Getting AroundThere is public transport very near to Serena St Beach House, though having a vehicle makes life easier in this area. Other Things to NotePet friendly inside and out. All floors are hard surfaces thus easy to clean. the only request is no pets on soft furnishings ie material covered lounge chairs & bed covers. Much of the outside is fenced and sections can be closed off from each other, if needed. Oven works well, however, the heat from opening the door or burnt toast can set off the smoke alarm near kitchen. It will turn itself off after a short time.

Estuary is across the road for crabbing, fishing and kayaking, water activities galore. 2 retro push bikes for lovely rides along the bike paths, picnic areas, beautiful for lovely dogs walks, we are surrounded by waterways. Can provide most equipment for water activities. Beautiful soft white sand beaches are minutes away, watch the sunset on the Indian Ocean. Stunning. Everything is walking distance. A variety of coffee shops, gifts shops, take aways are minutes away. Lovely restaurants minutes away. DEVONSHIRE TEAS - A lovely way to enjoy the garden. During winter we enjoy the warm cosy ambiance of the main living room, beautifully decorated with fire on and in summer, we are out in the garden. Pet Garden Area. We have provided you with a lovely shady grassed enclosed yard with pool view and an outdoor setting to keep your pet safe and sound. Being an acre, it can be too big for visiting pets, this way they are close to you and can be left if you would like to explore the area without pets. We have an outdoor kennel house or your pet can sleep in laundry tiled area at night time or when raining, they can still see and hear you as there is a kiddies gate in the doorway of the laundry which is off the main guest lounge area. ( please bring their bedding). We are STRICK about NO pets inside on carpet area in guest wing. We can be found on the net for more pics and info. It's a large property so there's plenty of room and space for privacy. We have our own wing of this family home. Always available for guests if they need anything and happy to help with information. The NeighborhoodWe are located in a semi rural area with beautiful big trees, large acre blocks minutes from beautiful beaches,estuary across the road to enjoy many water activities . A variety of shops are minutes away including the famous Miami Bakehouse are all a nice walk or bike ride away. Tavern, great restaurants and takeaway are also minutes away. Getting AroundEverything is walking distance or a bike ride using our 2 groovy retro bikes. Other Things to NoteWe have a lovely enclosed pet garden, pool views, outdoor setting. The SpaceQuiet and cozy cottage nestled between the ocean and the peel inlet. One hours easy drive south of Perth or a quick ride on the train and bus. Falcon is a few minutes from Mandurah with shops close by. A short walk to the beach with bike paths along the coast, you will feel yourself wind down and relax in this land that time has forgotten. Loads of old beach shacks mingle with millionaires mansions. Get away from it all for a few days. Room for 6 comfortably, but ideal for just the two of you too. Full run of the house. We have a couple of bikes available at no extra charge. Off street parking for several vehicles. We live in Perth so are nearby should there be a problem but there's no one to pester you or looking over your shoulder. Whisper quiet yet close to shopping areas. Nice beaches and walks on the doorstep. Handy for the airport or Perth city. The peace and tranquility (except for noisy birds.) The home is neat and tidy but not pristine so if you have exuberant little ones you need not be too paranoid about inflicting mortal wounds on the place. It's meant to be lived in and relaxed in. The SpaceTruly spectacular panoramic ocean views from all the main rooms of this large comfortable home built across 2 blocks and in a high position. Also a private backyard with large swimming pool. Guest AccessComfortable whole house fully equipped with modern appliances. Dishwasher, microwave and of course stove (with oven) and large 2 door fridge in spaceous kitchen, also equipped with Mio coffee machine. TV and DVD player in the TV room. Laundry has washing machine and iron & board. Interaction with GuestsHappy to give friendly advice anytime. We live next door. The NeighborhoodPeaceful place beside the beach where you can swim and fish, or take long walks, or just sit in the sand. Getting AroundThere is a bus which connects to the train station in Mandurah, but much better to have your own car. There is a limousine service for airport transfers currently $120 each way.

