The SpaceThis modern family home offers 3 bedrooms, a stylish bathroom, an immaculate eat-in kitchen complete with quality appliances and a fantastic indoor and outdoor living area flowing onto a beautifully presented garden - the garden is fully enclosed, safe for children with a terrific cubby house and trampoline! This house lends itself to al-fresco dining with a large built in gas bbq. On a single level, the house is great for elder guests and young families. The lock up garage has an easy access gate into the patio area, making the transition from the car to the house with kids that much easier. There is also a shower and toilet inside the external laundry perfect to wash off after a day at the beach. There is a flat screen tv, Foxtel (sports package), dvd, stereo and free wi-fi. A variety of games, toys and books are available upon request for the children in your group. The current bedding configuration is: Master bedroom with king bed and cot, 2nd bedroom with two single beds and 3rd bedroom with baby cot. We also have a single futon mattress which can be laid in any room - this can be discussed on booking. A perfect home, superbly appointed and well priced offering complete comfort for all the family, we look forward to welcoming you to our house. The childrens rooms have desks, age appropriate toys and lovely sun drenched spaces. The lounge room has a flat screen TV/DVD player and lots of family DVD's to choose from. The space works perfect for entertaining in the large open plan kitchen opening out onto the fully weather proof deck with bathroom. Relax in the hammock chair and loose yourself in a good book. The main bedroom has an ensuite with a north-facing, sunny aspect. Delightful for an afternoon snooze! The main bathroom features a double basin, large family size bath and pebbled floor. Guest AccessGuest can request body boards, surf boards, snorkeling equipment, beach toys, beach towels. You are welcome to use anything in our home, we are very relaxed and want you to feel as if you can relax comfortably! Interaction with GuestsWe are usually away or just staying with family- whilst our guests stay. Fully contactable should any questions arise. The adjoining duplex shares the front yard and parking (3 spaces and street parking). It is owned by my parents but is often rented at the same time as ours. The back area is very private and is sun drenched of an afternoon- perfect for game of bocce or cricket! The NeighborhoodFreshwater is one of those beach villages you will fall in love with. The main street is literally a 2 minute walk with restaurants, cafes, boutique shopping, fresh growers market and organic cafe. Getting AroundFreshwater is a 20 minute stroll to Manly Beach or the buses leave from the main street every 15 minutes on the weekend. There is also a great taxi service available.

Large, tranquil, recently renovated family beach house close to Freshwater beach. Walk everywhere! Just 10 minutes walk to Freshwater Beachn (1km), 5 mins to the village shops for a coffee hit and around the corner from the Jacka park playground where the kids can burn off some energy. Yet also on the doorstep of the lively restaurants, bars, and beaches of Manly. Seaview Blue is a spacious 5 bedroom family home with a lovely, light, relaxed feel. A north-facing garden adorned with palm trees, an open plan/living dining area opening onto a deck and a level garden with trampoline, makes it a haven for busy families with little people to care for. Enjoy the quiet, peaceful setting of the street and appreciate why people say it doesn't feel like a city. The home offers 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living areas and includes a private master bedroom with ensuite bath overlooking the rear garden. The kitchen and utility rooms are fitted with brand new appliances and the rest of the house has stylish and tasteful soft furnishings. There is a good sized, child-friendly garden with trampoline and secure, fenced pool. Bi-fold doors open from the kitchen to the garden to allow seamless indoor-outdoor living. Motorised awnings, a BBQ, wine & beer fridge and outdoor furniture ensure relaxed poolside days and easy family dinners. On-street parking is good and there is also a private carport and additional parking at the rear of the property. Guest AccessThis is our family home and during your stay you will have access to all of our day-to-day items: a fully equipped kitchen, pool toys, children's toys, DVDs, bikes and linen. There is an additional studio space at the rear of the property which is not offered as part of this listing. It is unoccupied during your stay. The NeighborhoodThe perfect