The SpaceI now have a room available for 2 Female guests in spare room which now has a bunk bed. Room is actually my craft room but is suitable for person to stay for up to 2 weeks You will have Free Wi-fi access but it is not unlimited. Please limit you use of Internet as do not have unlimited data. I DO REQUIRE YOU SEND REQUEST AT A MINIMUM OF ONE WEEK PRIOR to when you would like to stay so that I can make sure that I will not need to access to room you will be in during your stay. This means if you plan to arrive on 19th of the month you will need to make request prior to the 12th of the month. PLEASE NOTE YOU MUST BUY OWN FOOD FOR ALL MEALS OR CONTRIBUTE AN EXTRA $4 PER DAY TO COVER COST OF MAIN MEAL, & BREAKFAST. You are 5 to 10 min walk of buses (depending which route you take) going to City, Paradise, Salisbury & Mawson Lakes. You can look at the route maps for these buses by going to Adelaide Metro website. The house is in the North Eastern Suburbs of Adelaide, and is in a women's housing complex and is approx 13km from Adelaide CBD and takes about 20 -30 min by bus to the Adelaide CBD depending which bus route you utilise. However there plenty of shopping centres nearby and even one within 5 min walk. We are also close to Gilles Plains TAFE College, and there are hairdressers, all other amenities. I myself very rarely have the need to travel into the city as everything is so close. Although I love animals Landlord has stipulated no pets allowed so I can not accept anyone with animals. Parking available for one car, but is not undercover. R/cycle heating & cooling in lounge. If interested please contact me and tell me a bit about yourself so I know a bit about person who maybe staying in my home. Please note though I can only host single females and only for one week. Cannot host couples or men without putting my tenancy at risk. Where I live is a Women's housing complex. I myself am a Christian but I respect other people beliefs and try not to enforce my beliefs on others or start preaching what is right or wrong to anyone I meet. However I do have certain standards, main one being that this house is a Alcohol and illicit drug free zone and I ask that others respect that during there stay and help around the house where they can. Guest AccessYou will have total use of your room during your stay. Will have access to kitchen, which includes fridge space, electric stove, microwave, crockery & cutlery etcetera. Limited Wifi, and all bathroom amenities. Linen is supplied as well as towels. Please remember though I do not have unlimited wifi so please do not do a lot of downloads or talk on (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) for hours as that does use a lot of data. Please limit use of (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) to no more than 30 - 45 minutes each day or be prepared to pay for any excess data usage. Interaction with GuestsI respect my guests privacy and hope they will respect mine. They are welcome to join me in lounge to watch TV in the evenings. If I have time available I would be willing to show guests around Adelaide using public transport as I do not drive. The NeighborhoodEverything is close by and easy access. I am not far from the Obahn buses which go off road on something like a train line for quicker access into town and run between Tea Tree Plaza and the city. There are quite a few bike paths and walkways nearby along the Torrens River that are worth taking a look at. You never know you may even spot a Koala. Getting AroundYou are 5 to 10 min walk of buses (depending which route you take) going to city and paradise. Bus route numbers are (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). You can look at the route maps for these buses by going to Adelaide Metro website. Other Things to NoteI do have a vision impairment so I always know where things are it is important that if my guest uses any items in kitchen or anywhere that they return it to the same spot they got item from. Please wash your own dishes in sink before putting away. If not sure where anything goes please ask.

