A couch, table-desk and top quality air mattress furnish the back room and art nook of this suite. Interaction with GuestsI or my friend Teresa would welcome guests, then the place is yours until the end of your stay. The NeighborhoodQuiet, scenic, wonderful place to walk, privacy, country living, lovely patios, easy access to Santa Fe, Los Alamos, Taos, Bandelier, Santuario de Chimayo... Other Things to NoteFor long term (or over 14 days) in winter months, guests are requested to provide a deposit amount of $150 per month to cover gas and electric totals over $200 per month. The SpacePrivate, quiet and comfortable this is the perfect place for either a couple or single person. Located at the end of the road limits traffic to only those who live at the ranch below Guest AccessThe loft is completely set up as a separate living space with a full kitchen and bathroom. Interaction with GuestsI like to give everyone privacy but am available to speak with at most anytime. I do live in a separate house on the property. Also, I usually need at least a 24 hour notice to be prepared for my guests so last minute bookings might not work, so sorry! Other Things to NoteGrocery shopping is somewhat limited in this area so you might want to do that in Santa Fe before heading out. If my chickens are laying I do try and provide fresh eggs!

The SpaceI guess what makes my listing unique is that I have a place for your dogs, a run if they choose to get away from you for a while. If I am around I will be happy to see after them. It is very quite here and at night you can see mad stars. Guest AccessWiFi Interaction with GuestsI would love to meet you and settle you in, after that I'll leave you to it. The NeighborhoodMy neighborhood is country, friendly, and private. There isn't really restaurants close, you have to drive if you want food. There is a small grocery store on the Pojoaque Pueblo, Los Alamos has a great deli about 15 min up the hill. There is gambling if you are into that at Pueblo. Hiking all around we are surrounded by restorations. A great liquor store, and crazy sports bar. Gabrials is up the road for a nice lunch or dinner. Tons of galleries in Santa Fe, Opera when in season, skiing on mountain about 1 hr away. Getting AroundNo public transit.

The SpaceTraditonal country NM cottage, 2' thick adobe. Across Pojoaque River from Sacred Sandstone and scenic Tribal Land. Upscale furnishings including rustic items from historic Stage Coach Inn- a mahogany sleigh bed, mirror and dresser, non-allergenic mattress, leather couches, antique table, desk and cabinet, ergo chair. Close to Santa Fe (18 min.), Bandelier (20 min.), Valles Caldera (25 min.), Nambe Falls (10 min.), Santuario Chimayo (15 min.), Jemez Springs (35 min.), Taos (30 min.) and NM Casinos. Guest AccessMaster bedroom, private bathroom including tub. A well appointed kitchen, living room, laundry, patio, easy parking (right up to the door for luggage), walks along Pojoaque River, beautiful sunsets. Interaction with GuestsGuest breakfast is self-serve with basic items presented or those of your preference, gluten and dairy free on request. The Pojoaque Market is 5 min. away if you love to cook and prefer to bring your favorites. I also offer Country Cottage Lemon Pancakes or NM Cayenne Corn Pancakes and Eggs + Juice and Coffee or Tea for an extra $5 per person - if I'm home and you've booked in advance. I work in the back of the home most days- a kitten adopted my art studio, stays in this part of the home. Enjoy links to local attractions, festival, art and recreational information once you've booked. The NeighborhoodOn a quaint and quintessential winding NM road along the Pojoaque River, a favorite bike route. Enjoy the rooster's crow, horse talk and the sound of wind in tall trees. Sunsets are exceptional on the patio. Views of Santa Fe Ski Basin, Valles Caldera, Lights of Los Alamos and Taos on the drive in. Sacred Sandstone formation across the river. Most local families have lived here over 400 years, Tribal folk- centuries. Getting AroundThere is no close public transportation. Cities of Gold Casino (4 miles) has shuttle and bus service to Santa Fe. Compared to town options (where you may walk 15-40 minutes in high altitude heat-cold or chance less than reliable bus and taxi service) in 20 minutes you can park in Old Town Santa Fe or Taos and to shops, art and dining. If you are on a work holiday for LANL, you can likely find a ride with a local LANL employee. 30-40 minutes to Santa Fe Airport, 70-80 to Albuquerque Sunport, both via Santa Fe alternative Route 599 and Hwy 285 N, a short drive on Hwy 502. Close to Santa Fe (18 min.), Bandelier (20 min.), Valles Caldera (25 min.), Nambe Falls (10 min.), Santuario Chimayo (15 min.), Jemez Springs (35 min.), Taos (20 min.) and NM Casinos. Other Things to NoteThe house is very clean and fresh, lots of windows and stays cool in the summer. Some (small) details are being worked on as I recently moved here. The back portal and yard are now beautiful. A mother-in-law unit yard is across the back yard, which usually uses their own generous back yard, though early or late loud conversations or music are discouraged out back, whereas he dining set up (shown) on the front portal is open, enjoys amazing sunsets and privacy. The home setting is usually quiet, with exception of the annual art walk, tractor parade, coyotes ki-yi-yaying at the moon and local dogs answering them, in a rural/ residential setting.
