The SpaceKing size bed with a memory foam mattress. We use this space as a guest bedroom for the in-laws, but are happy to open our home to you! The bedroom features an on-suite full bathroom. Interaction with GuestsWe will be in the home during your stay, and would love to get to know you. We will see each other in the kitchen and may even watch a movie together! Of course, if you prefer your quiet space, the room is a perfect retreat. The NeighborhoodQuiet suburban neighborhood 20 minutes from Boulder and 40 minutes from Denver. Lots of parks and trails, this is a great spot to get into Boulder quickly and also have a quiet retreat. Getting AroundThere is a bus line just a couple of blocks from the house that will take you into Boulder, Denver, Nederland, and Ft. Collins. Otherwise you will need a car. Other Things to NoteThere is a shared entrance to the space, and we also have a back patio that is shared. Large, spacious kitchen with room for your food items. We will also provide you with our wireless internet password so you can access e-mail.

The SpaceOur home is a two level house, located in East Boulder County, in the Town of Erie. Our guest room has a queen bed, and our guest bath is newly re-modeled with vessel sink and granite countertop. There is street parking in front of the house for one car. There is shared kitchen/dining area and deck available. Help yourself breakfast items, such as bagels, cream cheese, yogurt, cereal, milk, fruit, coffee/tea, etc. Our street is very quiet, home to a mixture of young families, middle-agers and retirees. We back-up to Open-Space, with bike trails connecting to a network covering most of Boulder County. Erie is centrally located, only five miles from I-25, the main hwy to Denver, and six miles from Boulder. Erie has a new recreation center and library, both walking distance from our home. A community park is a half-block away, and a fishing lake is located less than a mile. Erie is the up and coming locale in Boulder County, with a variety of new restaurants and busineses, plus three new breweries.

The SpaceThis 1,700 sf nice, comfortable finished walkout basement in a 6000 sf home, with 2 large bedrooms, separate full baths and keyed lock private entry door, can sleep 6. Has its own kitchen, sinks, dishwasher, refrigerator, and laundry room (washer and dryer), living room, and a flat TV. Enough for a family of 6 on vacation. THIS IS A BASEMENT, BUT ALWAYS COOL IN THE SUMMER AND WARM IN THE WINTER. Guest AccessGuests can access to everything provided for their daily needs, including linen, shampoo... (storage for furnace, water heater, and room for water are off limits to guests.) Interaction with GuestsWe live upstairs, therefore, we can help guests with anything they need. The NeighborhoodErie is a small town under development. Only half an hour to downtown Denver; minutes to neighboring cities such as Northglenn, Broomfield, Thornton, Lakewood, and Boulder, just to name a few. And, you do not need to spend many hundreds, and even thousands, of dollars per night to attend events in Boulder. Getting AroundThere is public transit transportation (RTD) to Boulder. Parking is free off-street. Other Things to NoteThere are lots of shopping centers (Safeway, KingSoopers, Costco, Walmart...), restaurants (Chick fil a, Buffalo Wild Wings, McDonalds'...), health care centers, within the radius of 5 miles.

The SpaceWe've rented rooms on AirBnB for quite a while and love hosting guests and staying in other AirBnB places. Email with any questions. Erie is a growing but still quiet small community, about 15 minutes east of Boulder, 25 minutes north of Denver, 5 minutes north of Lafayette, and 10 minutes south of Longmont, with easy access to Denver International Airport (about 35 min), I-25, Hwy 287, and all of the wonderful amenities available in Colorado. You will want a car for this visit, but our home is located on the end of a quiet cul-de-sac next to full frontage views along Coal Creek Open Space and a bikepath and walking trails that can take you all the way to Boulder, if you are so inclined. The Erie Community Recreation Center, parks, library, and restaurants are all within walking distance. The room is well-appointed (one flight of stairs to access) in a custom home, next to your private bathroom with great hot water shower. High-speed wireless internet is available. You can also have full shared use of the kitchen, laundry, hot tub (which at times may be down due to maintenance), music room (with piano and guitars, if you are a musician), media room with TV, and a nice deck looking over the open space and mountain views. The bed is a clean and comfortable queen-size pillow top. Good coffees and teas are provided, and you can bring in your own food (refrigerator, freezer, and dry storage space provided). This home is great for singles or couples visiting relatives or exploring Colorado, Denver or Boulder, or for those coming in for work or conferences who want a quiet place to unwind in the evenings. **NOTE** Some of our older reviews mention trains or dogs. These reviews were from our other house in Westminster, and not applicable to this new home in Erie. We do sometimes have guardianship of an older, well-behaved dog, but the dog is not usually in the private guest areas. Sorry, other pets are not allowed. Guest AccessAlong with a quiet private room, guests have access to high speed wireless, a hot tub on the upper deck (which at times may be down due to maintenance), private bath, washer/dryer, a TV room, use of kitchen (coffees and teas provided), a music room and piano, and use of common living areas. Interaction with GuestsWe are very friendly but not intrusive. We do live in the home and are happy to interact as much or as little as desired. As long-time locals, we can give tips, enjoy a meal together, or just let you have your privacy. You decide. The NeighborhoodWe have a gorgeous view of the mountains, a really nice upper deck for sunning and being outside, and the whole east side of our home is Open Space, with trails and view of the creek and wildlife. The large full-service Erie recreation center, library, Walgreens, restaurants, and parks are within walking distance. Getting AroundThis home is most suited for your private or rental car usage. There is bus access within walking distance to Boulder/Denver but it is not ideal. We are about 35 minutes from Denver International Airport by car.

