The SpaceThe open plan bachelor studio is the perfect hideaway for a young creative couple, or a single person looking to explore everything that Cape Town has to offer. The apartment itself is lovely, but you would probably end up spending little time in it as you have walking access to everything that Cape Town has to offer, with easy public transport access to the mountain, beaches and shops. The space itself has been custom built - with a built-in bench/lounge space and kitchen area which offers something unique to most other cookie cutter places. The huge windows also open up nicely to allow the cool sea-breeze in. It offers the proximity of promenade living without the added cost! Guest AccessYou will be given a set of keys and have access to the entire apartment. Interaction with GuestsYou can get in touch with me at any point during your stay. If you need something fixed, want to book a tour, require an airport transfer or would just like some local tips, I'm your man! The NeighborhoodThe Atlantic Seaboard is one of the most beautiful areas in Cape Town. The apartment is incredibly close to the promenade where locals exercise and hang out from sunrise to sunset. It's also really close to Main Road where you can find all amenities, laundromat, shops, ATM, etc. and has recently seen an explosion in small coffee shops, bars and breakfast spots. There is also a great Yoga studio close by and bicycle rental just around the corner on the promenade. Getting Around2 bus stops are close by - one that takes you to the Clifton and Camps Bay and into the CBD, while the other route is directly on the way to the V&A Waterfront and lower part of the CBD - you cannot hope for a closer spot! No need to rent a car when you are staying here as it's so easy to get around (unless you want to get out of town more often). The on-street parking is safe, with a local security headquarters located right on the corner. Getting from the airport is also easy - the airport shuttle takes you to the main terminus in town, from here you take the bus that stops 50m from the apartment. It's also incredibly easy to direct a taxi to here. Other Things to NoteWifi (3G router) is included within reason - South Africa has crazy expensive data costs. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, accessed by a narrow spiral staircase - best suited for light packers - big bags might experience a bit of difficulty. The apartment can be cleaned and linen replaced once a week (or more often if you would like) by prior arrangement.

    The SpaceThe apartment is situated off the main road in a quiet cul-de-sac on the 2nd floor of a small well managed Sea Point apartment block. It is very secure with little internal foot-traffic and friendly residents. There are sea views to the front and views of Signal Hill from the main bedroom. The open plan living/dining/kitchen area is bright and spacious with two large double bedrooms and a sunny balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a gas/electric hob, oven, KitchenAid mixer and many other bits and pieces to create a gourmet meal. Guest AccessNetflix, Satellite TV, DVD player and unlimited wi-fi included. The apartment is serviced once a week. The NeighborhoodA great choice of supermarkets, takeaways and restaurants, coffee shops, chemist and launderette are just a short 1-2min walk away. 300m from the Sea Point promenade, Sunset Beach and the open-air Sea Point swimming pool. Getting AroundThe apartment has a secure parking bay and space for visitor parking.       Hamilton House is one of the original villas built on the slopes of Table Mountain in the exclusive wind free area of Fresnaye. Just 10 minutes from both the Waterfront and Camps Bay but away from the crowds of tourist and the wind of Camps Bay. Built in 1932 and thoroughly modernized to capture the exceptional sea and mountain views, yet still retaining the charm of solid oak and marble floors, high ceilings and large rooms This is a large 3 storey designer home with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, Signal Hill and Lions Head. The property is very private with a large walled garden, huge pool and Koi Fish Pond. Built on 3 levels there are sea and mountain views from 5 rooms. Hamilton House has been featured in lifestyle magazines and has been used for International Film Shoots. Furnishings are a mix of modern leather sofas and antique pieces. It is very private and secure with a State of the Art Security System. On the ground floor there is a large entrance hall leading through to a huge double volume living space, with wrap around glass walls which open onto a garden and a terrace with sofas and a dining table for those breakfasts overlooking the ocean and suppers on balmy evenings. The terrace has a retractable awning to allow for shady lunches on hot days. There is a formal dining room with a large mahogany table and a more casual dining room open plan to the kitchen. The kitchen is a chef’s dream! Italian dark wood with glass and marble counter tops and windows looking out onto the ocean. There are 2 Miele Ovens and a Steam Oven, a Gas and an Electric Hob, Dishwasher, 2 Fridges, Freezer and a Washing Machine. The kitchen leads back to the scullery. Still on the ground floor there is a Home Theatre with large Flat Screen Television, DVD