren't a dog person, no worries, I will be happy to keep them out of your sight. Interaction with GuestsI can be around as much or as little as guests want. I have my own living space in the back of the house. The NeighborhoodQuite street with free parking all the time (no time restrictions). Close to old town Littleton, Wash Park, DU and downtown. Plenty of great restaurants, coffee shops, breweries and shopping all very close to the house. Getting AroundI am a 20 minute walk to the nearest light rail station (Oxford) station and I have plenty of maps for my guests. The new Skyride which just started in April 2016 will give lightrail users service to DIA. If you have more questions about this you can go to the rtd lightrail website or you can contact me and I will try to answer any questions you have. Other Things to NoteA short 30 minute drive will get you to the mountains with tons of great hiking, sight seeing and mountain biking. I am located an hour from the ski slopes. Located close to many micro breweries like Breckenridge Brewery, Denver Beer Company and Prost Brewing Company just to name a few.

The SpaceThis great carriage house comes with its own off street parking right below the apartment. There's two grocery stores within three blocks and tons of great local and chain restaurants all within a half mile. If you have something in mind we may not have thought of please communicate with us in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate. You can take the train to within 1.5 miles and grab and Uber from there if you don't have other transportation options.

Englewood provides quick access to any part of the city either via light rail or car. Englewood is known for its small-town charm and its proximity to Denver. Our home is located on a quiet, safe street, a few blocks away from the city center. Getting Around3 blocks from Englewood Light Rail Station. Transportation from Lux Limo available 24/7 at a 25% discount. Walk-able, safe area. Other Things to NoteSmoking outside only. Although we don't partake ourselves, we are 420 friendly. The SpaceThis is a private bedroom with a private bathroom that is in a 2 bedroom apartment. My husband and I will be here for the duration of your stay. The views out of the bedroom window are awe inspiring, especially during sunsets. We are on the top floor of one of the tallest buildings in the area. Our cats feel it is their duty to insure that anybody who visits takes some fur with them when they leave. I keep them well brushed but I recommend keeping the bedroom door closed to prevent this. The room is furnished with a futon and end table. The closet has plenty of shelving for everything you might have to put up. The closet also acts as the join between the bathroom and bedroom. The NeighborhoodThis is a great neighborhood with lots of things to do, places to go, and random artwork to see. In the mood for good Beer? Check out the Brew on Broadway and walk back after you enjoy. Walk around the corner and catch the ART Bus for free and get a short tour of some great art in the neighborhood. We don't have any dispensaries in the neighborhood. Hungry? Right next door is a Chinese place that looks really scary. You want to go in there. Ask for their other menu. Prepare to be blown away. Do NOT get food from the buffet scoop thing. Breakfast and Brunch is covered! Take a right and walk two blocks down Broadway. Breakfast Queen, a Westword Best, is on your right. Good stuff here but be prepared for a wait on the weekends. If you walk two doors down you will see George's. George's is brand new. We have only eaten their twice but the food was comparable to Breakfast Queen. If you have a car, head on down Broadway and you will find Breakfast on Broadway and the Copper Kettle. Both good places. Lots of great independent shops including everything from books, to art galleries, to retro clothing shops, to antique shops. I love my neighborhood and am sure you will also! Getting AroundWe actually live very happily without a car. Bus stop is right in front of the complex and a train station an easy walk. When public transportation isn't in the plans there is always Uber, Lyft, or the parking garage with your car. Other Things to NoteOccasionally my husband will have a meeting for work (via (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN)) in the living room. This is RARE but if it does happen we ask that you not make a lot of noise. Again this is rare and typically never lasts longer than half an hour but does occasionally occur.

