The SpaceBullara Station Stay - Experience this Unique Outback station stay on the doorstep of the NINGALOO Reef. Located between Coral Bay and Exmouth in Western Australia and only 1.2 kms from the road. Bullara Station ( a working cattle station) offers a range of accommodation from self contained cottages to campsites. there is something for everyone. The 2 cottages sleep between 6 - 8 people. The Lodge is another option - sleeps up to 16 , 4 queen rooms and 2 x twin rooms. The cottages are a min 3 night stay, The lodge rooms are 1 night - min. (URL HIDDEN) Guest AccessGuests can explore the property on foot with nature walks and picnic spots. ,Self drive 4WD tracks, partake in station activities such as cattle muster and bore runs. There are lots of animals on the station which is a treat for children in particular. First class snorkelling/diving 1/2 hour drive and fishing spots 20 kms from the campground. Cottages have their own kitchen/bathrooms (private facilities) The lodge and campground have shared bathrooms. Use of fire pits, join in the nightly happy hour around the communal campfire. Enjoy the star gazer showers and space of the bush campground. Interaction with GuestsBullara Station is a family run property with a small group of volunteer's and seasonal staff, all of which are available to chat to and ensure that your stay is first class. As we are essentially a working property there will be times when we are busy with running the station side of the business. We will always have hosts on site to make everyone feel welcome and at home. We are more than happy to book tours on your behalf at no extra charge, there are many experiences to be had in the region such as swimming with the whale sharks and first class fishing. The NeighborhoodOur neighbourhood is very special - We are remote in the sense that our neighbours are 40 kms away! You can relish is the peace and quite of the Australian bush and all that this special landscape has to offer. There will be a few kangaroos and Emus cruising about as well as horses and other native wildlife. We are also very fortunate to live nearby the famous Ningaloo reef so guests can enjoy the beach as well as life on an outback cattle station. The whale shark swim, manta ray tours and trip into Karrijini national park are all experiences to be had in the area. Please remember that you are not in a town as such, we are very much a remote destination but also you will not feel that way because we are an established accommodation business and always have people here! There is no restaurant on the property so please plan ahead and bring your food. We do sell homemade meals/breakfasts with prior notice. Our accommodation is very comfortable and homey. We do not have a microwave in the cottage because of our power system (we generate our own power here and heating elements draw lots of power) There is however a great gas stove/oven and gas BBQ. I am sure you will love Bullara - it really is a magical place and everyone leaves feeling rested and centred! a good dose of country hospitality and fresh air is always good for the soul! Getting Aroundself drive to Bullara station. You can fly on Qantas from Perth to Learmonth (Exmouth) and then drive 50 kms south to the property. There are a number of hire car options. Most of our guests are self drive travellers. There is 250,000 acres of parking! We are located 65kms north of the township of Coral Bay and 86kms south of the town of Exmouth. If you have a 4WD you can explore the station, (fishing tracks etc) and along the pristine Ningaloo reef coastline. You can still come without a 4WD, we have people on pushbikes come to stay!! The SpaceWe are the only Bed and Breakfast in Exmouth, we offer excellent personalised service with a friendly and homely atmosphere. Each room has a queen sized bed and your own ensuite bathroom, air conditioning and private entry. A generous continental style breakfast is included. As well as being able to easy get to Cape Range National Park walking trails and Ningaloo Reef snorkel sites we have an abundance of wildlife at the door, kangaroos, emus and numerous lizards are frequent visitors. After dark, check out the stars, you won't believe how many there are! Guest AccessThe Ningaloo Reef and Cape Range National Park. Free wifi. Guests staying with us for three days or more have free snorkel gear, cooler bag and shade tent hire. Less than three days our rates are much cheaper than in town. Interaction with GuestsWe provide breakfast, tourist information on local activities and tours, weather information, new updates if required. We live on the premises and so any problems guests may have are usually sorted fairly quickly. The NeighborhoodIt is in a stunning part of the world, we are World Heritage listed and justifiably so. We have an average of 320 days of sunshine per year and it doesn't get cold. Getting AroundNo there is very little public transport. A car is not totally necessary but highly recommended. Other Things to NoteWe are the only 5 star rated accommodation supplier in Exmouth on Trip Advisor.