Player, portable IPod docking station, Satellite Channels and Music System which can play throughout the living area. Walk up the glass and marble staircase to the first floor. There you will find 4 bedrooms all en suite: Main Bedroom has a king size four-poster bed in a very large room with a wall of glass which opens up to a marble terrace. Watch the sunrise over the city from your bed and in the evenings you can watch the sunset too! There is a Flat Screen Television and a Fireplace in this bedroom. The bedroom leads through to a large dressing room and on through to a marble bathroom. You can lie in the large oval bath and watch the ships sail by with a glass of wine! The glass shower also looks over the ocean Bedroom 2: Has a Queen Bed, views over the Garden and the Sea. Walk through the dressing room to a marble bathroom with views up to Lions Head. A suspended glass shower makes for stunning mountain viewing! Again glass doors lead out onto the terrace where you can lounge on the outdoor furniture and enjoy the views. From the ground floor living area, walk down the oak staircase to a separate guest suite which leads on to the garden Bedroom/Suite 5: Here you have a double sized brass bed with a walk in cupboard, and a marble bathroom en suite. There is a sitting room with a Flat Screen Television and DVD player and a piano! There is a kitchen with a fridge and microwave in this Garden Suite. French doors open onto the garden and your own private terrace with table and chairs for a peaceful breakfast listening to the birds in the guava tree Bedroom/Suite 6: This Suite consists of a sitting room with large built in cupboards and French doors leading out onto a little private courtyard, with a table and 2 chairs. Shops, supermarkets, restaurants, banks etc. are just 3 minutes walk down the road, in Regent Road. Good public transport links are 2 minutes down the road on Victoria Road, for Camps Bay beach, Hout Bay, 'Town' and Waterfront! The Waterfront-bus leaves every 20 minutes from down the road. Table Mountain's cable car is also quiet near. Clifton's beaches are just around the corner, a 10 minute nice walk on Victoria Rd along the Ocean. Your booking is not confirmed until Vacationista receives the pre-payment, and you have received the confirmation email from Vacationista. This confirmation email contains all your booking details such as the address of the apartment, contact details, balance due on arrival, and other arrival and departure instructions. 30 days prior to arrival, you must pay the rental balance. The payment method is described in more detail in your reservation confirmation email. Payment details You should pay the remaining balance by credit card, EFT or by telephone. Please note that payment by credit card incurs a 4% (Visa or MasterCard) or 4% (American Express) additional fee. Under certain circumstances, payment can also be made via bank transfer provided that: the corresponding net amount is received in our bank account 1 month prior to arrival (bank charges are paid for by the guest) we have confirmed reception of such amount in writing Cancellation policy All cancellations or changes must be made via email or fax. Cancellations or changes by phone are not accepted. The pre-paid booking deposit will not be refunded in the event of cancellation. In the event of cancellation of a fully paid booking (100% of stay) , there is a cancellation charge corresponding to the number of days it was made prior to the day of arrival: 30-89 days before: 50% of the total amount. Less than 30 days before: 100% of the total amount. The percentage corresponding to the days not used of the booked stay. Damage deposit Upon arrival guests will be asked to provide a damage deposit as well as a valid credit card number as guarantee for the apartment and its content for any damages caused. Please note that by accepting our Terms and Conditions you agree that any damages caused by you or your accompanying party will be deducted from your damage deposit, and that you will also be liable for any excess damages. Depending on the apartment, a damage deposit ranging from 200-500 euro will be requested upon arrival. This damage deposit should be paid in cash or by credit card. Please see your confirmation email to see which method of payment is required. Cash. All damage deposits paid in cash will be refunded in full at check-out, and following an inspection of the apartment for any damages. The arrival day You should call your contact person when you arrive at the airport (or 1 hour prior to arriving at your destination city in car) and they will inform you if you should make your way: To our office, where our check-in department will receive you and give you further check-in instructions, keys, and the address of your apartment. To the apartment, where our check-in agent will receive you and give you the keys, as well as further apartment information The apartment will be available as of 14:00h, however we will always try to accommodate clients arriving early if we possibly can. It is extremely important that we have your correct arrival time. You will be obliged to wait for your contact person and your check-in will be delayed if we do not have this information. Please remember we have a fee of R300.00 ( for arrivals between 19h00 and 07h00). This fee should be