The NeighborhoodIt's a pretty great location, nice and quiet - close to the city, but not too close! Everything (shops, cafes, parks, public transport etc) are all within walking distance. The SpaceTHE ACCOMMODATION The cottage is located on a quiet street with views of the Hills. There is a sixty year old cotton palm in the backyard which is a bit of a landmark in Dernancourt it can be seen from miles around, hence the name. The cottage has been in the same family for over 80 years -it was originally built in the 1930s and is one of the few original homes in Dernancourt. It has certainly seen a lot of change from farming cattle on the hill and celery-growing where Coles is now! Over the years there have been changes made to the homestead - the most recent a full renovation, brand new kitchen, laundry and updated bathroom, polished floors and ducted air-conditioning. Enjoy a modern, completely self-contained cottage with the character of yesteryear, while having the convenience and luxuries of modern living. MASTER BEDROOM sleeps 1 or 2 guests in a queen size bed with pillow top mattress, tall boy, mirror and clothes hanger. SECOND BEDROOM can sleep 1 guest in a single bed, mirror and clothes hanger. THIRD BEDROOM sleeps up to 2 guests - 2 single beds low line bunks, bedside, reading lamp, clothes hanger. PORTACOT and high chair are available on request. The home has everything you need for a relaxing stay, beautiful gardens back and front, small lawn area and the wonderful big verandahs for outdoor entertaining or a lazy place to rest and watch the world go by! Guest AccessATTRACTIONS & FACILITIES The cottage is situated in a suburb of Adelaide called Dernancourt. Dernancourt is 13 Km's (15mins by car) from the city ADELAIDE CBD where you can explore the wonderful array of shopping for all tastes visit the botanic gardens, museums, theatres, galleries & zoo, dont forget the PANDAS too!. The cottage is a terrific location from which to explore what adelaide has to offer. There are famous wine regions in one direction and beautiful beaches in the other. Walk to "Coles" major shopping centre which includes other Specilty shops, public transport almost at the door stop. Near to westfield Tea Tree Plaza for all the Shopaholics needs! The bus will take take you straight there and back (15mins). Hairdresser, Pizza, BP Servce Station all with in 3min walk. Balmoral Park for a BBQ or the well known Linear Park for peaceful stroll or bike ride. Explore the ADELAIDE HILLS home to the Giant Rocking Horse & wild life park, Birdwood, home to the National Motoring Museum, or Hahndorf the well known historic German settlement. Interaction with GuestsThe Cotton is fully self contained. We do not reside on the property but we are not far away if our guests require our assistance at anytime during the guest stay.

The SpaceHi my name is Eva and I live at Rostrevor 15-20 minutes from Adelaide city . I live with my son who is 19 and the room is gorgeous in that it has great storage andi s renovated and has a great view of the outdoor swimming pool which you may use. We live in a fabulous location near the well known National Park Morialta Falls where in you can take the walking trails and see the water fall active in winter season and our street is interrupted by a lovely bubbling creek. We have lots of Native trees and lush green environment and on early morning jogs or walks you can spot Koalas nesting in the trees. It's lovely here. There are delicious intimate restaurants nearby, walking distance and good shopping. We are walking distance to all amenities, shops, banks, gyms and everything you would need. . We are able to support your visits to great tourist and interest areas The wine districts i.e. The Barossa Valley and Mc Laren Vale. The Beech is not too far and if you stay with us we will recommend lots of wonderful activities such as River Murray boat tours, take u you to visit some local artists that we personally know etc I'm a good cook and make excellent Butter chicken and Rogan Josh among-st other cuisines including Italian, so if you opt for home cocked food then its possible. You will have access to the entertainment area outside including the pool and barbecue and the bathroom Laundry and kitchen and lounge television area. Its an excellent location to relax and play, so please visit and stay with us . We will make your stay here wonderful and memorable.