The SpaceFox Cottage is a welcoming, warm and relaxing place to call home, whether for a few days, weeks or months. We are nestled into a safe and friendly Englewood neighborhood, close enough to enjoy the best of the city, far away enough to completely unwind. Our guests say they sleep great here, maybe it's the super quiet and serene bedroom, the comfortable queen bed or luxurious, high-quality sheets and down comforter. If you like to cook, you'll be happy with our kitchen! Stainless steel appliances, gas stove, plenty of counter and cupboard space, we keep the pantry stocked with the cooking basics (oil, flour, sugar, spices, paper towels, aluminum foil, etc) and utensils. We also provide a grill for outdoor cooking. The clean and beautifully tiled bathroom has a jetted tub, a separate heater and soft, fluffy towels. For a one-bedroom house, Fox Cottage feels spacious and offers plenty of closet space so you can settle in and spread out. And help yourself to raspberries from the bushes, grapes off the vine and vegetables and herbs from the large organic garden in the summer. Getting AroundWe are about one mile from the nearest light rail station. Close to bus routes. 15 minutes to downtown Denver or the Denver Tech Center. Minutes to Swedish Hospital, Craig Rehabilitation Hospital, Porter Hospital or Littleton Hospital. Quick routes into the mountain via Highway 285, including the world-famous Red Rocks Amphitheater. The SpaceThis is our Primary Residence, and we take great pride in our home and yard. We recently purchased a second home in the mountains, so we have decided to book this one out to the right people, and we will go stay at the other property in the meantime. Because this is our home where we live, we are picky about who can rent it out. We need to make sure you will respect our home, yard and neighbors before we can feel comfortable someone rent it. The house is very unique because of the Mountain Contemporary architecture, and the size and privacy of the space even though it's right in the city! There is a large yard where you can play yard games, sit and relax, or take a dip in the pool. And if you need more space, there is a large park located right beyond the back yard. It is one of the only remaining off-leash parks in the area, so there are always happy dogs with their owners enjoying the space. The house has the living room, 1 bathroom, office, dining room, laundry room and kitchen all on the main floor. Up the stairs you will find both of the bedrooms and the large bathroom with jet-tub. There is a large deck outside the master bedroom which is the perfect place to watch the sunset past the mountains, or drink your coffee in the morning. Guest AccessThe only thing on the property that you will not have access to is the detached garage located on the property. Everything else you can use at your disposal. And there is plenty of parking in the front. Interaction with GuestsWe will most always meet our guests upon check-in and will be available to help with anything throughout the trip. The NeighborhoodOur house is in the perfect location! We are located right off Santa Fe (Hwy 85), but just far enough away that you can't see or hear any traffic. Downtown Denver is directly North of us and Santa Fe will take you right there. It is only 10-15 minutes to get to downtown from our driveway. Just West of us is the huge River Point Shopping Area which has just about all of the commerce you could need; restaurants, breweries, stores of all kinds, a golf course and movie theater. Just south of us is old town Littleton which is a quaint and fun place to visit. You can find all kinds of fun locally-owned specialty spots in this area. And directly East of us is Broadway, which you can also take North to get to downtown. Broadway has everything, and will give you a the true Denver feel. Getting AroundWe are only a half mile from the Oxford light rail station on the C line. So you could take the train from the airport to Union Station, and then jump on the C line and arrive a half mile from here. The light rail now links most of the city, so if you don't have a vehicle for your stay, you can get most places for cheap by using the light rail. We have plenty of parking on our property, so you will not have to park on the street if you do bring a car.

The SpaceThe Space Includes full use of an updated kitchen and dining room. There is a WONDERFUL living space with a wood fireplace, great for relaxing or reading a book. The backyard has chairs and a firepit for your use. The bedroom is spacious and includes a main area with a queen bed and an adjacent space with a twin bed. There is also a nice work space within the room. The space also includes a private bathroom with tub. I have essential oils on hand to diffuse as well if you would like a great spa experience! Guest AccessYou will have access to the entire floor of the house, and the front and backyards. You are welcome to buy and prepare food in the kitchen. I have a private bed and bathroom downstairs. Interaction with GuestsI live in the basement of the house and will be available as much or little as needed during your stay. You will be the only guest to access the home while you are here, however. The NeighborhoodLocated close (10 minutes) to Denver and all that the city has to offer, yet private enough that you can just enjoy the beautiful Colorado weather outside in the private backyard or on the off street porch. Walking distance to some of Englewood’s best bars, food, and entertainment. An Uber or Lyft ride is $10-15 downtown and the light rail is blocks from my house and also provides easy access throughout the city and downtown. Getting AroundYou can park in front of the house, even though it says permit parking only this is not enforced by local law enforcement. My house is only a few blocks from the Englewood lightrail station and buses run heavily along Broadway, which is only a block away. I can assist with any other navigation needs you have while here.

The SpaceThe whole house has been renovated, with a private entrance to the basement suite with bedroom, living room and a bathroom. There is a full size bed in the room with no other furniture. The basement suite doesn't include a kitchen. If you'd like to cook, I'd be happy to give you limited access to the upstairs kitchen. Guests are welcome to use the laundry area and backyard as well. The house is very modern and chic (think HGTV inspired). The sunny days makes for a great time in the back yard and plenty of light all throughout the house. My boyfriend and I travel quite a bit and love hosting guests in our home. Feel free to message us if you have any questions. Guest AccessThe whole basement area will be yours with a private entrance, I only access once a week when cleaning (with your permission). The kitchen area is blocked off but if you'd like to cook I can give you limited access. Laundry area is open to all. Getting AroundEnglewood Lightrail Station a mile West of the property. Uber and Lyft are super easy options. Other Things to Note-We have a Bernese Mountain Dog. He is super friendly but super curious. He may bark upon your arrival but will always stay upstairs. You have the option of parking on the street or in the driveway. **If you choose to partake in 4/20 activities the windows needs to be opened to air out the space. We do not mind at all, but not all of our guests will be 4/20 friendly** -Please be aware of small driveways and be sure not to park in front of them, blocking the residents in. Because it is an old house with small drains, if you ever hear a loud beeping noise coming from the boiler room it is a water alarm. Immediately shut off whatever water is being used and contact us directly at (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN).

This is a Ranch style home with a 2 car garage w/ door opener and a fenced backyard. There is a partly covered rear deck with a propane barbecue and picnic table. The home is about 15 minutes south of downtown Denver. The light rail station is only a few minutes away for easier access to the Downtown attractions and Coors Field. There is 2 flat screen TVs upstairs and in the unfinished basement is a large TV and a ping pong table.