The SpaceThe living space is open concept with a full kitchen, dining area and comfortable living room with fireplace. The screened porch is perfect for outdoor living and the bedrooms have a double and queen bed. The house was built in 2006 and designed to be used for our guests and to rent out to visitors. We have been hosting people from all around the USA and overseas for 7 years and know what it takes for our guest to be comfortable. Guest AccessThe Carriage House is separate from out house at the back of the lot and you have your own private entrance. The house does have one full set of stairs. Interaction with GuestsWe live on site and are available to answer questions about the area and to attend to issues as they arise. The NeighborhoodErie Village is a small enclave of colorful Victorians, Farm Houses and Craftsman bungalows in Erie Colorado. The neighborhood is designed with front porches and neighbor's in mind. There are activities through out the year like porch parties, concerts, sleigh rides etc. that bring the neighborhood together and guests are invited to participate in all of them. This is a great place to bike, walk, run with a wide variety of trails and topography. We have some of the best brew pubs in Colorado and wonderful restaurants and nightlife in the surrounding communities. Come enjoy a weekend getaway at the farm! It's also perfect for a business trip or long term rentals with full accommodations. Each bedroom has a comfy queen size bed with down comforters along with an electric heater so you can keep it as warm or cool as you like. There is a large living room with a wood burning fireplace stocked with wood, a 55 inch HDTV (with Direct TV and DVD player), and cozy couches perfect for a night in. A queen size aerobed can be set up in the living room for an additional 2 guests for a total of 6. There is also a large open dining room and kitchen that is fully stocked for cooking. There is a walkout covered patio that is private, gas grill, and a hot tub that is great for relaxing at the end of the day and stargazing. The bathroom has a laundry closet with a full size washer and dryer. The house has central AC for the warmer months. There is a large mud room on the mid level that serves as the shared entry way with stairs leading downstairs to the apartment as well stairs leading to the upstairs where I live with a housemate so we may cross paths occasionally. There are several nice areas for sitting outside with a book when the weather is nice. Zeus and Ryker are my two very sweet dogs and spend most of their days out in the back yard and will happily sit with you on the patio but are not allowed into the downstairs space. There is a tennis a court with a basketball goal that is getting repainted next summer that you are welcome to use. The barns, greenhouse off the patio, and chicken coop are off limits. The garages and upstairs living space, including deck are off limits without an invitation. I live upstairs and am around when I'm not at work so I'm happy to answer questions and give recommendations about the area. I've lived in Boulder for 10 years and can give you information on just about everything from skiing, to mountain biking, road biking, hiking, climbing, farming, restaurants, real estate, and nightlife. The SpaceThe room is decorated with beautiful art and comfortable furnishings. A coffee bar, microwave, and fridge are in your room. Private yoga and pottery classes taught by Cameron. Rene, a licensed massage therapist , is available by appointment for amazing massages. We are 420 friendly, smoking outdoors only please, though we definitely encourage people to find another delivery form for THC and CBD than smoking. If you smoke tobacco, please do so on the other side of the drive way. Are you curious about cannabis? Please ask! Guest AccessThere is a full kitchen and family room downstairs where the room is located. The bathroom with steam shower is right next to your room in it's own private alcove. TV is in the family room. WiFi is everywhere. Washer/Dryer by request. Your hosts, Cameron and Gary, live upstairs. There is ample parking. A fire ring for enjoying the colder nights, and BBQ for cooking meat outdoors. We keep it vegetarian inside. Fresh eggs and greens from the gardens are available in the summertime. There are two full time housemate who live downstairs on the far side of the family room from this room. The NeighborhoodHere at The Sweet Spot Farm we are a small community of friends. There are five people who live here full time, four, including my husband and myself, live in the house. We are surrounded by farmland on three sides. We have extensive flower and vegetable gardens. It is very peaceful and feels secluded, yet has easy access to Highway 287 and Interstate 25. The closest supermarket is about 4 miles away. We are on the north side of Erie, overlooking Boulder Creek. Getting AroundThere is a bus stop on highway 287 about two miles from here. We are 45 minutes from Denver International Airport, 20 minutes from Boulder, and 45 minutes from Downtown Denver. Other Things to NoteWe have cats and dogs who live inside. The dogs can go out or in and the cats stay inside. We do not cook meat in the house. There is a nice BBQ and a hot plate outside for your use. Occasionally your bathroom will be shared with other guests who may be staying in our RV.

