The SpaceThe room is lovely with the morning sun. It has a single bed, clothes rail, shelf, and dressing table which can double as a laptop work space. The NeighborhoodGolden Bay was established as a beach holiday place from the 1960s. Today, many of the houses are occupied full-time but it retains its friendly, relaxed atmosphere.
The Dog Beach Deli is close by and offers great burgers, fair trade clothes, and friendly service. A short walk takes you to a group of shops including Yield Cafe, fish and chip shop, bottle shop, hairdresser, chiropractor, pharmacy, doctor and dentist.
There is a footpath on our street which leads to the beach access path. The beach is good for body surfing, swimming, walking, building sandcastles and watching sunsets. Secret Harbour surf beach is close by. Getting AroundWalk to the beach and local shop.
It is a short walk to the bus to Mandurah and Rockingham, which connects with the train to Perth.
By car, we are close to the Paganoni Rd exit from the Freeway. Other Things to NoteShare with two women and a man: one teaches at a primary school, one at uni and the third is retired. We are all friendly, and the house is quiet and peaceful. We also have two friendly dogs.