location! Just a 5 minute walk to Freshwater village with plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants, 10 minute walk to both Freshwater and Curl Curl beaches and a 2 minute walk to the Wyuna Ave bus stop with buses to Manly & the city. The SpaceYou have your own private bedroom and living room - so a lot of privacy should you prefer. The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed with fresh linen and blankets, bedside table, couch, clothes rail and an television/DVD player. This is reached by your private stairs from your living room - this too has a big comfy couch, (new) television with Foxtel and DVD player, a large selection of movies and books for your enjoyment. There is also free WIFI - so a place with all the comforts of home - including breakfast - but at a fraction of the cost. The rest of the house has a fully equipped kitchen and laundry, large bathroom and has a lovely garden with a heated swimming pool. This space is perfect for couples and singles - and provides an ideal economical solution for travelling business people/travellers wanting the comforts of home, but the privacy of space. Also perfect for younger travellers who are keen for independence, but like the security of a family home. Ample on street parking makes this a good close alternative to Manly...which is only minutes away. Imagine a day of visiting the local beaches, swimming in the houses' heated swimming pool, and enjoying a wine in the garden with friendly hosts - before retiring to your private quarters. You will never want to leave friendly Freshwater! Guest AccessThe guest queen bedroom is in the attic and is reached by the stairs in your private living room. Guests will have access to the rest of the house, fully equipped kitchen where breakfast is provided (and tea and coffee is always available), bathroom, garden and swimming pool. There is ample onstreet (free) parking for those guests with cars. Interaction with GuestsWe are happy to provide help/assistance to guests, but but totally understand if guests are looking for some private space. We especially welcome couples with babies...we have a 3 year old (dont panic..he sleeps like a log) so we can provide a lot of equipment (travel cot, bath, bedding, change table) meaning our guests can travel light! Ample on street parking makes this a good close alternative to Manly, We look forward to meeting new friends over a glass of wine in the back garden. The NeighborhoodFreshwater is a lovely village just north of vibrant and cosmopolitan Manly. It has a selection of restaurants, bars, and the famous Harbord Diggers Club. Its a fabulous spot for children with parks and beaches galore. It provides a perfect beach lifestyle, and you are still so close to everything the surrounding neighbourhoods have to offer - Dee Why, Curl Curl, Manly, Warringah Mall. But if you crave cify life, the house is 50 metres from the express bus stop which takes 40 minutes to Sydney CBD. Getting AroundThe express bus to Sydney CBD stops on our street and its a 40 minute journey. You can also easily get a bus to Manly (5 minutes) and then jump on the ferry to Sydney CBD. There are also regular buses to Warringah Mall and the upper northern beaches. You can easily walk to Curl Curl and Freshwater beaches - so the perfect location. Other Things to NoteWe have 2 friendly and curious cats. So probably not the ideal location for those with allergies. Hence - no suitable for those wanting to bring their pets

The SpaceOur large modern home has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living areas and a pool. It's a 5 minute drive to Freshwater and Curl Curl beaches and Warringah Mall shopping centre. 7-10 minute drive to Manly beach. We love our house & hope you do too! Enjoy the open plan kitchen/living/dining flowing to the patio & pool, or escape upstairs to watch movies. Please keep in mind that this is our home that we live in full time so it is fully stocked with our belongings. We make hanging space in each of our wardrobes with hanging shelves and hangers. We're happy for you to use the basics in our pantry and fridge but also clear a shelf for you to store your own food and drinks. No need to buy balsamic vinegar - we have about 3 bottles as everyone seems to buy this one : ) The bedroom configuration is: King bed (with ensuite) Double bed (near the king bed room) Bunk beds (singles) Queen bed (these three rooms share a full bathroom) Double bed (this bedroom virtually has it's own ensuite, this bathroom (the lovely laundry/bathroom in the photos) is also the closest to the downstairs living and dining rooms. There are two separate lounge areas with TVs - downstairs and upstairs. Our car will probably be in the garage, however there is parking off the street in our driveway, with additional parking on the street. We won't be present during your stay, but available for any questions throughout your stay and I try to greet you on arrival when I'm able to. We are about 5-10 minutes drive to our favourite beaches - South Curl Curl, Manly, Queenscliff, and Dee Why. There are buses about 10 minutes walk from our home that travel to Manly beach (10 minute bus trip), the northern beaches, and to the city. Travel to and from the airport is best by a taxi or shuttle bus. Otherwise train in to the city then the L90 bus to Warringah Mall and walk up the hill of William Street. It has been fully equipped for your stay, fully furnished, all new beds and linen, and a generously equipped full kitchen. Private yet open and airy, Dukes has ocean and district views and takes up the entire first (top) floor of this purpose built beach house. Built in 2011, your apartment at Dukes features a spacious private entry foyer leading up open blackbutt feature stairs to your large open plan lounge, dining, kitchen, and 2 bedrooms. Expansive louvre windows and bifold doors provide a wonderful beach holiday atmosphere and sea breezes. Internal fixtures and fittings are in keeping with the overall quality of the building. Your master bedroom is spacious and has a brand new high quality queen bed and 2 sets of all linen. The second bedroom has a brand new double bed with a bunk over. Both the double and the bunk have brand new high quality matresses and 2 sets of all linen. Bathroom is spacious with separate shower and bath. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. The maximum occupancy is 5 people. Bring in your beach gear and head straight to the fridge for your favourite beverage ! Provisioning such as everyday food and drink and can be arranged. Give me your reasonable shopping list and it will be in the fridge and cupboards for your arrival together with receipts for all purchases. Your Duke's at Freshie stay is fully equipped and self contained right down to front-loading washer / dryer. Nothing is shared. There is a range of holiday reading, CDs, and music DVDs available for your enjoyment. Keep your car off the road in the carport next to your private front door. You are unlikely to need the car. Leave all the beach stuff in your entry foyer. Look out at the view. Slow down. Relax. Your host will greet you on arrival to settle you in and farewell you on departure.     The SpaceOur lovely coastal home is both spacious and comfortable. It's a renovated original beach house with wooden floors downstairs and fully carpeted upstairs It features a good sized, secluded backyard with a generous deck with a built in BBQ station. The comfy outdoor furniture and shady patio make it the perfect place to relax on a hot Summer day (or night). Our home has 4 spacious bedrooms. Upstairs, there is the master bedroom and two kids bedrooms (with single beds) along with a bathroom. Downstairs we have the 4th bedroom or Playroom with loads of kids toys and a second TV - this room also has a fold-out double sofa bed. Downstairs also houses the kitchen/dining room (with bi-fold doors that open onto the deck), a formal lounge, a TV room, the main bathroom and laundry. We also have wifi access, washer/dryer and off street parking. Guest AccessGuests will have access to the the majority of our house with the exception of one small room downstairs. The Garden shed is also locked for the safety of all, especially children. Interaction with GuestsMy husband and I do our best to be available by phone and email. We are not present during our guests stay except to hand over the keys and conduct a tour of the accommodation. The NeighborhoodYou'll be within walking distance of both Freshwater Village and Freshwater Beach. The village has lots of cafes, shops, a newsagents and a local IGA and lovely, fresh growers market. The beach is one of the best on the northern beaches. It's quite child friendly with rock pools to explore and an ocean pool. Beautiful Pilu restaurant is also located right on the beachfront if you feel like some fine dining. Getting AroundRegular buses depart from the corner of our street heading directly to Manly beach and Ferry. The city buses depart from Freshwater Village. Other Things to NoteOn arrival, there will be a house manual for more info about the area in general including a map. We provide milk, a loaf of bread, tea/instant coffee/milo, juice, some fruit and cereal for breakfast on your first morning in our home. We may ask you to take care of our lovely French Bulldog.