settled directly with the consultant on arrival in cash. Departure You should leave the apartment before or at 11:00. Leaving after 11:00 without prior authorisation will be penalised. If you need to leave the apartment at a later time, please ask if this is possible at check-in. We will try to meet your request if we do not have an early arrival the following day. If it is possible, you may stay in the apartment until 18:00 but this will be subject to an additional charge of 50% of the apartment rental price per night. Leaving any time after 18:00 will entail an additional charge corresponding to the full rental price per night of the apartment. On the day of your departure you should leave the apartment clean and tidy with all waste correctly disposed of. Please leave the keys on the table and close the door behind you after making sure that you have all your personal belongings with you and after ensuring that the main door to the building is not locked with a key. We can book a taxi prior to your departure if you request one in advance. Apartment cleaning The apartment will have been cleaned prior to guests arrival. Before leaving, the client is obliged to leave the apartment in perfect conditions, i.e. all waste should be correctly disposed of and the apartment tidied. If not, there will be an additional cleaning charge. The apartment will be cleaned on a daily basis excluding Sundays and public holidays. Cleaning fee is included in the advertised rate. Number and identity of guests The client should inform Friendly Rentals of the number of guests in the booking. Only those persons indicated in the booking made by the client may enter the apartment, unless an alternative agreement has been reached with Vacationista. The number of clients using the apartment should not exceed the number assigned to each apartment, except for in the case of infants under the age of two. Pets are not allowed unless permission has been specifically granted. Should the client fail to comply with any of the aforementioned Terms and Conditions, Vacationista reserves the right to ask the client to leave the apartment, and the client in question can not request any form of compensation. Conduct in apartments Loud music and parties are strictly prohibited. Guests in a Vacationista apartment should be aware that if loud music is played, or a party is held, and the neighbours complain and/or police are called, you may be immediately removed from the apartment regardless of the time, day or night. Noise regulations and respect for other residents between 22:00 and 10.00. We would appreciate your full cooperation in this matter and we hope you understand that these rules are necessary, as our apartments are located in residential buildings with people that have to get up early and go to work. The quiet time in the evening for the neighbours should therefore be respected. The client, on signing the contract at check-in agrees to behave responsibly and correctly on behalf of their accompanying party as well as themselves. If this person, or any of the accompanying party behaves in an unsuitable and incorrect manner, Vacationista reserves the right to ask the person and their accompanying party to leave the apartment. Furthermore, from that moment on they will have no right to future claims or any form of compensation. Finally, the client will lose all payments made including the apartment rental and the deposit.. May we remind you that on booking an apartment with Vacationista you automatically accept our Terms and Conditions, which we expect you to comply with. You will also have to sign these Terms and Conditions at check-in on the day of your arrival.           Property conditions Access will only be given to guests once we have confirmation they have seen and accepted the Terms and Conditions below. Villa Kasbah 34 ave la Croix, Fresnaye, Cape Town Important: These Booking Conditions set out the Terms of Contract with us so please study them carefully. Your contract is with a South African citizen trading as Villa Kasbah. 1. Making a booking and deposit Refer to agents contract 2. Payment of Balance Refer to agents contract 3. Security deposit Refer to agents contract 4. Cleaning Service Monday to Friday housekeeper service is included. Public holidays are excluded. Should you require any service on Saturdays we can provide that free of charge by arrangement. For public holidays, you may arrange it with the housekeeper privately and pay her/him in cash the agreed amount. The cleaning service does not extend to personal laundry and cooking. However, personal laundry can be arranged with the housekeeper at an extra fee to her/him directly. 5. Other services included in rental cost The rental cost includes electricity, water, council rates and levies, satellite TV, 6gigs wireless internet, pool cleaning and garden service. Linen, bath towels and beach towels, hairdryers and liquid bathsoaps are provided. 6. Arrival and Departure times Check in time is at 2pm on the day of arrival and check out time is at 10am on the day of departure. We will try to accommodate any reasonable request for an early check-in or late departure but this cannot be guaranteed should previous guests be leaving the day you arrive, or new guests arriving the day you depart. Management may ask you for an additional fee payment to secure your early arrival or late departure that might entail having to bring in extra staff to prepare the house. If this is important to you, please request this prior to booking. 