Easy drive to Boulder, Lafayette, Louisville, Longmont, Broomfield, Superior, and I-25. There are hiking trails nearby, including cross country skiing when it snows, scenic road bike rides right from the house, mountain biking nearby, climbing nearby, Rocky Mountain National Park is only a 45 minute drive, ski resorts are 1-3 hour drive, and a rec center with a pool 10 minutes away in Longmont along with grocery stores and anything you might want. Getting AroundSuper convenient to shopping, restaurants, and all that the Front Range has to offer. Quick 20 minute drive to downtown Boulder (12 miles), 10 minutes to Niwot, Gunbarrel, Longmont, Louisville, Lafayette, and Erie. There are tons of places to go for scenic road bike rides right from the house for cyclists. There is also a bus stop that is 1/2 a mile away which the "L" stops at and takes you into Longmont where you can access buses to Boulder. DIA is 40 minutes away and Denver is 30 minutes. The SpaceEast wing rooms of house on 15th fairway of Vista Ridge golf course. Un-obstructed 180 degree panoramic views of Rocky Mts and Flatirons from Mt Evans to Longs Peak. Watch the hot air balloons drift by in the morning and enjoy dramatic Rocky Mt sunsets over the Indian Peaks in the evening. Continental breakfast included. Optional full country breakfast includes coffee/espresso, juice, egg dish, sausage sampler, bagels/pastries, and fresh fruit. In the evening enjoy wine tasting from our wine cellar collection. Wireless internet, AC, private bath and a 20 minute shot straight down I-25 to downtown. Quite neighborhood. Small pets ok. Guests are welcome to use kitchen as they wish. Also available is pool/jacquzzi/fitness center. Hosts can help organize tours and outings. 2 miles away from the world's largest liquor store. Price is for 1-2 person occupancy. The SpaceOur farmette recently received historic landmark designation and is one of the most well preserved farmsteads in the area. It was built in the late 1800s / early 1900s. My husband Chris builds and creates custom furniture for a living and I am an interior designer who has worked for the largest hospitality interior design firm in the world for over a decade. We put a lot of love an attention into details in the cottage. Our guests enjoy being on our unique property and the luxury touches we have created. Guest AccessFree rome about the land and access to the grill and outdoor dining area. We also have a jacuzzi which guests are allowed to use. Interaction with GuestsWe have two small boys, ages 1 & 2, so we are up early and about. We respect your privacy and appreciate your respect of ours, however we are happy to help guide you into making your stay as enjoyable as possible. The NeighborhoodWe have so few neighbors! It's amazing to be so close to town (5 min to the grocery store) yet feel like you are very isolated and with so much privacy. Getting AroundThe bus system is very convenient, but we aren't sure how or where to catch it. Sorry we just hop in our car. Other Things to NoteIf you have kiddos and need something to help make your stay easier (pack-n-play, booster chair, high chair, etc) just ask. We probably have it!

Interaction with GuestsDown the street, you will have a friend of ours to check if you need anything at all. We will check messages and email daily, as well. The NeighborhoodQuiet, quaint and amazing Fall color. Two parks within neighborhood, as well as a 5 minute walk to the Erie recreation/community center. Just a Quick drive to our cute little downtown. Getting AroundWe are a block away from the Jump bus stop. Other Things to NoteYou are welcome to grab another air mattress to put in the nursery if you need another bed.

