A 5 minute stroll will take you to the riverfront and sailing club, bar and cafe, great for fishing, sailing and kayaking. Follow the river 10 minutes north to sample an array of cafes, pubs, bakeries and breweries or stroll south for a round of golf.
Goolwa beach is only minutes away (1600m) by bicycle or car. The beautiful, long beach is ideal for swimming, surfing, kite flying and taking relaxing walks. The bike trail continues along the coast to the resort of Victor Harbor.
Relax in the spacious, open-plan living area with comfortable sofas, reverse-cycle air-conditioning/heating, TV, DVD, Xbox, ipod/CD/radio player, magazines, DVDs and collection of books.

The well-maintained, secluded garden has lovely lawns, a shady veranda for those hot days, and is fully fenced at the back. The driveway can accommodate three cars and a couple of boat trailers.

Goolwa is conveniently located 85km / 1hr15 from Adelaide (South Australia), between the Great Ocean Road and Kangaroo Island. It is a great base to explore the Fleurieu Peninsula, famous for its wineries and beaches, and the Coorong, an large, unspoilt stretch of saltwater lagoons and wetlands.
