      The SpaceMy home is light and airy and clean, with all you will need for a pleasant stay. The guest room, has a very comfortable DOUBLE bed, reading lamp, air conditioning and space to unpack some clothes. Your privacy is assured and please ask for any assistance needed. Henley Square is just a few minutes' walk. Guest AccessWifi is available for your use, and full kitchen for cooking with free tea/coffee/basics. Breakfast with juice, muesli/cereal, home-made bread and jams etc are available (for A$6) however Henley Square seems the most popular with guests. A new washing machine is available for your use, and dryer in bad weather. I have Metro transport cards available (please just replace $ value used). Free City Bikes are available from the local library for the day. Check-in and outs are very flexible, but preferably check-in after 2pm, and check-out by 11am. Interaction with GuestsFeel free to have your privacy, or interact as much as you wish when I'm home. I'm an open kind of person. There is comprehensive information for your use on Adelaide and surrounding areas/wineries. The NeighborhoodHenley Square and Beach is a very unique place....a village kind of feel at the weekends or hot evenings, and in the winter and early part of the week, you feel like it belongs to you. There are many restaurants to choose from in the Square or surrounds, or a wonderful Supermarket open til 9pm weeknights and all weekend during the day. Although only a short walk away from the Square, my street is a very quiet one so a good night's sleep is assured. Street parking is also available. Getting AroundBus stops are only a few minutes away at the Square, going to the city, West Lakes Westfield shopping centre, or Glenelg beach and shopping centre/trams. Taxis are also available at the Square if required. There is no direct bus line from the airport (would need to go to the city and then out to the Beach or walk 1.3 kms from the airport to Henley Beach Road), but a taxi is approx A$18-20 and takes less than 10 mins. Other Things to NoteAdelaide has an English feel to it being the first convict-free colony in Australia. It has some beautiful historical buildings and offers so much with different cultures, theatre/ cabarets/ festivals, fantastic food in every price range, amazing world-class wines and caring people.

And of course Kangaroo Island is on every visitors must see list.

      Guest AccessThe whole property, except the garage. No shared areas. It's a very quiet and peaceful spot in spite of being about 4 min walk to the cafes, shops, supermarket and Henley Square. Interaction with GuestsI will try to meet guests but if not possible will make sure they have full instructions. The NeighborhoodIt's a beautiful, laid back and safe suburb with a vibrant square and jetty. Great for swimming, fishing, walking, dining with all amenities and public transport nearby. Getting AroundYes, just across the road there are buses.