The SpaceThis large, fully furnished home built in 2009 has quality finishes and has been very well looked after. Bedroom includes a queen-size bed and a large built-in robe with mirrored sliding doors. It is adjacent to your own private bathroom, which has a spa. There is a separate laundry with washing machine, and an outdoor clothes line plus indoor clothes airer. The open plan space at the back of the house includes a large and stunning kitchen with stainless steel appliances including refrigerator/freezer, oven, gas stove, microwave and dishwasher. There is a separate dining area. The family room has a 55 inch 3D TV with blu-ray player and brilliant quality surround sound home theatre system. This area leads to a small outdoor alfresco and garden (you may help yourself to the fresh lemons or limes when available!). The home has ducted reverse cycle air conditioning throughout. Linen and towels provided along with cutlery, utensils, dishes, pans, electric wok, etc. There is also an iron and ironing board. Access to wifi is included. The home also has a video intercom and keyed locks to windows and doors. Guest AccessGuests will have their own bedroom and bathroom located towards the open plan kitchen/dining/living area at the back of the house. Our room is at the front of the house. Kitchen, living space & laundry are shared. Study is off limits. Interaction with GuestsSheke and I are shift workers, occasionally either leaving early in the morning, returning late evening, or sleeping during the day, but our room is away from the main living area. We are happy to assist with any inquiries during your stay whenever we're available. The NeighborhoodThe home is located in a lovely, safe and very quiet neighbourhood surrounded by similar quality courtyard homes. The location is very convenient. Only a 5 minute walk to the Greenacres Shoppping Centre on Muller Rd containing numerous stores, including a large Coles supermarket, fruit and veg, Asian supermarket, post office, bank, newsagency, pharmacy, dry cleaners, bakeries, butchers, coffee shops, Subway and other takeaway food shops as well as an Indian restaurant (New Mantra). On the Fosters Rd side you will also find Captain Hooks Seafood for some fish and chips etc, The Spud Shop offering baked potatoes with a great selection of toppings, a 24 hour gym (Anytime Fitness) and an Indian Supermarket. Here you will also find Latitude, an indoor bounce/climb/fly activity centre for all ages. A library and petrol station are just across the road. A 5 minute walk also gets you to Il Toro Pasta & Espresso Bar for some traditional Italian cuisine and coffee. The Commonwealth Bank branch and ATM is only a 3 minute walk away from the home. A 10 minute walk gets you to a great restaurant called Charminar (Indian cuisine), and to Klemzig Reserve which has a large football oval (lawn is always looking green and well-maintained), a running footpath around the outside and exercise stations dotted around the outside of the path with great views of the Adelaide Hills. There is also a pub (OG Hotel) adjacent the reserve. A 5 minute walk gets you to T K Shutter Reserve where there is a soccer oval and another 5 minute walk from there gets you to Linear Park where a bike track runs for 30km along the River Torrens all the way from Adelaide's foothills in Athelstone, through the city's northern parklands and to the river mouth at Henley Beach. A 10-15 minute drive gets you to the City, North Adelaide, and Norwood. 15-20 minutes gets you to the hills - in particular, Morialta Conservation Park has some great hiking. Only a slightly longer drive to Waterfall Gully, where the popular hike to Mount Lofty Summit starts. The Payneham Swimming Centre has outdoor pools and is located in Felixstow, a 5 minute drive away. Getting AroundGetting around by car is generally quite easy and convenient. There is ample free street parking outside the home. The nearest bus stop is only a 4 minute walk away - Stop 22 on North East Rd near Hender Ave. Allow about 30 minutes to the city by bus. The Klemzig Interchange is a 5 minute drive away where you can catch the O'Bahn (one of the world's longest and fastest guided busways). It is a 10 minute express trip from Klemzig to the City. The SpaceThis is a quiet and comfortable place for you to be able to get a good nights sleep after a busy day of exploring. The NeighborhoodI really like that the shops are so close, and restaurants and cafes. I also love that it is so close to Linear Park. Walking around here can be a really nice experience, and that pleasure is heightened when a Koala is sited. There is also a chiropractor and massage therapist very close by, for anyone whom may want that little extra pampering. And for those whom enjoy a drink, there is a bottle shop very near by and also a couple of pubs in walking distance. Getting AroundThe bus stop is about 4 minutes walk which will take you to the bus interchange, where you can connect to buses to anywhere in Adelaide, including into the city where you can also catch trains around Adelaide. Adelaide has great public transport. Other Things to NoteThere is a gym only about four minutes walk away if you feel like you need a workout.

I leave in a leafy quiet suburb of Athelstone.With a background of the hills.my family include me,my husband and our son who is 20 years old.We have a Burmese cat name nugget.Our home is approximately 30 minutes tot he city where almost all the university is located.we have 2 rooms available for students.our house has heating and cooling .there is a separate bathroom and toilets for the students.I enjoy cooking and our family enjoy relaxing on our days off going to the café,movies.we like travelling as well.we have hosted students from Japan,Korea,China,Hongkong,Turkey,Brazil,Colombia,France,Thailand and Taiwan.We loved integrating with our students and their culture.I usually like to cook Italian,Asian,Mexican or Spanish dish.We treat all our students like our own children.My son works and he loves his soccer/football.

See more on this below! Getting AroundWe live about a 7 minute walk from Klemzig interchange; a busy bus station that will take you to the city in around 10 - 15 minutes. There are about 20 different buses that come via this route, so you never have to wait long. If you're traveling by car, its around 10 minutes or 5.5km to the CBD. If you're up to it, there's also a walking/cycling trail nearby that's about 7km to the city.

    Just 15 minutes to the city, by car or public transport. My two story apartment over looks a quiet park. A five minute walk to public transport and a ten minute walk to the shopping centre. You have your own double bedroom and own bathroom.