This 1,700 sf nice, comfortable finished walkout basement in a 6000 sf home, with 2 large bedrooms, separate full baths and private entry door (with keyed lock), can sleep 6. Has its own kitchen, sinks, dishwasher, refrigerator, and laundry room (washer and dryer), living room, and a flat TV. Enough for a family of 6 on vacation. THIS IS A BASEMENT, BUT ALWAYS COOL IN THE SUMMER AND WARM IN THE WINTER. Guests can access to everything provided for their daily needs, including linen, shampoo... (storage for furnace, water heater, and room for water are off limits to guests.) We live upstairs, therefore, we can help guests with anything they need. Erie is a small town under development. Only half an hour to downtown Denver; minutes to neighboring cities such as Northglenn, Broomfield, Thornton, Lakewood, and Boulder, just to name a few. And, you do not need to spend many hundreds, and even thousands, of dollars per night to attend events in Boulder. There is public transit transportation (RTD) to Boulder. Parking is free off-street. There are lots of shopping centers (Safeway, KingSoopers, Costco, Walmart...), restaurants (Chick fil a, Buffalo Wild Wings, McDonalds'...), health care centers, within the radius of 5 miles. Pets and Smoking are absolutely prohibited on the premise. No shoes inside the house. Slippers are provided. All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premise or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

The SpaceThis lower level of our home is roomy, safe and full of amenities. We have a backyard Koi pond and covered deck off the rental area for outside enjoyment. There are two separate bedrooms, one bathroom and a kitchenette area with table and chairs. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other has a trundle bed -- can be made up as two singles or pushed together for a king-sized bed. Both bedrooms have overstuffed chairs for reading and relaxing. In the kitchenette, there is a full sized refrigerator with ice-maker. A microwave, an electric tea kettle and single serve coffee maker is provided. Each morning juice, in season fruit and pastries will be offered (Continental breakfast). A hot plate for cooking can be provided for $15/day extra. Maid service is not provided daily, but available for $20/day. A treadmill is available adjacent to the kitchenette area that guests are welcome to use. Guest AccessMost of our weather is delightful. Guests can park in our driveway (off the street) and walk around to the lower level entrance. In inclimate weather front door access will be available. It is our preference that guests use the outside entrance whenever possible. Interaction with GuestsWe are an older, basically retired (but still active) couple. We may or may not be home at any given time. We welcome our guests to come and go freely, but remain in the lower level. While we are basically private people, we are very excited to share our home and want our guests to feel free to contact us with any questions, requests or feedback. We'll always try to meet and fulfill any reasonable requests. The NeighborhoodThis quiet, happy neighborhood is great for walking, biking, resting and relaxing. The little town of Erie has a breakfast/lunch cafe (Rose's Cafe); a Mexican restaurant for lunch and dinner (Azteca); there are a couple of breweries (Echo) and a cidery, pizza, sports bar and new places opening up all the time. This is a growing area and great local vendors are responding with terrific spots! Getting AroundBecause our area is rural suburban, there is not convenient public transportation. It is important that our guests have their own transportation. We are 30 minutes from the Denver Airport, 15 minutes from Denver, 15 minutes from Boulder. There are also two more cities, Lafayette and Longmont within 10-15 minutes with more great restaurants, shopping, museums and other activities. Other Things to NoteIn the event of snow covering the driveway, etc. The owners have a small tractor with plow and try to keep the driveway free of snow for their own convenience, as well as the convenience of our guests. The walkway around to the back, lower entrance will not be shoveled by the owners. If the snow is too deep to easily access that lower entrance, the owners will arrange for guests to enter through the front door. Please remove shoes at the door and then proceed down the steps to the rental area. Pets have not lived in this home, therefore it is perfect for people with allergies to pet hair. We also attempt to use natural, chemical-free products as much as possible to avoid additional allergic reactions.

