The SpaceThis cabin is the perfect way to experience quiet lakeside living in the Hilltowns of Western Mass. Only 30 minutes from hip downtown Northampton, and 30 minutes from the heart of the Berkshires, we recently updated this sweet old cabin and modernized it, so that guests can experience the traditional feel of a quaint lakeside cabin with a modern, stylish and peaceful interior space. Open floor plan with cathedral ceilings in the living room/kitchen, plus a working fireplace. Both the kitchen and the bathroom have been completely modernized - and are beautiful. The bedrooms are spacious, quiet and comfortable, with double bed in one, and two twins in the second. The living room couch doubles as a daybed that can accommodate one more guest for an additional fee, for up to 5 guests total. It is peaceful and lovely on the lake. The screened porch at the back of the house overlooks Damon Pond, which is only steps away. You will be able to see the stars at night, hear the birds singing in the morning, and watch the sun rise.
