The SpaceWe have two double cabins available on Orlik, the rate is £120 per cabin per night, each cabin has its own private shower room and a queen size double bed, each cabin can sleep up to two people. Converted deep sea fishing trawler, two double cabins each with private shower room. Orlik is an 17 meter wooden trawler yacht that spent her early years fishing in the North Atlantic. After retiring from fishing in 1992 Orlik was used as a dive vessel in the English Channel working on diving charters. In 2006 she came to Scotland and had a serious renovation costing over £300,000 and now offers two luxury double cabins each with its own private shower room/toilet, on board Orlik has offers cozy two person sauna for guests who want to chill out and relax. Guests should expect to see various sea birds and wild life depending where we are at the time of their stay. On our cruising destinations we encounter a large number of sea based creatures. Our neighbourhood is great and changes every day, on board Orlik you will experience life at sea and away from the hustle and bustle of life on shore. The SpaceWe have listed two very comfortable bedrooms with Airbnb (we have four in total), both have pocket sprung king size beds (5') and good sized en-suite shower rooms. Our rooms have great views across Loch Linnhe to the Ardgour Hills. Morvich has been independently assessed by Visit Scotland as a 4-star Gold B&B. We also have Tripadvisor 'Certificate of Excellence' awards going back to 2013. Minimum age is 18 years. We are a pet and smoke free home. Free off road parking is available for one standard car per room. We will wash, tumble dry and fold a 5 kg mixed load of washing for £10. Please note; we only put clothing in our dryer that has been washed by us first. Morvich B&B is a level fifteen minute walk from the High Street for pubs and restaurants. The walk is fully illuminated by street lights; so there are no steep steps or hills to climb in the dark to get back to the B&B. Guest AccessEn-suite bedroom with armchairs and 28" LED TV/DVD, breakfast room, and front yard (chairs and tables). There is no guest lounge; we are close to the town centre. We are on the far side of the town centre from the bus/train stations so allow for a 30 minutes walk. We do collect bags from the station. Getting AroundTrain and bus stations are on the other side of the town centre (30 minutes level walk along the lochside). We recommend using a car to get around the Highlands if you are not used to walking holidays. You can hire cars and bicycles in Fort William. Other Things to NoteExtensive breakfast menu included in the price. Free off road parking. Free Wi-Fi suitable for general browsing. Fort William is a small town and is very busy in season, so pre-booking restaurants (suggestions on our website) is advisable. If you want to do the 'Jacobite Steam Railway' trip you need to book well ahead. However, they do sell a very limited number of tickets each morning.

      Two delightful and very luxurious cottage apartments situated in a unique and peaceful location on the banks of the Caledonian Canal at Banavie Bridge on the outskirts of Fort William. The cottage has magnificent views to the front over the Canal, Neptune's Staircase and the steam railway used in the Harry Potter films. To the rear there are stunning views of Ben Nevis and the surrounding mountains. The property has recently been renovated to a very high standard and each apartment has one double bedroom. The lower apartment has a Jacobean style four poster bed and a whirlpool bath with shower over. As well a central heating there are open fires in the lounges along with satellite TV, a DVD player and a good selection of films, books and local information guides.         Our restoration team have been busy transforming yet another heritage property on Scotland's canal network. Ardlussa Cottage is a former lock keeper's cottage set on the banks of the Caledonian Canal at Garirlochy. The luxurious bath in the bedroom makes this cottage ideal for a romantic break or a honeymoon. The fantastic location adds to its charm. Gairlochy is on the southern shores of Loch Lochy amongst the grand Lochaber countryside, the small hamlet of Gairlochy boasts a tranquil location and picturesque scenery. Garilochy is situated at the south end of the Great Glen Way between the Commando Memorial and the Caledonian Canal, is surrounded by several other small crofting settlements. The Great Glen Way and the Great Glen Mountain Bike Trail can both be joined at the canal. There is a large verandah with garden furniture and ample room for bbq's. Spacious lawn to the front which is great for playing for kids and adults alike. The views from the front of the lodge are of Ben Nevis and the ski slopes and and the Caladonian Canal is 50 metres from your front door.                 Nevis Chalet is a luxury 4 star, centrally heated, double glazed chalet with beautiful garden views over Loch Eil to the mountains beyond. The kitchen/ dining area and lounge are open plan. The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Our oak dining table is adjacent to patio doors onto a little balcony overlooking the loch. The leather sofas, LCD TV and DVD and big picture window with views mean you can relax in comfort. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed and an en suite wc and there are 2 twin rooms. The main bathroom has a bath with overhead shower. All linen and towels are included, as is all electric and gas. To get here keep to the A82 for about 2 miles towards Inverness then turn left at the traffic lights & mini roundabout (next to the BP garage). Follow signs for Corpach and Mallaig on the A830. Go through Corpach village and as you leave it behind drive on for about 1 mile. The park entrance in on the left and is well signposted. If you are on foot, from Fort William you can take a taxi (usually about ÂŁ10) or a bus to the village of Corpach, these run every 20 mins through the day and every hour or so in the evening. From Corpach bus stop it's about a mile walk to Linnhe Lochside Holidays. There is also a local bus (Shiel buses) which operates during the week passing the park going into town and from town about 3 times each way, these will pick up or drop off outside the park entrance. Shiel buses also go to some of the lovely secluded settlements through fantastic scenery if you would like to explore but prefer not to use your car. Fort William has regular coach and rail connections from most major towns in the UK. Journeying by road is easy and routes are well sign-posted. Amazing views in every season and frequent sightings of all kinds of wildlife including seal and otter. Our chalets are centrally heated and double glazed, so cozy in winter too. Kitchens are fully equipped and there is an oak dining set, or you can eat on the balcony al fresco. The lounge has leather sofas, electric fire and patio doors onto the balcony.                                   