The SpaceThis cosy family holiday home has comfortable beds, a large modular lounge big enough for the whole family, and the kids bedroom has lots of books and toys so you don't need to bring any! The bathroom is newly renovated with a shower and deep bath. The rear yard is fully enclosed with lovely green grass, sun lounge, BBQ, a swing set and trampoline. We have a large DVD library for your use, and lots of extras such as milkshake maker, coffee percolator, popcorn maker. The house is fully set up for children with portacot, high chair, plastic dinnerware. Large capacity washing machine and powder for your use.

The NeighborhoodOur location is close to the seaside, a short walk to the end of our street will take you to Avalon Bay which is great for surfing, it also has a dog beach area. A few minutes walk up the beach is Falcon Bay - a beautiful little bay perfect for families to swim with children. There's a playground, swings, toilets, BBQs and Falcon Bay Café across the road.
Within 1 minute's walk from the house you will find Cobblers Restaurant - an excellent place to dine with top class meals and a bar area. There is also a sports bar attached. The complex is newly built and is very popular with locals.
Miami Plaza is a short walk away which is the local shopping centre with Woolworths, newsagent, chemist, butcher, cafes, gift shop, hairdresser, several fast food outlets and more.
The Falcon e-Library is a short walk away with an amazing kids area with fabulous books, beanbags, lego and puzzles.
Mandurah is a 5-7 minute drive away with an abundance of restaurants, activities, art galleries, cinema, markets and a fantastic park on the foreshore for children with an inflatable water park in summer. For the best meal in Mandurah town, we recommend Salt Bistro on the foreshore for intimate dinners, or Sharkys at Dolphin Quay is a great spot for family dinners with tables on the deck overlooking the marina. Getting AroundThere are plenty of tours in Mandurah including canal cruises, boat hire, bicycle hire and the train line from Mandurah to Perth. A popular tour during Christmas is the 'Canal Christmas Lights' boat tour showcasing amazing Christmas lights on the houses in the canals. Other Things to Note- No school leavers sorry
