Queen bed, Queen Murphy bed, & Full pull out couch. Each room is heated with base board heating and living room/kitchen has a fire place + AC unit. All Linens are provided for our guests. Less than Two Hours from Twin Cities. We are located immediately next to a bar and pizza place. Great for darts, pool and fun; very family friendly! This condo is smack in the middle of 'walleye central! If you came to MN to fish, you are in the right place. Several bait shops, marinas and launches in Garrison. Brainerd is 20 minutes away with all of the shopping and entertainment you could ask for. Gas, grocery, & food all here in this friendly town. Plenty of parking for your vehicles and boat at the location, screened in balcony, you will enjoy a picturesque view immediately overlooking the harbor. As you will see from our photos, this condo is located on the second floor of a 3 tiered condo complex. This property is located steps from the water and moments from an unbelievable experience! Guest AccessGuest will have access to the full condo #202, with exception to the utility closet, and one bedroom closet, which is for employees only. Guest also have access to the association owned Gazebo, if you would like to use propane it is $2/use payable to maintenance manager. Otherwise feel free to bring your own propane and use the grill on the condo balcony. There is a beach area within walking distance and a harbor as well. Both of these amenities are shared with the condo organization. There is a public beach less than a mile away. Docking and launching services are available, payable to a third party. Cost is $10/day. Otherwise there is public access entry 2.5 miles away. Interaction with GuestsWe are open to phone calls, emails, and text messaging (Email will be best). We are an hour and half away from the Condo. To make up for our distance we have built a strong rapport with the Condo president and Bar Owner. They have been instructed to help you with anything you may need. If extra linens or toiletries are needed, our cleaning crew is also only minutes away. The NeighborhoodYou are welcome to bring your own boat and launch it at the adjoining marina less than 100 yards from the condo or at one of the other near-by public accesses. If you are not bringing a boat, don't let that hold you back! There are many marinas near by that can provide fishing guides and low price fishing launches that will take you out for 4 hours or all day/evening trips to catch fish! There is a beach area just 50 yards away for you to sit , sun and relax and a public beach less than a mile away. The Grand Casino is only 10 miles away for some food, gambling and fun. There is a movie theater near by and night life with live music on the weekends. There is a 18 hole golf course less than 10 minutes away, they also have a 9 hole foot golf course. Each property is individually owned and managed. Thank you for looking! Getting AroundBest way to arrive and get around town will be with a vehicle. Town is only a mile away and within walking distance and Brainerd is a 20 minute drive. We are located less than 2 hours from the Twin Cities. Parking is included with your stay. Other Things to NoteParking is included with your stay. Wi-Fi is now included in your stay. We have added a Roku that gives you access to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, MLS Live, NBCSN, & ESPN. Feel free to log-in to any other apps that you have access to. We have basic digital channels. You may have to re-scan for channels. We have added a small DVD library and an Xbox 360 with two games and two controllers. Firewood is available for $1/Piece, paid to Condo #101. Gas Stations near by also have firewood for sale & a Red Box. Otherwise feel free to bring your own. This Rental Agreement and Contract (the “Agreement") is a legally binding agreement made and entered into as of the Reservation Date written below by and between the undersigned person(s) or company (the “Guest") and the undersigned owner, manager or agent (“Rental Agent"), pursuant to which the Guest has agreed to rent the residence described below (the “Property"), for the duration of the Rental Term for the Total Rental Fee and other good and valuable consideration as described herein. OCCUPANCY Guest agrees that no more than a maximum of 6 guests persons shall be permitted on the Property at any time during the Rental Term, all of whom shall comply with the conditions and restrictions imposed upon Guest under this Agreement. All guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult, 21 years or older, at all times while on the property. CONDITION AND USE OF PROPERTY The Property is provided in “as is" condition. Rental Agent shall use its best efforts to ensure the operation of all amenities in the Property, such as internet access, satellite or cable TV access or hot tubs, fireplaces as applicable. Rental Agent shall not be held responsible for such items failure to work, but will make every effort to correct any issues as reported as quickly as possible. Guest acknowledges that use of amenities such as hot tubs, pools, spas, fireplaces, decks, and the like may be potentially dangerous and involve potential risks if improperly used, particularly with regard to children and such use is at the Guest's own risk. Guest shall use the Property for residential purposes only and in a careful manner to prevent any damage or loss to the Property and keep the Property in clean and sanitary condition at all times. Guest and any additional permitted guests shall refrain from loud noise and shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor shall Guest use the Property for any immoral, offensive or unlawful purposes, nor violate any law, association rules or ordinance, nor commit waste or nuisance on or about the Property. DEFAULT If Guest should fail to comply with the conditions and obligations of this Agreement, Guest shall surrender the Property, remove all Guest's property and belongings and leave the Property in good order and free of damage. No refund of any portion of the Total Rental Fee shall be made and if any legal action is necessary, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reimbursement from the other party for all costs incurred. ASSIGNMENT OR SUBLEASE Guest shall not assign or sublease the Property or permit the use of any portion of the Property by other persons who are not family members or guests of the Guest and included within the number of and as permitted occupants under this Agreement. Guests may not use the property to do any business matter. RISK OF LOSS AND INDEMNIFICATION Guest agrees that all personal property, furnishings, personal affects and other items brought into the Property by Guest or their permitted guests and visitors shall be at the sole risk of Guest with regard to any theft, damage, destruction or other loss and Rental Agent shall not be responsible or liable for any reason whatsoever. Guest hereby covenants and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Rental Agent and their agents, owners, successors, employees and contractors