Located on the top of a cliff, Di Parma has a breath-taking, one of a kind view of the beautiful Trancoso and Bahia coastal line. In the private condominium high Itapororoca, the home was designed by renowned architects Paul Milani and Alberto Busacca, and built by designer and manufacturer Ricardo Salem.
With multiple levels, guests can soak in the beautiful landscape from different heights and angles. The interior is a clear homage to Brazilian indigenous style, with a décor that combines designer furnishings with elements of European influence. The house has a main unit consisting of two floors. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each with queen-sized beds, adjoining bathrooms and stunning views of the sea. The spacious and airy living room has windows in the place of exterior facing walls inviting in natural light and lovely views to the garden. Also on the ground floor, guests will find an additional bathroom and a large terrace with comfortable sofas. Upstairs lies the master bedroom with its own walk in wardrobe, bathroom and amazing vista. You will also find a charming, mezzanine style TV room leaning over the ground floor living room.
After walking along partially covered paths you will find the second unit which features a kitchen, equipped with all the essentials, and dining room with spectacular views of the infinity pool and subsequently the sea. The adventure doesn’t stop there as there are two more independent houses within the property complex. In the first, there are two bedrooms; one double and one with two single beds. Both have bathrooms and are separated by a comfortable living room, with a huge chandelier made of a PET bottle drawing the attention of those who enter. In the second house there are another two rooms with a private bathroom and a balcony with yet more stunning views.
The lush, 15,000 square meter garden has a magnificent infinity swimming pool and underwater bar; alongside it, a relaxed outdoor area with lounge chairs, tables and sofas. Another aspect making Di Parma so unique is the wooden lounge area on stilts overlooking the sea. A great spot to soak up the midday sun or to watch the sunset with a capriniha or two. From here there is a small path leading to the Itapororoca beach.
The house is equipped with air conditioning, cable TV and Wi-fi. There is also private parking and a hospitality team consisting of a maid, cook, gardener and housekeeper.
Additional amenities include: coffee maker, ipod dock, hairdryer.
