Great for solo guests. It would be my pleasure to spend time with my guests, however, the choice is up to you. It is my desire to have you experience a most magnificent visit and that you leave feeling delightful and refreshed! Maximum: ONLY 2 adults (Must be over 25) At Sycamore Oaks Sanctuary ..... you'll love its feeling and wonder when you can return. Leave with PEACE, LOVE and LIGHT, Your Host - Jeanne The NeighborhoodMy neighborhood is PEACEFUL and SAFE. I have NO FEAR leaving my doors unlocked and living alone. I have observed owls, hawks, bats, vultures, turkeys, herons, turtles, fox, groundhogs, skunks, raccoons, armadillos, coyotes, deers, snakes, otters along with neighboring cows, heifers, steers, bulls and horses. Getting AroundThere is no public transportation. Other Things to NoteTravel trailers have MUCH SMALLER hot water heaters than homes so showers will be shorter. Wait 15-20 minutes between showers so water tank can refill with HOT WATER. Should you visit during FREEZING TEMPERATURES, you may need to have the water SLOWLY drip from the bathroom AND kitchen sinks to keep the water lines from icing up. As spring and summer sun warms the lake and pond, evaporation takes place LOWERING their levels. The less rain we receive results in unfortunate lowering of the lake and pond levels. Every summer is different.

1860s Charm in Middle Tennessee. A few miles down the road from the famous Jack Daniel's Distillery, and antique shopper's paradise Fayetteville, TN. Music City Nashville is a scenic drive of about an hour. The area is known for its Antebellum, Georgian, and Victorian houses, as well as the Tennessee Walking Horse and Tennessee Mules. You will love the view of the deer and sheep from your window, or while enjoying some porch moments. The Cottage is part of Mulberry Lavender Farm ( in the quaint town of Mulberry, with a rich history all its own). Amenities include a full bathroom with a large soaking tub, and separate shower. WiFi is available at the main house if needed. There is a small kitchen with refrigerator and coffee maker. A small hearth to keep away the chill. The cottage is located on a working farm with livestock and wildlife, so caution and respect for the animals is required. There are dogs and cats on the premises, and although we love pets, any visiting pets are only accepted on an individual basis, after evaluating the risk they may pose to pets, free-ranging chickens, livestock, and the local wildlife. The whole farm is a non-smoking environment. Smoking puts the lavender at risk of being infected with TMV (Tobacco Mosaic Virus), therefore please do not smoke anywhere on the farm. You can shop for homegrown lavender products, and regional crafts in the farm store. Pure honey from the farm's bees, and Lavender Essential Oil, Navajo Churro Wool, and lots more.