7. Cancellation by you If you wish to cancel the booking, the person who signed the booking form must do so by notifying us in writing via email or fax. Your notice of cancellation will only be effective from the date of its receipt by us. On cancellation eight weeks or more before the rental we will refund the full deposit; eight to four weeks before the rental 50% of the total property rental paid shall be retained; and four weeks and less prior to the rental, 100% of the property rental paid shall be retained. 8. Alterations and cancellations by us It is very unlikely that we will have to make any changes to arrangements once these have been confirmed. If this does happen we will let you know as soon as possible. If, for any reason beyond our control, we are unable to provide you with the property you have booked, we will cancel the booking, refund the full amount paid to us for the property, but we will not be liable for any cancellation charges for travel arrangements or any further claims by you or anyone else in your party. 9. Children Unfortunately this property is not very child friendly and the issues of concern for guests with younger children are steep drops from the top and pool patios, open stairs and landings and an unfenced pool without pool cover. Guests staying with children do so at their own risk and are urged to take all due care and attention during their stay. We do not accept any responsibility for any injuries on this property. 10. Swimming Pool The pool is to be used at your own risk. It is not supervised nor normally equipped with safety net or a fence. We can however provide you with a safety cover upon request and assist in putting it on. It is heated upon request only so is normally only suitable for summer swimming. Should you require pool heating we would need at least 4 days notice to have it warm for your arrival. During very cold, rainy and windy winter months the pool heating is not very efficient and will never quite reach a “hot” stage. This pool is cleaned every second week and while we will endeavour to arrange additional cleaning service if required during your stay (excluding week-ends and public holidays) we cannot always guarantee that the pool will remain completely clean during periods of extreme weather conditions. 11. Telephone and internet services The telephone facility is for local calls only. The wireless internet facility is free for up to 10 gigs after which more can be purchased. It is the fastest speed we currently have available in South Africa and would seem slow to you coming from a more first world country. 12. Maximum number of guests Only those persons named on the Booking Form may use the property and under no circumstance may the total number of people sleeping on the property exceed the maximum number stipulated. We are entitled to request you and your party to vacate the property if this rule is not complied with. 13. Behaviour The person who signs the Booking Form is responsible for the behaviour of everyone using the rental property during the rental period. If anyone in your party or any guest or invitee behaves in an unacceptable manner by any civilised standard, the entire party may be required by us to vacate the property without further notice. It is not considered acceptable behaviour to make excessive noise including playing music loudly especially between 11pm at night and 7am in the morning, and such behaviour will not be tolerated as this property is in a quiet residential area. 14. Smoking This is a non-smoking property and you are kindly requested to refrain from smoking inside the rented premises. Ashtrays are provided for outside use so please do not litter the garden with cigarette butts. 15. Responsibilities It is your responsibility, and that of each of the persons named on the Booking Form: (a) to pay for any losses or damages to the property or premises, however caused (reasonable wear and tear excluded) (b) to take good care of the property and leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period (c) to permit the property manager reasonable access to the property (d) not to part with any possession of the property, or share it, anyone other than with members named on the Booking Form and (e) not to cause an annoyance or become a nuisance to occupant of adjoining premises. NB) It is the responsibility of the person named on the Booking Form to insure that the alarm is set and all exteriors doors and windows are closed every time the property is left unoccupied. Due to high velocity winds and unexpected rain, it is imperative that the glass doors and windows are secured properly when retiring or when leaving the premises as well as any outdoor cushions that have to be stored inside. They tend to fly away in the wind and you will be held responsible if they are blown away. 16. Property descriptions The property descriptions used on our web site or otherwise provided to you are made in good faith and are believed to be accurate. 