The NeighborhoodShort walk to grocery store, liquor store and a variety of restaurants. Bus stop is 1.5 blocks away. Access to Squamish trail network 3 blocks away. Getting Around-Located in Garibaldi Estates (Squamish) on Read Cres Riding Guide: Download the trail forks app it's free and has all the trails on it. The two main areas you will want to ride are Alice lake and up the Diamond Head access road. I'll assume no shuttle start although that is my typical move on the diamond head side e.g. Shuttle to start and then extend into AM ride. This does involve starting on the downhill trails the easiest being Cakewalk but still fairly DH. Alice Lake: Leave your car at the bottom near Coho park for maximum benefit. Or ride from your house if it's in the highlands or the estates. Ride up the streets to the end of Perth Climb the Mashiter up to eventually Ed's Bypass easy but map required. (About an hour from the very bottom) Ride Ed's bypass then onto Manboobs Ride over past Edith lake to the top of the climbing trail on strava "just the tip" Up the climbing trail to Rupert Rupert spits you out on the Mashiter ride back up the Mashiter to Tracks from Hell to Edith lake. Back up the "just the tip" on the climbing trail Ride to Entrails (alternative but harder is to ride Value added to Penthouse then onto step 11) Half way down Entrail jog onto "end hole connector" for a short distance to either "Boney Elbow" or a bit further to "Room with a view" Turn right when you come out and along the old road until you come to either "Hueso" or "In and out burger" or "Dirk Diggler" you would be fine but possible not ride everything not sure about the rest of your crew. Both are awesome though. They could work into on or the other of these loops if you look at the map. Other Things to Note-Suite is underneath main house living space the house is a bit older so some noise travel between living space. Something to consider if you like to sleep in late we have young kids...