    The Space Set in the middle of a peaceful community surrounded by paddy fields, our Lao-French style villa is a perfect place to enjoy the authenticity of Vientiane. It is a two-story house with three bedrooms and two bathrooms for guests. Each bedroom is 60 USD/night with a king size bed and air conditioning. The bedroom downstairs is an en suite and the two bedrooms upstairs share a separate bathroom. We have a fully equipped kitchen, three terraces and a pool surrounded by a large tropical garden with mango, banana and coconut trees! Amenities such as Wi-Fi, laundry and a daily cleaning service are provided for your convenience. The villa is located in a quiet, safe area with easy access to downtown Vientiane, only 2.5 km away. Vientiane is a tourist friendly city located on the beautiful Mekong River. In addition to its many historical sites and beautiful temples, the city has many artisan shops, cafes, bars and restaurants of all cuisines. We have a motorbike and bicycles available for use. Taxis and tuk-tuks are also a convenient means of transportation. We are flexible with additional accommodation and spare beds.     The SpacePlease note that this home is not suitable for small children and toddlers due to the close proximity to open unfenced water of the canals. There are very steep stairs inside and from the verandah down to the canal wall and boat mooring. Those with mobility problems may find this difficult. If you are bringing your boat please be mindful of the tides and have adequate fenders etc to protect your boat from the tide changes as the tie down points move accordingly along the vertical bollards. Upon request, a cot, high chair, and rolla bed can be made available for babies and toddlers. Guest AccessOn arrival, an entrance key will be located in a secure lock box adjacent to the entrance door. Arrivals are normally after 1400 hrs and departures are normally before 1000 hrs. Guests who fly to Exmouth (Leamonth) can catch the shuttle bus to and from the airport. The shuttle desk is located in the arrival lounge and there is no need to book ahead. The cost is $35 per person and the trip is approximately half an hour. For departure, there is a need to book ahead, phone Exmouth Bus Charter on (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) at least the day before. They will collect you at your address. It is a reliable service. Interaction with GuestsMy Interaction with guests is mostly by email or phone, but sometimes in person. I live away but am in town occasionally. Regretfully, I can only speak English. Exmouth is historically a very safe town and one can walk alone at night with confidence. Getting AroundExmouth has many attractions with the Ningaloo coral reef being centre stage. It is a Mecca for ocean adventures. There are 'swim with whale sharks', whale watching, fishing, and diving charters. There are Quad bike safaris, sea kayak adventures, light aircraft charters, and hire cars available. In season, turtle watching is a popular attraction. There are 4 a la carte restraunts, several cafes and fast food outlets, and a bakery. There are 2 supermarkets, a pharmacy, a hospital, and a physio covering most medical emergencies. Within the town itself, walking is easy. The town is essentially wheelchair friendly. You can also drive your vehicle or hire a car or bike, and parking is plentiful. To visit the scenic Cape Range and the many beautiful beaches, a vehicle is necessary. Hire cars are available. Most charter companies provide a pick up and return service as part of the charter you might go on. If you require a taxi, call (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN), the same number as the shuttle bus. A number of beaches on the gulf side of the Exmouth Region permit vehicle access to drive along and explore the beach environment or swim in a secluded area, or do some fishing. On the ocean side of the peninsula car parks are located adjacent to the beaches at many of the bays. Hire a mask, snorkel, and fins and enjoy the marine life swimming with the fish off the beach. Other Things to NoteRubbish Bin servicing occurs early on Tuesday and Friday mornings. Ensure all your waste within your unit is deposited in the outside bins in time for collection.