17. Complaints and problems during your stay If you have ay complaints and problems during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible so that they can be remedied. However, we are not responsible for issues out of our control such as failure of the water supply, electricity, telephone and internet services, pool filtration, or any of the appliances. We also do not have control over building works on neighbouring villas nor are we told before the time of intention to build. We will do our best to resolve any problems as soon as possible once notified of them. We must stress the importance of bringing complaints or problems to our attention as soon as possible during your stay as we cannot be expected to help if you only notify us following your departure. In the event that you vacate the property without our notification during the rental period, you will lose any rights you might otherwise have had to compensation. 18. Breach of contract If any one of these conditions is breached by any of the persons named on the Booking Form or any of the guests or invitees, we reserve the right to enter the property and terminate the rental agreement with immediate effect. 19. Liability We do not accept liability for any act, neglect or default for any accident, damage, loss, injury, expense or inconvenience, whether to person or property, which any of the persons named on the Booking Form or any of their guests or invitees may suffer or incur arising out of, or in any way connected with, the property rental. 20. Insurance All guests are strongly advised to arrange comprehensive insurance against travel and other related risks as any loss or damage including theft of personal items cannot be claimed against the property insurance. It is the responsibility of the persons named on the Booking Form and those accompanying them to fully insure their personal items and also to keep the property secured by setting any alarm and securing all doors, windows and gates when going out. 21. Authority to sign The person who completes the booking contract form certifies that (a) he or she is authorised to agree to these conditions on behalf of all persons named on the booking form, including those submitted at a later date (b) the signatory is over eighteen years of age and a member of the party intending to occupy the property and (c) he or she takes full responsibility for any persons occupying the property during the booking period. 22. Governing law and jurisdiction South African law shall govern the validity, construction and performance of these conditions. It is agreed between us, and the person named on the booking form, that any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African Courts. We will also require guests to sign the following Noise Agreement: “Dear Guests, Thank you for choosing this villa for your upcoming visit to Cape Town. We do hope you will have a wonderful time in our beautiful city. This villa is situated in a quiet residential area and we need to adhere to strict noise control measures implemented by the city council for this area. We therefore need you to understand and accept the following conditions: 1. No loud parties of any kind are to be held at the villa. 2. No noise or music of any nature (heard by neighbours) are allowed between 10pm and 7am during the week and between 11pm and 7am on week-ends. 3. No hooting or shouting in the street at any time (day and night). Failure to comply with the above will result in the following: 1. R500 fine for every call-out to the villa to warn (and quieten) you should we receive excessive noise complaints from neighbours. 2. Should it come to our attention that a loud party is being held, we reserve the right to evict immediately with no refund of monies paid. 3. Should immediate eviction not be possible, private security guard/s may be commissioned by us to ensure the above noise conditions are adhered to. The cost of this will be for your account. Eviction will then take place the next day.           Bed types Queen Property conditions Enter the standard conditions of use by guests of the property. This might include breakage policy, visitors allowed, acceptable noise and behaviour, etc. Terms Apartment booking Your apartment is booked upon receipt of the booking deposit. This prepayment should be made by credit card, wire transfer (EFT) or by telephone. Your booking is not confirmed until Vacationista receives the pre-payment, and you have received the confirmation email from Vacationista. This confirmation email contains all your booking details such as the address of the apartment, contact details, balance due on arrival, and other arrival and departure instructions. 