All of downstairs area is available to guests. Kitchenette is fully equipped . Car park available front of house on driveway.We live upstairs on the property and guests have all of the downstairs area. Shared main entry to house. Back garden is large and child friendly.Easily accessible from house. Interaction with GuestsWe live upstairs ,so mostly available. We share the main entry/front door of the property. You will have all of the downstairs areas to yourselves.Our 2 friendly dogs like a pat and to greet you on arrival.We are here to welcome you and offer advice ,but apart from that ,you can have as much privacy as you desire. The NeighborhoodClose to Mandurah town, Canals, Ocean , and country atmosphere. On way to Busselton and South West..Some excellent fishing spots nearby at the Dawesville Cut, beaches and jetties. Excellent cycling and walking tracks along stunning coast. Estuary very close by for crabbing and pleasant walks. Local shops ,cafes,takeaway ,only a few minutes walk. Lots of parks, with free Bbq,s ,just short strolls away. Ideal area for a sea-change.Transport very handy. Ferry trips for Dolphin spotting and checking out Venetian style canals in area. Breakfast is provided (continental) on a help- yourself basis,we have a fully equipped kitchenette. Getting Around3 minutes walk to bus ,that takes you to Mandurah and train station. Train takes approx. 50 minutes to Perth City. Airport approx. 90 km away, just off Kwinana freeway. Mandurah town has lots of restaurants, café,s and bars ,also a Theatre and Cinemas in town. Recommend the Ferry for Dolphin spotting , also to see the Venetian style canals in area. Its a "must do" while you are here ! Other Things to NoteWe have bikes available (3 ) Also we have 2 small friendly dogs on the property. They do visit the guests occasionally for a pat ! Smoking outside please. Guests are provided with a cook for yourself continental breakfast.

    If you are looking for the perfect romantic or family escape, then the BlueSun Beach House is the best beach house for you. Sleeping up to 7 guests, we have unbeatable 180 degree sweeping ocean views from the balcony, 250 metres to the beach, everything brand new, enough room to park a fleet of cars and boat, plus we are pet friendly place. What more could you want. Welcome to the Blue Sun Beach House, our fabulous beach house in Falcon Bay, Mandurah. We have a premium view that few properties offer anywhere in Falcon. The Blue Sun Beach House is two stories high and has been completely renovated on the inside with a really comfortable modern, neutral feel. Every carpet and piece of furniture is brand new, including beds, side tables and lamps. All the walls and ceilings have been freshly painted throughout the property and the wooden floors polished. The kitchen is completely open planned and perfect for entertaining and cooking at the same time. A large five-burner gas hob with electric oven gives you all the cooking space you need. On top of this, there is masses of cupboard and shelf space where you?ll find new cutlery, chinaware, glasses, cookware and much, much more. The central island houses a double sink, dishwasher and microwave oven. The upper lounge is awesome. Everyone marvels at the picturesque views through the windows. We have a giant plasma screen TV and new Bose surround sound system and Blue Ray DVD player. If you?re lucky, there is a selection of some of the latest movie releases to view when you?re kicking back. There is a large L-shaped lounge suite and beanbag for ample seating, as well as a round, modern coffee table for magazines. You have access to the balcony from the dining area, where you?ll find a new range of outdoor furniture (couch, swivel chairs, coffee table) as well as a new Webber gas BBQ. A fire escape leads from the balcony to the garden below too. The lower lounge we designed as a kid?s retreat with its own TV and DVD player plus heaps of games. But often we find guests use this area too. A new three-seater couch and arm chair is perfect for resting up and relaxing. Both the upper and lower lounges have reverse cycle heating and air-conditioning ensuring your total comfort throughout summer or winter. All rooms also have stand-alone fans for extra breezy comfort. Parking is substantial and ample. You could park boats, caravans and your entire extended family there if you really wanted to. Plus you have a really decent-sized, enclosed back garden where kids and adults could run around freely on the soft lawns. Enough room for kicking a ball or playing croquet, or boules, or badmington. The beach is about 150 metres away and much loved by locals for walking, fishing and surfing. Beachcombing is fun particularly if you want to collect sea sponges and tropical shells like we do. The Miami Beach shops are really close (we bike there often) offering the usual culprits like Woolworths and the IGA, as well as heaps of fast food dining options, a huge bottle shop, and a very good local pub restaurant called Cobblers. The centre of Mandurah is about 15 minutes drive away. Extra cost options: Linen, towels, bicycles, grocery shop for arrival, specialty dinners, B&B; options 180 degree views of the Indian Ocean, 250 metres to the beach, everything new inside, two lounges (one for the kids and one for you),brand new modern appliances, beds, furniture and kitchenware, lots of toys, games and fun things. Linen and towels can be provide for a small extra cost.

Enjoy swimming at the beach or in the private swimming pool in your own backyard. Quiet and secluded location one hour drive from Perth International Airport (limousine service optional). Wonderful walkways alongside the ocean beach. Fishing is a popular recreation and there are several international standard golf courses nearby. Quiet seaside retreat, excellent stress relief for the busy executive, and equally great for family holidays. Traditional holiday location 1 hour from Perth (and the international airport). Fully serviced with supermarkets - Woolworths is 2 km, Coles is 1.8 Km and the IGA is 1 Km. Short 10 minute drive to Mandurah main street where you will find a range of coffee shops, pubs and restaurants as well as movie theatre and a range of small boutique shops.