Come enjoy the gorgeous sunsets and peaceful country setting at the ranch! Entire lower level of recently remodeled tri-level ranch, with a hot tub, fireplace, beautiful landscaping, fruit trees, expansive views, and a short drive to downtown Boulder, Longmont, Lafayette, Louisville, I-25, Broomfield, Superior, and Erie. We have goats, horses, chickens, and very sweet, friendly dogs if you are an animal lover! Come enjoy a weekend getaway at the farm! It's also perfect for a business trip or long term rentals with full accommodations. Each bedroom has a comfy queen size bed with down comforters along with an electric heater so you can keep it as warm or cool as you like. There is a large living room with a wood burning fireplace stocked with wood, a 55 inch HDTV (with Direct TV and DVD player), and cozy couches perfect for a night in. A queen size aerobed can be set up in the living room for an additional 2 guests for a total of 6. There is also a large open dining room and kitchen that is fully stocked for cooking. There is a walkout covered patio that is private, gas grill, and a hot tub that is great for relaxing at the end of the day and stargazing. The bathroom has a laundry closet with a full size washer and dryer. The house has central AC for the warmer months. There is a large mud room on the mid level that serves as the shared entry way with stairs leading downstairs to the apartment as well stairs leading to the upstairs where I live with two housemates so we may cross paths occasionally. The downstairs apartment has its own lockable door with a key and a patio entrance in the back yard. In addition to a relaxing getaway, the farm is also for producing food with fruit trees, two large gardens for vegetables, a chicken coop with laying hens, and pastures with 4 goats and 2 horses. The house is in Lookout Rd. Estates, a rural subdivision with small family farms and horse properties. There are hiking trails nearby, including cross country skiing when it snows, scenic road bike rides right from the house, mountain biking nearby, climbing nearby, Rocky Mountain National Park is only a 45 minute drive, ski resorts are 1-3 hour drive, and a rec center with a pool 10 minutes away in Longmont along with grocery stores and anything you might want. Its 20 minute drive to downtown Boulder (12 miles), 10 minutes to Niwot, Gunbarrel, Longmont, Louisville, Lafayette, I-25, Erie, and 15 minutes to Superior and Broomfield. There are tons of places to go for scenic road bike rides right from the house for cyclists. There is also a bus stop that is 1/2 a mile away which the "L" stops at and takes you into Longmont where you can access buses to Boulder. DIA is 40 minutes away and Denver is 30 minutes. You are welcome to use the patio, front porch, hot tub, and explore around the front and back yards as long as you close any gates you walk through and leave things as you found them. There are several nice areas for sitting outside with a book when the weather is nice. Zeus and Ryker are my two very sweet dogs and spend most of their days out in the back yard and will happily sit with you on the patio but are not allowed into the downstairs space. There is a tennis a court with a basketball goal that is getting repainted next summer that you are welcome to use. The barns, greenhouse off the patio, pastures, and chicken coop are off limits. The garages and upstairs living space, including deck are off limits without an invitation. I live upstairs and am around when I'm not at work so I'm happy to answer questions and give recommendations about the area. I've lived in Boulder for 10 years and can give you information on just about everything from skiing, to mountain biking, road biking, hiking, climbing, farming, restaurants, real estate, and nightlife. I love meeting new people and am happy to chat for a minute but also like my privacy and respect yours. I occasionally enjoy the hot tub too and you may see me around working on various projects, playing with the dogs, or having a glass of wine on the deck at sunset with friends. Fresh eggs from the chickens, toast, and coffee will be stocked for breakfast along with a fully stocked kitchen for cooking (basic cookware, knives, oil, butter, salt, pepper, sugar and cream for coffee). The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and handmade goat's milk soap. The dogs are very friendly but Zeus, large white Colorado Mountain Dog, may greet you with a bark until he gets to know you but is very friendly and sweet. Quiet hours after 10pm. No tobacco use anywhere on the property (the house is on a quiet dirt road and you are welcome to stroll there for a smoke). Damaged, missing items etc. will be deducted from security deposit.

The home is on the nicest and prettiest street in town, a very safe, very quiet area too.     The SpaceOur house is an ideal space for out of town guests. There are two bedrooms with queen size beds and one that is our 3 year old's so that one has a twin bed. Its best suited for use by kids. There is a playhouse in the back yard and a hot tub in the back porch. he Kitchen and dining room are very open and there are views of the mountains which make for great sunsets. Guest AccessThe rental will include most of the house and you will be the only ones staying there during your stay. The master bedroom closet will be locked so we have a place to keep our stuff and the Garage will also be locked. downstairs in the partially furnished basement guests have access to the laundry room but we ask you stay out of the craft room as it is too much hassle to keep it clean so we just make it off limits to renters. Interaction with GuestsI should be around and staying with my relatives during your stay so if you need anything I can swing by to answer questions or help out. If I will be out of town during your stay I will let you know in advance.