from and against any costs, damages, liabilities, claims, legal fees and other actions for any damages, costs, attorney's fees incurred by Guest, permitted guests, visitors or agents, representatives or successors of Guest due to any claims relating to destruction of property or injury to persons or loss of life sustained by Guest or family and visitors of Guest in or about the Property and Guest expressly agrees to save and hold Rental Agent harmless in all such cases. RELEASE Guest hereby waives and releases any claims against Rental Agent, the Property owner and their successors, assigns, employees or representatives, officially or otherwise, for any injuries or death that may be sustained by Guest on or near or adjacent to the Property, including any common facilities, activities or amenities. Guest agrees to use any such facilities or amenities entirely at the Guest's own initiative, risk and responsibility. ENTRY AND INSPECTION Rental Agent reserves the right to enter the Property at reasonable times and with reasonable advance notice for the purposes of inspecting the Property or showing the Property to prospective purchasers, renters or other authorized persons. If Rental Agent has a reasonable belief that there is imminent danger to any person or property, Rental Agent may enter the Property without advance notice. UNAVAILABILITY OF PROPERTY In the event the Property is not available for use during the Rental Term due to reasons, events or circumstances beyond the control of Rental Agent, Rental Agent will apply due diligence and good faith efforts to locate a replacement property that equals or exceeds the Property with respect to occupancy capacity, location and value that meets the reasonable satisfaction of the Guest. If such replacement property cannot be found and made available, Rental Agent shall immediately return all payments made by the Guest, whereupon this Agreement shall be terminated and Guest and Rental Agent shall have no further obligations or liabilities in any manner pertaining to this Agreement. ADDITIONAL TERMS TO THE RENAL AGREEMENT In addition to the standard terms included herein, Guest acknowledges and agrees that the following additional terms and conditions apply to the Guest's rental of the Property: GENERAL PROVISIONS This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties with regard to the rental of the Property, and any changes, amendments or modifications hereof shall be void unless the same are in writing and signed by both the Guest and the Rental Agent. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The words “Rental Agent" and “Guest" shall include their respective heirs, successors, representatives. The waiver or failure to enforce any breach or provision of this Agreement shall not be considered a waiver of that or any other provision in any subsequent breach thereof. If any provision herein is held invalid, the remainder of the Agreement shall not be affected. Any notice required to be given under this Agreement shall be in writing and sent to the contact information included herein. This Agreement may be signed in one or more counterparts, each of which is an original, but taken together constitute one in the same instrument. Execution of a digital signature shall be deemed a valid signature.

Our home is located in a rural, wilderness-like setting nestled on 80 plus acres of wooded land on Section Ten Lake (Lake Wladmiraf). Situated on a small peninsula, the four bedroom, four and a half bathroom home offers a lake view from every room, including the screened porch. Whether you enjoy outdoor recreation or you just want to relax and enjoy a peaceful, secluded environment, this fully equipped, lovely home is waiting for you. The design of the house offers lots of space to gather together or nooks and crannies to spend time apart reading, relaxing or just plain daydreaming. Fish the waters of Section Ten Lake from the shore around the peninsula or from your boat. The lake is known for pan fish, bass,crappies and northerns.•Enjoy an evening around the firepit on the lakeside patio.• Take a hike! Hiking trails run throughout the property.• Excellent photography opportunities are available wherever you look. Go birding! The woods, wetlands, and water here are home to many species. Aitkin County is a superb birding destination with local guides available. Nearby…• Section Ten Lake has a public access for visitors who want to bring their own boats.•Check out Aitkin's bike trails. The Cuyuna Mountain Bike Trails are 20 miles away.• Aitkin offers restaurants, coffee shops, an internet café, a public library, and excellent medical facilities. The house is situated on a peninsula on Section Ten Lake (Wladmiraf Lake) located in the lakes area in rural Aitkin, Mn. The house is surrounded by eighty acres of wooded land containing walking and snowshoeing trails. Swimming and fishing are easily accessible from the property. The city of Aitkin offers walking and biking trails, restaurants, an internet cafe, a library and excellent medical facilities. All pet/animal requests will be denied unless it is a service animal. **All deposits will be refunded within in 7 business days, we have it set up automatically and it is in Trip Advsior control** Taxes & Parking are included with Stay.       The SpaceWe have tried to keep the rooms as original as possible. The Spalding Hotel was originally opened in the early 1900s. Two bathrooms are shared in the hallway. The NeighborhoodWe have a full bar on the main level with 20 beers on tap! A little hungry? We have bar pizza and cheese bread. Looking for something more? The Crosby Bar is only a few blocks away. They have fantastic burgers and wings! We are only a few blocks away from the paved trail that will lead you to the 26 miles of sweet, red singletrack. Getting AroundYou can park your vehicle on the street or in the parking lot in the back of the building. Other Things to NoteWe allow bikes to be brought to rooms as long as you take them to the Mall Plaza Park across the street and wash them. We know what iron ore does to fabrics! Rooms are located above a bar, so there is some background noise... Especially on weekends.

Quaint old miners neighborhood! Newly renovated interior with open floor plan and all new appliances. Guest AccessPlease feel free to use just about anything in our home. The kitchen, including the oven, refrigerator (w/icemaker), glassware, dishes, specialty kitchenware etc. are yours to use. You are welcome to store &/or leave non-perishable food in our fridge or cabinets. We have a TV, Blu-Ray player, X-Box 360, no cable (if you need to catch a sporting event, there is a plethora of places in the neighborhood). Now with internet access! We have hairdryer, microwave, toaster, coffee grinder and percolator, washer/dryer, and a garage that are all communal during your stay. Other Things to NoteOne note - when stay at the house, we do have our two kitties with us. The house has wood floors, and we clean well, but someone who is extremely allergic to cats might experience a small reaction.
