The Space I am an enthusiast when it comes to collecting, so my house is very ecclectic, warm inviting and interesting. Feel free to browse the books or play the games, scrabble, cribbage are just a few. Wi Fi is available, large screen TV, Netflix....The house is in Gallatin Gateway, but sits on one acre, very private, quiet, lovely! There are two Tipis on the property, so if some one is brave, there is a bed out in the upper tipi. The bedrooms all have down comforters with very comfortable beds. The house is really cozy and fun, there is 1250 square feet upstairs, The second upstairs bedroom has french doors that leads to the Hot Tub. The kitchen has absolutely anything and everything a person would want. And feel free to use the spices or anything else. Guest AccessPlease feel free to enjoy that space. You may use anything in the kitchen, Bar, (Great Bar!) bathroom...Please just be respectful. Interaction with GuestsI LOVE TO SHARE MY HOME, BUT I FEEL THAT PRIVACY IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR MY GUESTS SO MY INTERACTIONS ARE MOSTLY CONDUCTED OVER THE PHONE. The NeighborhoodA true Montana community. Small and quiet. Gateway to Big Sky Ski Resort ,only 45 min. and Bridger Bowl only 45 min. Ski Both. Great neighbors, fun restaurants and bars. Stacy's the iconic western bar and Steak house, is a block away, and books a band every weekend, so put on your dancing shoes. Its a short 15 minuet drive into Beautiful Bozeman, and 30 min. drive from the airport. Getting Aroundyou will need your own car, but getting around is easy. There is beautiful scenery everywhere you look, and its a real pleasure to check out the sights. Other Things to NoteThere is a very comfortable bed in the Tipi, which may be used if you like. If it snows you may need to shovel a path to the HOT TUB. It's a short path. I will have someone shovel once a week, but you never know what to expect in Montana. It's always and adventure.!!!

The SpaceEach week rental receives an 8th night free! This 1650 square foot cabin has been fully remodeled including new wood floors and much of the original 1920's era log walls were preserved and add great color to the interior. The cabin is very well insulated to keep it cool in summer, and has forced air heat and a gas fireplace for those colder times of the calendar. The second floor master bedroom suite with riverside deck has a 180-degree view of the river (queen bed, tub/shower). The fully outfitted kitchen has a dishwasher, garbage disposal, electric stove & oven, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, all of which were new in 2008. Dining room table seats six and expands to seat ten. Sunroom with adjacent large deck with bbq and hot tub. The other queen bedroom is on the main floor, as is the bedroom with 2 extra-long twin beds. The 6-bedroom Lucky Dog Lodge is 2 doors down, so this rental makes for great overflow lodging when both houses are rented together. The cottage is pet friendly and a $50/pet fee will be assessed after your reservation is made, through Airbnb's system for charging pet fees. Maximum of one pet please. $250 refundable pet deposit required via Paypal or online credit card payment. Guests with pets must agree to pet rules and policies which will be sent by email. The SpaceOur home is in Gallatin Gateway, between Bozeman and Big Sky, so it is a perfect place to stay if you are in town for outdoor activities, on your way to Yellowstone National Park, or visiting friends and family but you "want to get away". The decor is essentially "shabby chic" style. There are lots of family photos, nicknacks, and other fun things to look at around the house. Our home is not spotless, so you should feel comfortable to kick back and relax. You will really feel like you have gone back home (or to your parent's home)! Guest AccessWe have two empty rooms in our lovely and spacious Montana home that are available for you. Each room has its own sink and the two rooms share a private full bath. Essentially you would have your own private section of the house! Did we mention that we have radiant floor heating as well? Your feet will stay warm in the winter. One guest room has a queen-sized bed and the other has a twin. An air mattress can be made available if you would like additional sleeping space. Lots of pillows and a variety of blankets are available to suit your needs. We even have a hot tub available outside next to our large, covered deck (with an amazing view). Having coffee on the deck is a refreshing way to start off the day, or a great way to relax and wind down a perfect evening. During the summer, you may have the opportunity to enjoy treats from our large garden we maintain, or from the numerous fruit trees in the backyard. We have a friendly yellow lab dog on the property to greet you! NOTE: We also have an additional room in our remodeled basement with a double bed and private bathroom. If you have a large group of people and need to make use of this room, let us know and we will send you the rate. Wireless high-speed internet is available. There is also a TV & DVD player in the living room for watching movies. Please use the refrigerator to store your snacks or leftovers. If you would like, you may use the kitchen (please ask, and we will show you around). We are more than happy to throw in a load or two of laundry for you. We love pets, but please first ask about bringing pets, as this is negotiable (we have dog kennels if you need them). An additional $10/night pet fee will apply. Interaction with GuestsMary makes an incredibly nutritious breakfast, since she is a registered dietitian - - and her cooking tastes good, too! Mary is an expert gluten-free chef, so if you need a dietary specific breakfast, let her know. Wake up to fresh brewed coffee or an assortment of teas. If you would like breakfast during your stay, let us know prior to or upon check-in. If you need any special accommodations, please let us know in advance... The NeighborhoodQuiet and scenic, the area is an escape from the hustle and bustle of a city. Enjoy only the sounds of nature at night. Getting AroundThere is no public transit nearby. You will need a vehicle to get around. Other Things to NoteWe use AirBnB as a way to get to know more great people like you, and also to help fund research for Fragile X Syndrome. Thank you for considering our place for your stay. Warm Wishes, Mary & Dick