      The Space5 minute walk to Avalon Beach. The walk to the beach, which is about 450m from our home, is at the end of our street before turning onto Panamuna Drive along a foot path. Then onto an established path to the walkover over the sand dunes or continue on to a grassed lookout area which also has parking and an outdoor shower. A 20 minute walk to Falcon Bay ( great for young children). Shops and food outlets about a 15 /20 minute walk.

The Mandurah area is rich in all water activities and diverse habitats. This is a highly sought after holiday resort area within Western Australia.         A spacious ocean front holiday house well appointed to spend time enjoying the magnificent, family friendly famous bayside suburb of Falcon, Western Australia. This holiday home is ideally located for a winter escape or a summer vacation. With two separate living areas, the kids are entertained in one part of the house while the adults catch up with a good book on a comfy sofa in another.

          We named our special Beach retreat "Tamela iLanga" which means Follow the Sun" because you can start your day by watching the sun rise at one end of the first floor wrap around veranda, then finish your day watching the sun set over the ocean from the front veranda. Your day can be as active or relaxing as you wish, you don't even have to leave your spot on the veranda to listen to the sounds of the seas motion, watch the surfers enjoy the waves, or the fishing & sailing boats drift past on the horizon or if you are really lucky spot some dolphins or possibly whales with your binocs! All this while enjoying a cuppa or even something cool to drink! You have the option to lower any of the 10 motorised remote controlled blinds along the veranda for extra comfort. Then when you are ready for some exercise, walk downstairs,and take around 30 steps to the beach path down onto the expansive very private beach for a long relaxing & rejuvenating walk. For more activity, there are 2 long board surfing spots within 100m, a body surfing / swimming spot or a short walk along the beach to Falcon Bay for a more protected beach for the young ones with a pontoon set up in Summer. During Low Tide the sea shares some wonderful rock pools and swimming ponds perfect for the little ones to explore. There are many ideal beach fishing spots and approximately 1km South there is a boat launching spot off the beach to allow you to explore the close by reef, lay down crayfish nets etc. Then not forgetting that the famous pristine Peel Inlet is only a 10 minute drive away where you can launch your boat for a special experience of another kind and the Cut-Golf Course 15 minutes drive South. After your day of choice then enjoy relaxing in our comfortable, modern, renovated family beach house. The upstairs consists of spacious air-conditioned, open plan living area with views of the ocean from every point. The front bedroom allows you to lie in your queen bed and watch the ocean & open the sliding door to hear the crashing of the waves. Another bedroom with 2 single beds, a full bathroom and separate toilet. Downstairs has another bedroom with double bed and a large air-conditioned room containing a double bed, a King Single, lounge suite, TV, DVD and a sliding door opening out onto the rear covered veranda and expansive enclosed Lawn. So this is perfect for a kids retreat!! All rooms have ceiling fans.

