The SpaceThe apartment, with a beautiful view over the mountains and a meadow, has 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms with showers. It can sleeps up to 6 people. There are 2 bedrooms, one with kingsize bed and the other with bunk beds. The nice and spacious living room has a comfortable sofabed; the kitchinette is fully equipped, and has a dishwasher and a microwave. IMPORTANT. Please note that sheets and towels are not provided, though available at the reception on request, with a charge. Fares are only on a WEEKLY basis: Up to 6 persons 72 euros altogether; Up to 5 persons 62 euros altogether ; Up to 4 persons 55 euros altogether ; Up to 3 persons 46 euro altogether. Guest AccessFacilities in the residence (Residenza del Sole) include a swimming pool (depending on the season), sauna and gym. The NeighborhoodThe apartment is placed in a luxurious 4 stars residence, surrounded by the nature and close to a Sporthouse. This latter also hosts a cinema. For those who love trekking, many paths start nearby! Nice walks for both mountain experts and families. Getting AroundSki facilities (MONTEROSA SKI area) are 15 minutes away by car; only 2 minutes away is the smaller but nice Weissmatten ski area. A ski bus is available within just 5 minutes walk from the residence. The SpaceAntica casa di famiglia, ristrutturata per l'accoglienza di ospiti amanti della montagna sia invernale che estiva. Un tempo residenza del notaio della Valle di Gressoney, molto amata dalla Regina Margherita di Savoia, oggi è un'affascinante casa vacanze, arredata con mobili d'epoca, e dotata di tutti i conforti moderni. Alcune stanze hanno soffitti affrescati con motivi floreali, risalenti alla costruzione della villa. Il parco privato è curato, adatto ai giochi dei bambini e al riposo degli adulti. Guest AccessDa qui, in un'ora di cammino tra boschi incontaminati, si guadagna lo stupendo vallone di San Grato, con le sue innumerevoli e secolari costruzioni walser. I piccolo paese di Issime Vi accoglierà con ospitalità e tante proposte di feste paesane. Da non perdere la Chiesa Parrocchiale di San Giacomo: la facciata è un superbo esempio di Giudizio Universale, Monumento Nazionale. Il comprensorio sciistico del Monte Rosa, uno dei più vasti al mondo, è a pochi minuti di macchina o pullman, con centinaia di chilometri di piste su paesaggi superbi. Forniamo qualsiasi indicazione per esplorare la valle d'Aosta da chi il territorio lo conosce e lo ama. Durante l'estate diamo informazioni sulle gite e le feste più significative. Nel parco della casa abbiamo un orto in cui siamo felici se gli ospiti vorranno raccogliere l'insalata e le verdure coltivate biologicamente. The NeighborhoodLa casa è stata costruita con la dote della mia trisnonna, per diventare la residenza della sua famiglia. Il marito era il notaio della valle e al piano terra c'erano gli uffici e la zona per il ricovero degli animali a servizio della famiglia. Nei piani superiori c'erano gli alloggi per i proprietari e per le persone di servizio. Le stanze hanno soffitti affrescati, ognuna con motivi diversi. I mobili sono quelli d'epoca, così come i pavimenti degli alloggi. Nella ristrutturazione che ha diviso l'edificio in diversi appartamenti (9) abbiamo cercato di mantenere il fascino originale, adattando gli antichi letti a materassi e biancheria nuovi. Le cucine sono graziose e funzionali, ben equipaggiate e dotate di tutto il necessario. Getting AroundA pochi metri dalla casa c'è la fermata del bus di linea che collega tutta la valle di Gressoney con la valle centrale. Se interessati gli orari sono a Vostra disposizione. Other Things to NoteIl piccolo paese di Issime è popolato dai walser,I Walser (contrazione del tedesco Walliser, cioè vallesano, abitante del canton Vallese) sono una popolazione di origine germanica che abita le regioni alpine attorno al massiccio del Monte Rosa. Definiscono la loro parlata Titsch, imparentato con Deutsch. I Walser appartengono al ceppo degli Alemanni, e sono giunti attorno all'VIII secolo nell'alto Vallese; durante il (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) secolo, coloni Walser provenienti dall'alto Vallese si stabilirono in diverse località dell'arco alpino in Italia, Svizzera, Liechtenstein e Austria e Francia. Gli abitanti sono accoglienti e cortesi. Nel centro troverete i negozi di alimentari, due ristoranti, la latteria del comprensorio nella quale potrete avere un assaggio dei prodotti locali. A chi fosse interessato, un margaro di cui abbiamo fiducia può fornirvi di fontina e toma di Gressoney.

The SpaceIt is located 7 km from Gressoney and slopes of Staffal chairlifts and cable cars which connect to Alagna and Champoluc valleys for seasonal skiing and sightseeing. Its ideal for 2 people, with superb panoramic views of mountain peaks and surrounded by beautiful green landscape. It is a real charm surrounded by countryside, with large outdoor spaces, deck chairs, tables, a gazebo and traditional stone grill. The accommodation consists of a kitchen, a bedroom with a king size double-bed, a bathroom with its own washing machine. It comfortably accommodates two people and pets are welcome. Kitchen linen (tablecloths and tea towels) are included, as well as quilt and blankets, usually we ask our guests to bring towels and sheets but on request we can provide them. The NeighborhoodThe house is isolated in the wood, but only 5 minutes walking from the center of the village. Getting AroundA disposizione dei nostri ospiti si trova un parcheggio all'inizio della strada privata che porta alla casa. Per chi dovesse arrivare in aereo, l'aeroporto più vicino è quello di Torino dal quale si può raggiungere la stazione ferroviaria e arrivare sino a Pont Saint Martin da dove partono i bus per Gaby. Consigliamo comunque di noleggiare un auto per poter essere più autonomi negli spostamenti, soprattutto quelli serali. Per chi arriva in auto, l'autostrada è quella che porta ad Aosta, uscire a Pont Saint Martin e seguire le indicazioni per Gressoney, Valle del Lys. You cross the road and you have a bus stop: the bus goes regularly to the centre of Gressoney Saint Jean and to all the slopes up to La Trinitée (Monterosa Ski Circuits, one of the largest in Europe: it connects 3 valleys, skiers can go to Alagna and Champoluc)).