[$220 – 260 /night, 6+ BR, 3 BA, sleeps 14] * Beautiful mountain setting on a 20 acre conference center * Adjacent to 2.1 million acre Gallatin national forest * Perfect for a large family or small group. Additional housing available nearby Brief Description: Located 13 miles south of Bozeman on the shoulder of Wheeler mountain, the Blackmore guesthouse offers a quiet setting on the border of the Gallatin National Forest. Families and small groups looking for an affordable home with gorgeous views of Cottonwood Canyon find that this guesthouse is a comfortable base for family activities, either on-site or throughout the Bozeman and Yellowstone region. Blackmore is the largest of 6 guesthouses that, along with a lodge, comprise the 20 acre Mountain Top Retreat center. It is about 2 miles from the Woodlands wedding venue. Although conveniently close to the dining, shopping, and other amenities that Bozeman has to offer, this house offers beautiful mountain and canyon views in a rural setting. Because it borders a large national forest that stretches all the way to Yellowstone National Park, deer are more common than cars. You might see a moose, fox or even a bear by day, or the Milky Way stretching across the sky by night. The faint background noise you hear isn't distant traffic, it's the creek at the bottom of Cottonwood Canyon, about a half mile away. But, secluded doesn't mean isolated. Satellite TV and free WiFi are available in the lodge, and an on-site laundry facility is open throughout the summer months. There is generally someone available on-site to help you get settled in, answer your questions, or direct you to the best fishing spots, restaurants, and attractions. Bedrooms & Baths: This house has 6+ bedrooms and 3 baths laid out on three levels. Upper level: Bedroom A: 1 queen bed Bedroom B: 2 twin beds Bath: full Conversation nook: 2 easy chairs Main level: Bedroom A: 1 queen bed Bedroom B: 2 twin beds Bath: full Lower level: Bedroom A: 2 twin beds Bedroom B: 2 twin beds Family room: 2 twin beds, couch, chair (also has room for 2 roll-away beds) Bath: three quarter (shower, no tub) Living room: The living room, which looks out over Cottonwood Canyon, is furnished with a couch and several easy chairs. It is stocked with books and games, and more may be borrowed from the lodge library if desired. Kitchen & Dining area: Blackmore’s kitchen is well equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, and enough cookware, plates, and tableware to serve a full complement of guests. In addition, we can often make specialty items (e.g. pancake griddle, heavy duty mixer, etc...) available with prior notice. The dining area is arranged to serve six, but extra folding tables and chairs are available to accommodate 14 or more guests. Outdoor Amenities: The kitchen dining area opens out to a large deck with views of Cottonwood Canyon. Charcoal grills are available for barbecuing. Volleyball and horseshoe pits are available in the summer. A private trail leaves directly from the property to access infrequently used parts of Gallatin National Forest; a public trail starts about 2 ½ miles from your door and climbs up the canyon, crossing Cottonwood Creek a number of times along the way. A fire pit and firewood are available for guest use unless fire restrictions are in place in the adjacent national forest. Laundry facilities (2 washers & 2 dryers) are available on-site. Excellent fishing on the Gallatin river, or along Hyalite creek, is a 10 minute drive away. The Blackmore guesthouse at Mountain Top Retreat is roughly equidistant from the Lone Mountain and Bridger Bowl ski areas; either is about 45 minutes away. Lodge: Satellite television and free WiFi are available in the lodge. The upper level of the lodge, which includes the library and deck, is open to all guests. The large conference room and kitchen in the lower part of the lodge may be reserved for a fee. Rental restrictions: Blackmore (and the rest of Mountain Top Retreat) is a non-smoking facility, and pets are not allowed. Minimum stay is 2 nights. Our staff make sure your guesthouse is thoroughly cleaned before you arrive; however, they do not clean your guesthouse during your stay. Large groups: Mountain Top Retreat can often accommodate larger families and organizations by making additional housing available that is not listed here. Weekly rate is for 7 days / 6 nights Reservation confirmation deposit is 25% of estimated bill, it is non-refundable but is applied to your bill at the time of your stay. 7% tax on stays less than 30 days The Blackmore guesthouse is one of six guesthouses that, along with the lodge, make up the twenty acre Mountain Top Retreat center. Guests enjoy the views looking out across Cottonwood Canyon and up toward Wheeler Mountain and the general quiet of the rural surroundings. People generally come to Bozeman to see Yellowstone National Park or to pursue the various outdoor activities (hiking, fishing, biking, rafting, wildlife spotting, etc...) that have made the area famous. What stands out about our location is that we are 15 minutes from Bozeman's amenities, and yet there is a corridor of forested mountains stretching, uninterrupted by a paved road, from your door step all the way to Yellowstone National Park.

