The SpaceThe 'shoebox’ house is a modest structure with equal attention to planning and detail, employs the Breuer concept of the ‘binicular’ house, split into two equal parts, one with three bedrooms (two with a queen bed, and one with bunk beds) and one bathroom closed off from the living space (living, dining and kitchen). There is a huge wrap around deck including a large screened-in dining area. The house includes a large outside shower, covered deck and storage room under the house (including an additional half bath for easy beach access) perfect for morning Yoga and pre/post beach run stretching.