30 days prior to arrival, you must pay the rental balance. The payment method is described in more detail in your reservation confirmation email. Payment details You should pay the remaining balance by credit card, EFT or by telephone. Please note that payment by credit card incurs a 4% (Visa or MasterCard) or 4% (American Express) additional fee. Under certain circumstances, payment can also be made via bank transfer provided that: the corresponding net amount is received in our bank account 1 month prior to arrival (bank charges are paid for by the guest) we have confirmed reception of such amount in writing Cancellation policy All cancellations or changes must be made via email or fax. Cancellations or changes by phone are not accepted. The pre-paid booking deposit will not be refunded in the event of cancellation. In the event of cancellation of a fully paid booking (100% of stay) , there is a cancellation charge corresponding to the number of days it was made prior to the day of arrival: 30-89 days before: 50% of the total amount. Less than 30 days before: 100% of the total amount. In the event that the guest changes the dates or apartment, it will be considered a new booking and will be subject to the standard cancellation procedures. It is strongly recommended that clients purchase holiday cancellation insurance. Any cancellation, including force majeure, will be subject to the aforementioned cancellation policy. If Vacationista is not able to provide the client with the property that s/he booked, the client will be informed and will be offered a new property with similar features. If both parties are not able to reach an agreement, the client will be refunded the amount paid, subject to the following conditions: 100% of the rental amount before arriving to the apartment. The percentage corresponding to the days not used of the booked stay. Damage deposit Upon arrival guests will be asked to provide a damage deposit as well as a valid credit card number as guarantee for the apartment and its content for any damages caused. Please note that by accepting our Terms and Conditions you agree that any damages caused by you or your accompanying party will be deducted from your damage deposit, and that you will also be liable for any excess damages. Depending on the apartment, a damage deposit ranging from 200-500 euro will be requested upon arrival. This damage deposit should be paid in cash or by credit card. Please see your confirmation email to see which method of payment is required. Cash. All damage deposits paid in cash will be refunded in full at check-out, and following an inspection of the apartment for any damages. Credit card: All deposits paid with a credit card will be refunded to that same card used for payment made, between 4 to 7 days following departure into the apartment, and after inspection for damages. Arrival Preparing your arrival Please ensure that you provide us with your correct arrival time so that we can plan your check-in and keep your contact person informed of any changes or delays. Your contact person will have your contact number and email in the event that we need to contact you with regards to your arrival time. The arrival day You should call your contact person when you arrive at the airport (or 1 hour prior to arriving at your destination city in car) and they will inform you if you should make your way: To our office, where our check-in department will receive you and give you further check-in instructions, keys, and the address of your apartment. To the apartment, where our check-in agent will receive you and give you the keys, as well as further apartment information The apartment will be available as of 14:00h, however we will always try to accommodate clients arriving early if we possibly can. It is extremely important that we have your correct arrival time. You will be obliged to wait for your contact person and your check-in will be delayed if we do not have this information. Please remember we have a fee of R300.00 ( for arrivals between 19h00 and 07h00). This fee should be settled directly with the consultant on arrival in cash. Departure You should leave the apartment before or at 11:00. Leaving after 11:00 without prior authorisation will be penalised. If you need to leave the apartment at a later time, please ask if this is possible at check-in. We will try to meet your request if we do not have an early arrival the following day. If it is possible, you may stay in the apartment until 18:00 but this will be subject to an additional charge of 50% of the apartment rental price per night. Leaving any time after 18:00 will entail an additional charge corresponding to the full rental price per night of the apartment. On the day of your departure you should leave the apartment clean and tidy with all waste correctly disposed of. Please leave the keys on the table and close the door behind you after making sure that you have all your personal belongings with you and after ensuring that the main door to the building is not locked with a key. We can book a taxi prior to your departure if you request one in advance. Apartment cleaning The apartment will have been cleaned prior to guests arrival. Before leaving, the client is obliged to leave the apartment in perfect conditions, i.e. all waste should be correctly disposed of and the apartment tidied. If not, there will be an additional cleaning charge. The apartment will be cleaned on a daily basis excluding Sundays and public holidays. Cleaning fee is included in the advertised rate. Number and identity of guests The client should inform Friendly Rentals of the number of guests in the booking. Only those persons indicated in the booking made by the client may enter the apartment, unless an alternative agreement has been reached with Vacationista. The number of clients using the apartment should not exceed the number assigned to each apartment, except for in the case of infants under the age of two. Pets are not allowed unless permission has been specifically granted. Should the client fail to comply with any of the aforementioned