The SpaceIf you are coming to visit NYC in this summer / autumn with your family and children, this is your BEST option. A spacious 1400 sq/ft apartment, with a large living room, dining area, kitchen, large master bedroom and a kids bedroom (with two toddler beds). It is, simply put, a home. You will feel at home away from home in no-time. Child safe & friendly. A playground nearby and Corona park in a walking distance. The kitchen is fully equipped (we love cooking), including a stove, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and more. Wi-FI, Roku, Netflix, Amazon Prime Movies - the works. Laundry room in building. Elevator. The apartment is located on an upper floor in a very quiet area. Plenty of [parking space on the street. Close to the Express E or F subway lines to the city - half hour away from your door to midtown manhattan. You can also take the LIRR train - only 16 minutes to Manhattan. Five minutes walking distance from Corona Park (Run/Cycle/Ice Skating), and 7 minutes from Austin street (restaurants, shopping etc.). 10 minutes by car from Queens Mall / Costco / Macy's etc. Our reviews say it all. The SpaceA one bedroom apartment fully furnished and recently renovated. Guest AccessGuests have access to the the entire apartment which includes a spacious living room, bedroom, dinning and kitchen area. Fully equipped kitchen includes range hood, oven, refrigerator, freezer, and all kitchen basics for meal preparation. Wifi is available throughout the house and there is a computer for guest to use. Interaction with GuestsI live only 2 blocks away should guests need anything. I'm also reachable by phone or email. The NeighborhoodA very safe, calm neighborhood surrounded by eclectic restaurants, bars, and shops. A break from the hustle and bustle of the big city. Open green spaces and parks combined with urban entertainment all in close vicinity.  Walking distance from major subway station and LIRR (10 min express to Penn Station).  Quick subway ride from Flushing Meadows Corona Park (famous for Unisphere).  Queens is known for its unique gastro-revolutionary restaurants and multi-ethnic foods.  Forest Hills is amongst the must visit destinations to eat. Located two blocks away from Danny Brown Wine Bar & Kitchen (Michelin Star) restaurant and Eddie’s Sweet Shop, a 1920’s iconic ice cream favorite; both are sure to leave you satisfied.  Let us host you here in NYC. Getting Around10 minute walk to E,F,R train which will take you to the city in 20 minute, 30 minutes to time square. 2 minute walk to Q54 bus stop the quickest way to Williamsburg Brooklyn 20 minute bus ride all the way to the Brooklyn bridge. 10 minute walk to LIRR which will take you to penn station in 15 minutes. Parking is free and very ample in our area. Other Things to NoteIf you are driving in, parking in the area is very ample so no worries. Me and my family are very helpful and open hearted if anything is needed we are happy to assist. We are a family with big hearts and were raised with the idea of being friendly and helpful.

The NeighborhoodForest Hills is an adorable community located in Queens, NYC. I absolutely love Forest Hills! It is safe, conveniently located to Manhattan, and the best neighborhood in Queens to visit. It is a pricey, but well worth the expense. It's family-friendly and has great schools and parks. It has delicious restaurants (French bakery!), movie theaters, boutiques, and beautiful streets! Getting Around-20 min to Manhattan (2 blocks to E/F/M/R subways) -12min on LIRR to Penn Station. -15min cab ride from LGA/JFK airports. Other Things to NoteThis is ideal for kids (I have a four year old - so the place is child friendly). It is perfect for anyone who wants to be close to Manhattan (but not too close!) and is looking for a neighborhood experience.

Private, first planned community in the United States (please (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) it). We have architecture students and buffs touring our community admiring its stately residences and beautiful parks and gardens created between 1905 and 1928. But we are also only 5-10 min walk from super modern, jazzy Austin Street with fantastic stores, restaurants, movie theaters and 15-20 minutes from hustle and bustle of mid-Manhattan Getting Around5 min to E/F subway station. Also LIRR (10 min to grand central/ 42 street in Manhattan).

    The SpaceMy apartment, built in 1937, is located in Forest Hills, NY, two short blocks from the subway, 25 minutes from Manhattan. I live 15 minutes from both JFK and LaGuardia Airports. I have two bedrooms, one bathroom, a living room and kitchen. I rent one of my bedrooms. I live in the other. It is on Austin Street, well known for its shopping venues {The Gap, Benettons, many restaurants, 4 movie theaters, including an independent film theater, banks, Federal Express, post office]. Forest Hills is a safe, lovely town with a large park. In the basement of my apartment building there are washing machines and dryers. The supermarket is two blocks away. I am fifteen minutes from the tennis stadium in Flushing Meadow Park where the US Open is held. Your bedroom has a king size bed, two bureaus, a closet, a writing table and two chairs. There is one bathroom with a shower and a tub. You are welcome to watch T.V. in the living room and to use my wi-fi. There is a 24 hour gym 2 blocks away. Please email me to contact me. The NeighborhoodThis is unusual New York City environment because there are many houses as well as apartment buildings, trees and parks. And there's quiet. Everything I need is within walking distance.

If I do pre approve you for a stay, and my calendar shows you the bedroom is open.... By all means feel free to reserve it, I personally won't be able to keep track of every great person who emails me, so I won't be able to hold the bedroom... thanks 0:) So tell me a little about yourself.. for example the purpose of your trip..... where are you originally from... etc.. :) The NeighborhoodAmazing...gyms, movie cineplex, coffee shops, bookstores, electronic stores, cleaners, italian, indian, mexican, american,argentinian, tai, restaurants..plus so much more.. night life is tamed but alive..the area is known for celebrations, birthdays, graduations.. the where people come to celebrate.. a small piece of Manhattan without the long lines and overpriced drinks.. Make sure to visit 5 Burrros (Mexican restaurant) for their famous margaritas.. And station house for brunch ( American Food) if you have a second.. Research Forest Hills, Queens NY you won't be disappointed. Getting Aroundoh there is also the Long Island Railroad..(it is a faster train, that will get you into Manhattan) in 12 min. I believe the stop is Penn Station. its a $4 train ride and the stop here is called Forest Hills, Other Things to Note**The room has a Queen bed for 2 people, 3 full size beds that can fit 2 people each, and a sofa. Just keep a quiet entrance when entering the building. My neighbors value and pay for the quietness of the neighborhood. If we happened to meet, let's keep our hellos and goodbyes inside my apartment, and not in the hallway as to not disturb my neighbors :-)

The apartment is 10 minute drive from Citi Field (Mets) and Arthur Ashe Tennis Stadium (U.S. Open). Street parking and street meter parking are available. Enterprise rent-a-car office is 5 minutes away. Numerous ZipCar locations in the area. Getting AroundThe apartment is 10 minutes from either JFK or LGA airports. The E and F express subway trains get to Manhattan in 20 minutes, and the subway stop is a 5 minute walk. LIRR (Long Island Railroad) is a 10 minute walk. The M60 bus to Manhattan is around the corner.