      The SpaceTramonto means sunset in Italian, and you have the opportunity to view some amazing sunsets over the water from the balcony of this property. This elegantly decorated three bedroom apartment has spectacular uninterrupted views of the coast with only a two minute walk straight down to the beach. The bedrooms are spacious with built in robes in all three rooms. There is a spa bath off the main bedroom with absolute privacy and a relaxing view of the waves crashing onto the beach. The other two bedrooms have ample room to move. The living area is both practical and stylish. The kitchen is well appointed and complete with an automatic coffee machine. The view is from the kitchen, dining, living and the balcony. There are sumptuous couches on the balcony to truly relax. Located within the complex is a supermarket, butcher, travel agent and some boutique shops. No reason to venture any further for supplies. In fact consider that your pantry is just downstairs. Two secure car parks are included with this property The NeighborhoodHenley Square is currently under redevelopment with construction works slated to finish by the end of 2015. Getting AroundOne or two secure car parks are included with this property. Please advise Australian Luxury Stays in advance of your stay if you require both parking spaces. One of the best apartments in the complex. Please be aware this is a totally non-smoking property. The property highlights SA's most prolific ocean racing yacht 'rager' and her successor 'outrage-us'. The property celebrates a true SA yacht racing heritage. Both bedrooms have quality queen size beds with premium mattresses, pillows and bedding. The main bedroom has a jet spa bath that overlooks the beach and a well lit en-suite (URL HIDDEN) 2 has a separate well lit quality bathroom. The in apartment laundry has a Miele washing machine and dryer. The open plan kitchen is full Miele: oven, microwave, gas cooktop, dishwasher and ice maker fridge. Excellent for when you want to eat in, rather than in the surrounding cafes or Ramsgate Hotel.Bose surround sound with the 3D digital TV fills the lounge area that overlooks the sea. A magnificent 6 seater outside setting completes the package and is great for a quiet drink and watching the sun set into the sea.       The SpaceThis beautiful 2 bedroom apartment is located in the new 'Baju' complex adjacent to Henley Square. It is fully furnished with up to the minute Miele appliances and modern comfortable furniture.. The apartment is very light and airy with wonderful sea views and will appeal to anyone looking to relax. The apartment has two bedrooms, a master with a Queen bed and ensuite, and a separate spa bath positioned so that you can lay back and relax while enjoying the great sea view from the privacy of your bath. The second bedroom has two single beds that could be joined together if needed. There are built in robes in both bedrooms and an additional bathroom. The open plan living area comprises the lounge, dining and kitchen and you can enjoy the sea views from all positions. The kitchen includes dishwasher, full size fridge, microwave and ample bench space. There is an internal laundry with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. The balcony has comfortable outdoor furniture and shade blinds to protect from the sun but not blocking out the picture perfect sea views. Secure car parking underground for one car. The NeighborhoodThe location is fantastic with a large supermarket and boutique shops at your door, as well as being surrounded by a choice of many cafes and restaurants. Walk to the beach, and along the jetty or go further afield to the CBD which is only 15 minutes away or 5 minutes to Glenelg.       Our home is situated between the CBD and Henley Beach. There is a direct bus line to the CBD or the beach at close walking distance (less than 5 mn). Perfect if you are studying downtown (check your campus as Unis are widespread). We have 1 Single room available for homestay guests with Wardrobe, Desk and Lamp, and Air Conditioning. Bathroom is shared with our little kids. We have cable internet access and wifi. You can enjoy half board stay by having dinner with us for a small additional fee (10$/meal). We usually cook fresh food in many fashion (French, Italian, Indian etc) to have nutritially balanced meals including starters/main/yogurts or cheese/fruits or desert. Eric is 42 and enjoys reading, learning foreign languages, travel, nature, and science& technology. He speaks English, French, and Spanish Annabelle is 40 and enjoys reading, learning foreign languages, and nature. She speaks English and French Eric and Annabelle have 3 children living at home and a cat. We prefer to have girls at homestay to balance the male/female ratio impacted by our 3 lovely boys ;-)

        The SpaceThe inside of the house was fully renovated four years ago and has everything you need to make you feel like your at home. The main bedroom has a king size waveless waterbed and 50 inch TV. The second bedroom had a double bed with loads of hanging space for all your clothes and a large on suit with a spa bath and double shower. The third bedroom has a double bed with a 40 inch TV. The modern kitchen and open plan entertaining area also opens out to the backyard. Five mins walk to grange jetty and 15 mins walk to the shops and restaurants in Henley square. There is also public transport just at the end of the quiet street that takes you on a twenty minute ride straight into the heart of the city. Guests will have access to everything in the home.             Fully equipped clean and tastefully furnished our 2 bedroom apartment is 20 minutes walk (5 minute drive) to local beaches and popular local beaches Henley, Grange. It's only 25 minutes to the CBD with bus stop right outside the apartment with one under cover secure car park. Clean and comfortable, this 2 bedroom apartment has everything you could need for a fabulous holiday or longer stay and we are happy to consider extended stays so please contact us for a quote. The apartment is fully furnished with all linen and appliances and a fully equipped kitchen for stay at home meals. Reverse cycle air conditioning system and ceiling fans will keep you cool on the hottest day and warm in winter. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and the second bedroom 1 single with a full sized second single available on request. Both bedrooms have large built in robes for good storage. There are views of the Adelaide hills and the apartment is only a 5 minute drive (20 minute walk) from the local beaches of Henley Beach and Grange and short drive to historic Port Adelaide. A 20 minute drive to the city, 10 minutes to Glenelg Beach and three local golf courses, 5 minute drive to Designer Fashion outlets at Harbourtown, West Beach and the airport. There is major Westfield shopping centre with cinema 10 minutes away and it is also close to Glenelg Beach where you will find plenty of restaurants and cafes and the Beach House a fun place to keep the kids entertained. The apartment is a 10 minute drive from the Adelaide Airport, close to local shops for immediate shopping and has a bus stop right outside the door into the CBD. There is one undercover park at the rear of the units.
