The apartment complex is located in a very quiet neighbourhood, conveniently opposite Herdsman lake. It is only a 5 min walk to The Herdsman Lake Tavern, BWS, Glendalough Shopping Center (IGA, Pharmacy, Hairdresser, Newsagents) & public transport.
You'll feel right at home with the 'Pear'fect Pantry Cafe practically at your doorstep, and only an 8 minute drive from Perth's beautiful beaches and the heart of Subiaco & Leederville, which have some of Perth's best restaurants, cafe's, bars, pubs and shops.
There is public transport available directly in front of the complex, which gives you access to all areas and attractions in Perth. It is about a $40-$50 taxi ride from the Domestic and International airports to the apartment.