Terms and Conditions, Vacationista reserves the right to ask the client to leave the apartment, and the client in question can not request any form of compensation. Conduct in apartments Loud music and parties are strictly prohibited. Guests in a Vacationista apartment should be aware that if loud music is played, or a party is held, and the neighbours complain and/or police are called, you may be immediately removed from the apartment regardless of the time, day or night. Noise regulations and respect for other residents between 22:00 and 10.00. We would appreciate your full cooperation in this matter and we hope you understand that these rules are necessary, as our apartments are located in residential buildings with people that have to get up early and go to work. The quiet time in the evening for the neighbours should therefore be respected. The client, on signing the contract at check-in agrees to behave responsibly and correctly on behalf of their accompanying party as well as themselves. If this person, or any of the accompanying party behaves in an unsuitable and incorrect manner, Vacationista reserves the right to ask the person and their accompanying party to leave the apartment. Furthermore, from that moment on they will have no right to future claims or any form of compensation. Finally, the client will lose all payments made including the apartment rental and the deposit..                 If you are one of those who like the finer things in life, the Clifton Castle is the place to be when you are in Cape Town. Situated in the photogenic up-market area on the Atlantic sea board and overlooking: Atlantic Ocean, twelve apostles, Lion’s head and Table Mountain. Clifton is well known for its beaches, but what I love about Clifton is that it is very secluded but 10 mins away from the city. I feel it is the perfect place to relax and enjoy what Cape Town has to offer. The most convenient transport is cabs that come up to Nettleton road, otherwise the closest mycitybus stop is on Kloof road in Sea Point (10 minuets walk) and the nearest CitySightseeing bus is at the Presidant hotel (15 minuets walk). With an added fee we offer a personal shuttle service for our guests.

Secure parking is available for our apartment. My Citi busses pick up at the airport and there is a stop at the front door of the building.

                The SpaceThis is a spacious one bedroom apartment in Bantry Bay which is one the least windy suburbs in Cape Town. Looking out onto the Atlantic ocean. The apartment is the first block from the sea and 1 minute walk from Saunders beach. It is a warm sunny space. Guest AccessSeafront and beach outside the apartment. There is a main entrance and the parking entrance. Secure parking bay for the apartment with a remote gate. Interaction with GuestsI will meet the guests with the keys as I live nearby. I can recommend some great restaurants. The NeighborhoodThere is a coffee shop around the corner called bootleggers. There is some excellent restaurants in walking distance. The neighbourhood is very quiet and opposite a rock pool and Saunders beach. It is ideal place to enjoy long strolls along the seafront.

                The SpaceThe room is large, bright and airy fitted with a brand new orthopaedic foam queen size bed. The flooring is Rhodesian teak parquet, the lights have dimmers to get the mood just right. The view from the room is from the bustling Sea Point strip over to the ocean horizon, showcasing spectacular skies - perfect for getting lazy and sunset gazing. The room also offers a small desk with chair, lots of cupboard space, great views and a heater/electric blanket for winter. The rest of the apartment is modern and has wonderful ocean and mountain views from all windows. Top quality finishes have been used throughout. The couch is so comfy, that if you don't watch out, it may just swallow you up! Guest AccessGuests have access to the amazing kitchen, with reasonable use of essentials and two full bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a large comfy bathtub. The balcony is perfect for sundowners and has a daybed to relax on. Smoking is allowed on the bench in the hallway or on the balcony. Interaction with GuestsWe are friendly and helpful and will do our best to make your stay as great and convenient as possible. We live in the apartment, so should we have the time, we might even take you on a tour. We would love our guests to experience Cape Town from a local's perspective :) Sanela is in the property and tourism industry and will happily advise on all the hot spots and things to do and see in our amazing city. (URL HIDDEN):) The NeighborhoodWe are located on the MyCity Bus route, with the bus stop right outside the front door. The new Sea Point Mall called The Point is located across the road and provides all kinds of necessities, grocery stores, dining, cafes, shopping, medical practitioners and one of the best premium gyms in all of Cape Town. There are lovely restaurants and coffee shops to suit everyones tastes within a few blocks. The beach and infamous promenade is only 1 block away, and the Sea Point swimming pools & food market only 2 blocks away. Getting AroundRight outside the front door you will find a bus stop. UBER provides the most reliable and safe private driver service in Cape Town.