Nestled adjacent to Chalet Rus is Chalet Blaich so larger parties can now book two cabins! Chalet Blaich sleeps 4 people in 2 double bedrooms. Bathroom with power shower, bath, WC and basin.Well equipped kitchen with ceramic hob,oven,double sink,microwave,washing machine and fridge with separate freezer. The kitchen leads through to the open plan dining area and comfortable lounge,which has TV/DVD with freeview channels, three piece suite and open views to the Loch at the front and surrounding hills and woodland from all the windows. There is an open decking area around three sides of the chalet from which to enjoy relaxing evenings watching the sunsets.The area surrounding the chalet is enclosed by fencing with parking within.Heating is provided by electric panel heaters throughout.Towels and bed linen included. We now have the addition of free Wi-Fi. Short breaks may be available at short notice but check availability.                                     Banavie House (aka Chase The Wild Goose Hostel) is a comfortable yet simply furnished hostel available exclusively to groups from November to February and to individuals throughhout much of the year. It is popular with groups wanting to get away for walking, climbing and sight seeing in the Scottish Highlands. It is located just two miles from the Highland town of Fort William, with Britain's highest mountain Ben Nevis as the back-drop. Accommodation is suitable for large families, school, college and university reunions, corporate events and general group use. There are seven bedrooms, each with bunk beds, with some smaller rooms having singles and bunks, with shared bathroom and shower facilities. Sleeps total 42 and priced according to group size. The house can be booked exclusively for a minimum of one night. There is a TV Lounge, Quiet Lounge and a Dining Room available seating 20, and a kitchen is available for breakfast and lunch preparation. Evening meals can be arranged at nearby hotel and bar venues, or prepared and consumed in-house. Wi-fi is available in common areas. There is much to do in the area. Visitors enjoy the mountain scenery, the climb of Ben Nevis and riding on The Jacobite Steam Train, featured as the Hogwarts Express in the Harry Potter movies. Located in an elevated position just 15 minutes walk from Fort William town centre, The Cottage has panoramic views over Loch Linnhe and Ardgour hills. The modern detached property was completed in 2010 is finished to a high standard with 4 en suite bedrooms.The entrance level of The Cottage has an open plan living, dining and kitchen area opening onto a covered glazed balcony with stunning views. There is an en suite double bedroom on this level with an en suite wet room. The lower level of The Cottage has 3 en suite bedrooms, a utility room and access to the garden.The master bedroom has an en suite Jacuzzi bath and the 2 other bedrooms have wet rooms, all with power showers. The property is surrounded by an enclosed garden with barbeque area and there is off street private parking for up to 3 cars. Wi Fi is available. The Cottage is available for weekly lets during the summer months from Saturday to Saturday and for short or weekly lets during the winter months. Set on the shores of Loch Lochy, with breathtaking views across to Ben Nevis and the Aonach Mor mountains, this detached log home is furnished to a wonderful standard. Gairlochy Bay is set in a stunning location, accessed via a gravelled forest track, and guests can fish from the decking, watch the boats sail through the Caledonian Canal or wander around a network of paths

It is situated 100mtrs above Fort William, with outstanding and uninterrupted views of Ben Nevis range and Loch Linnie. There is direct access onto the footpaths leading to the Glen Nevis nature trails. The property was completed in May 2014 to very high specification, including full facilities for wheelchair users on the ground floor. This self-catering property comprises of Lounge with large 40" TV and DVD, a fully equipped kitchen, utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, and four large bedrooms with en suite facilities offering a choice of double and twin bedded rooms. All bedrooms have stunning views. The large dining room has seating fro 8 persons and also includes a small settee and a 22" TV/player. Outside is a decking area with table and chairs and parking for 4 cars. There is an excellent bus service into the centre of Fort William, There will be a charge for additional cleaning in the event of marks, or excessive uncleanliness and cooking smells. This charge will be taken from the Damages Deposit and will be at the discretion of the cleaners. Fort William is the gateway to the highlands and beyond. It is situated at the entrance to the Caledonian Canal, via Loch Linnie, an open sea loch with access to the Scottish Isles by sea. The main attractions include climbing, cycling, walking, fishing, skiing, sailing ,high-wire activities, and there are various international events throughout the year. Fort William has its own whisky distillery, a golf course, indoor bowling alley. There is also excellent facilities for indoor climbing, and the National Indoor ice Wall climbing Centre at Glencoe. The chair lift operates throughout the year, but is mainly used by skiers in the winter. For steam train enthusiasts, the Jacobite Steam Train runs from Fort William to Mallaig daily in the summer. The chalets are Finnish and have a warm inviting interior. We have a kitchen, living room, shoer/toilet and double bedroom on the ground floor. Upstairs, there is a full loft style room with twin beds and a door leading out onto a balcony . The upstairs is reached via a spiral staircase. The kitchen has a fridge, washing machine, microwave as standard. The living room has seating for 4 and a TV and DVD Player. A verandah greets you upon arrival, with private gardens also on the premises. *the garden has a pond which is approx. 12ins deep