The SpaceOur home is in a country setting just southwest of Bozeman. Quiet and beautiful, we sit on 20 acres with a fish pond and creek. It’s a perfect place to stay if you’re in town for outdoor activities, on your way to Yellowstone National Park, or just want to feel like you’re “out in the country.” The room has a queen-size bed, a sink, loveseat, rocking chair, and a closet, and the private bathroom is a few steps away. The windows face the Bridger Mountains to the north. This is a very quiet, comfortable living space on the second floor of our home. A second guest room with a twin bed, and a third with a queen-size bed, are also available on the home’s third floor. These rooms are listed separately. We’re 25 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from downtown Bozeman, and 10 minutes from MSU. Hyalite Canyon and reservoir, home of hiking, boating, picnicking, mountain biking, and cross-country skiing are a beautiful 30-minute drive from our home. Cross-country skiing is possible right outside the back door. Other nearby local attractions include the Museum of the Rockies and Bozeman Hot Springs, and blue-ribbon fly fishing streams are within shouting distance. Bridger Bowl and Big Sky/Moonlight ski areas are about 40 miles away. Further down the road, Yellowstone National Park’s north and west entrances are 90-mile drives, and Grand Teton National Park lies just south of Yellowstone. Glacier National Park is approximately 6 hours to the north. Guest AccessThis second-floor room has a queen-size bed, sink, and private bath. Two additional rooms are available on the third floor of the house, each with its own sink and access to a private full bath. Let us know if you need additional room for a larger group, and we will send you the rate. (Because the rooms are on the second and third floors, you must be able to climb stairs.) You will have to share the bathroom in the event that both 3rd floor rooms are booked. The house includes a basement kitchen with fridge, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Dishes and flatware are available, as are pots and pans if you’d like to make your own meals, and a gas grill is also available. A large-screen television connected to DirecTV, along with comfortable seating, is also located in the basement. This space may need to be shared in the event other guests are booked into the other guest rooms. Free Wi-Fi is available to guests, as are a washer and dryer and fenced yard. The house also has a dry sauna and racquetball court. The porch on the north side of the house provides the perfect spot to drink your morning coffee while taking in the panoramic view of the Bridger Mountains. Our home is a great place for a family stay – as well as having three available bedrooms, we also have a large dining room (seating for 10). We love pets, but please first ask about bringing pets, as this is negotiable. An additional fee of $10 per pet per day will apply. DO NOT USE INSTANT BOOK IF YOU ARE BRINGING A PET. Please send an inquiry before booking with details about the pet so I can decide whether it would be a good fit for the house. Interaction with GuestsOur house is a four-level, five-bedroom, five-bathroom residence, and you will be sharing the home with two people, one dog, three cats and possibly other Airbnb guests. The owners are friendly, easygoing, and avid outdoor lovers with knowledge of the area; the dog is friendly and goofy; the cats make themselves scarce when visitors are around. We would be happy to provide you with recommendations for activities, restaurants, and places to see in the area and beyond. We will always be home when you get here to help you settle in, but after that, we try to stay out of your hair. We work from home so we’re around most of the time if you need anything. Otherwise, we encourage you to come and go as you please. The NeighborhoodThis is a quiet and scenic location at the end of a half-mile long private drive. There is very little traffic, and virtually no traffic or city noise. You can enjoy only the sounds of nature at night, and with no street lights in the area, the night sky is dark, velvety and loaded with stars. Getting AroundWe are located in the country about 15 minutes from downtown Bozeman, so you will need your own transportation to and from the home. Car rental services are available at the airport in Belgrade (about 25 minutes away) and, although rarely used, taxis are also available. Other Things to NoteCheck-in is between 3pm and 9 pm, and check-out is 11am. Miscellaneous bathroom items like toothpaste, tooth brushes, shampoo, and conditioner are provided. The bathroom is also equipped with a hair dryer. There is parking available for larger vehicles like motor homes and boats. Please advise if you are traveling with a large RV, boat, trailer, or other larger transport. Smoking is allowed outside only. Please ask for an ashtray. Since the owners live on the property, please be respectful of noise levels. You can fish in the pond free of charge.