What more could you want. Welcome to the Blue Sun Beach House, our fabulous beach house in Falcon Bay, Mandurah. We have a premium view that few properties offer anywhere in Falcon. The Blue Sun Beach House is two stories high and has been completely renovated on the inside with a really comfortable modern, neutral feel. Every carpet and piece of furniture is brand new, including beds, side tables and lamps. All the walls and ceilings have been freshly painted throughout the property and the wooden floors polished. The kitchen is completely open planned and perfect for entertaining and cooking at the same time. A large five-burner gas hob with electric oven gives you all the cooking space you need. On top of this, there is masses of cupboard and shelf space where you?ll find new cutlery, chinaware, glasses, cookware and much, much more. The central island houses a double sink, dishwasher and microwave oven. The upper lounge is awesome. Everyone marvels at the picturesque views through the windows. We have a giant plasma screen TV and new Bose surround sound system and Blue Ray DVD player. If you?re lucky, there is a selection of some of the latest movie releases to view when you?re kicking back. There is a large L-shaped lounge suite and beanbag for ample seating, as well as a round, modern coffee table for magazines. You have access to the balcony from the dining area, where you?ll find a new range of outdoor furniture (couch, swivel chairs, coffee table) as well as a new Webber gas BBQ. A fire escape leads from the balcony to the garden below too. The lower lounge we designed as a kid?s retreat with its own TV and DVD player plus heaps of games. But often we find guests use this area too. A new three-seater couch and arm chair is perfect for resting up and relaxing. Both the upper and lower lounges have reverse cycle heating and air-conditioning ensuring your total comfort throughout summer or winter. All rooms also have stand-alone fans for extra breezy comfort. Parking is substantial and ample. You could park boats, caravans and your entire extended family there if you really wanted to. Plus you have a really decent-sized, enclosed back garden where kids and adults could run around freely on the soft lawns. Enough room for kicking a ball or playing croquet, or boules, or badmington. The beach is about 150 metres away and much loved by locals for walking, fishing and surfing. Beachcombing is fun particularly if you want to collect sea sponges and tropical shells like we do. The Miami Beach shops are really close (we bike there often) offering the usual culprits like Woolworths and the IGA, as well as heaps of fast food dining options, a huge bottle shop, and a very good local pub restaurant called Cobblers.             We named our special Beach retreat "Tamela iLanga" which means Follow the Sun" because you can start your day by watching the sun rise at one end of the first floor wrap around veranda, then finish your day watching the sun set over the ocean from the front veranda. Your day can be as active or relaxing as you wish, you don't even have to leave your spot on the veranda to listen to the sounds of the seas motion, watch the surfers enjoy the waves, or the fishing & sailing boats drift past on the horizon or if you are really lucky spot some dolphins or possibly whales with your binocs! All this while enjoying a cuppa or even something cool to drink! You have the option to lower any of the 10 motorised remote controlled blinds along the veranda for extra comfort. Then when you are ready for some exercise, walk downstairs,and take around 30 steps to the beach path down onto the expansive very private beach for a long relaxing & rejuvenating walk. For more activity, there are 2 long board surfing spots within 100m, a body surfing / swimming spot or a short walk along the beach to Falcon Bay for a more protected beach for the young ones with a pontoon set up in Summer. During Low Tide the sea shares some wonderful rock pools and swimming ponds perfect for the little ones to explore. There are many ideal beach fishing spots and approximately 1km South there is a boat launching spot off the beach to allow you to explore the close by reef, lay down crayfish nets etc. Then not forgetting that the famous pristine Peel Inlet is only a 10 minute drive away where you can launch your boat for a special experience of another kind and the Cut-Golf Course 15 minutes drive South. After your day of choice then enjoy relaxing in our comfortable, modern, renovated family beach house. The front bedroom allows you to lie in your queen bed and watch the ocean & open the sliding door to hear the crashing of the waves. Within 1 minute's walk from the house you will find Cobblers Restaurant - an excellent place to dine with top class meals and a bar area. There is also a sports bar attached. The complex is newly built and is very popular with locals. Miami Plaza is a short walk away which is the local shopping centre with Woolworths, newsagent, chemist, butcher, cafes, gift shop, hairdresser, several fast food outlets and more. The Falcon e-Library is a short walk away with an amazing kids area with fabulous books, beanbags, lego and puzzles. Mandurah is a 5-7 minute drive away with an abundance of restaurants, activities, art galleries, cinema, markets and a fantastic park on the foreshore for children with an inflatable water park in summer.             The SpaceThe property in Falcon is a 5 minute walk to the estuary, and a 10 minute walk to the beach. Shopping Centre, restaurants (dine in and take away) and pubs are located a 5 minute drive north (Halls Head) or a 3 minute drive (15 minute walk) south (Miami). Guest AccessGuests are welcome throughout the property, however the large shed is storage, and guests are encouraged not to go in there. Interaction with GuestsLiz and Peter are very friendly and live next door. There is no fence dividing the 2 properties and they are happy to answer any questions about the area, make recommendations and/or organise surf boards, paddle boards, snorkelling gear, fishing rods and a kayak if you are feeling adventurous. The NeighborhoodMistral street is a very quiet street and conveniently located parallel to Old Coast Road. The majority of properties in this area are built in the same era, giving the street a real "holiday" feel. Getting AroundThere is plenty of parking on the property. You are welcome to park on the grass or open the gates and park out the back, just be mindful of the sprinklers. There is a bus stop less than 500m on Old Coast Road

If you do use the last of any of the packaged foods please let me know so I can replace them for other guests...Thank You... Small variety of breakfast foods available in the upstairs kitchenette... House is security Alarmed.... Once booking is confirmed I will give you access to the codes...... These are changed remotely & monitored by myself via App Technology. Key to property will be provided for main access by the 'House Manageress' on your arrival....             The SpaceThe house has a number of living areas to relax and have fun in. Outside is a large patio overlooking Falcon Bay The games room has a tv, dvd player and also a pool table (please take care of the felt covering). The family area has a large tv, some games in the drawer, meals table and kitchen. There are 3 double bedrooms on the upper level. The double bedroom and the bunk bedroom on the lower level are accessed via the undercroft area. There is an enclosed backyard and front yard. Guest AccessGuest have access to most of the house , excluding a store room, back garage and boat. Interaction with GuestsI like to meet our guests to show them around the home. Guests can ring if they have a question, but we do not live close by so we are limited in what we can do to assist. The NeighborhoodFalcon is a lovely place to relax or go for long walks along the beach. You can walk to cafes and restaurants. Visit the many tourist attraction in the area. Getting AroundBus stop around the corner. The buses run a few times a day from Mandurah about a 20 minute drive.
