As you open the front door of this luxury home you are immediately struck by the amazing white and turquoise décor throughout this open concept designer decorated home, complete with travertine floors throughout. You will be welcomed in the entry hall by a brass console table and a stunning mirror. You will note the 10 foot ceilings on the main floor.
The fully equipped cook's kitchen boasts a new BOSCH dishwasher and a 4 seat breakfast bar. Extra touches include a separate two temperature wine fridge and a 5 gallon water cooler.
Moving into the dining area you will be struck by the amazing white quartz dining table with custom made leather chairs. The Hunter Douglas top down bottom up blinds allow the entire main floor to be filled with sunlight-without anyone being able to see in, but with you still being able to see out.
Passing the dining room you will enter the stunning designer living room, where you will find custom made white couches, custom made turquoise draperies, stunning lamps and glass and chrome tables. Once you have past the livingroom you will encounter the screened sunroom with wicker loveseats and table, and views of the gardens and the pool. There is also a powder room on the main floor, discretely tucked away under the stairs.
Upstairs you will find 2 luxuriously appointed bedrooms with beautiful white vaulted ceilings. One bedroom has a king size bed and one with a queen size bed. Each has its own ensuite bathroom, the master boasting a jacuzzi set in travertine marble with separate shower cubicle, and the other a shower above a Jacuzzi.
Leading off the Master bedroom is a wooden deck with comfortable new seating and a small drink table, overlooking the lush garden and pool area.
The propane BBQ on the back porch is available for your use. Please ensure that the propane is turned off after use, as this is a safety hazard. Please clean the BBQ thoroughly after use. If you do not it will attract critters. If you note that the propane is low please advise our property manager.
The townhouse complex consists of 4 blocks of 6 town homes in a security gated community, surrounding a calm oasis.
If you are an experienced or aspiring kite boarder, windsurfer, diver, snorkeler, golfer, photographer, horse rider or love to fish you will be in heaven here!
Due to the new high end furnishings in the unit only children 12 and over are welcome. Exceptions will be considered.
We ask that noise levels around the pool are kept at a reasonable level as many of the residents in the complex live here year round. We respect our neighbours (and vice versa) and request that you do so as well.
A comprehensive folder of information - maps, recommendations etc. will be provided in the house.
This property is perfect for a family with older children or two couples who want to vacation together, while having privacy and relaxing space to share together.
This property is also perfect for a family vacation. Guest AccessImmediately prior to your arrival at our home you will receive an email with a code for the Resort Lock on the front door. At the same time you will be provided with a code to the alarm system, which you will deactivate with your code when you enter the property. It is simple to use.
Please note that there are many other security features that are typically associated with high end properties, that we would be pleased to give you more details about should you request.We also have drilled safes that are large enough for most laptop computers into the floors of each bedroom.
Our property manager will meet you upon arrival at the home to provide you with two keys to the deadbolt lock. Please note that as these keys are not replaceable on the Island, there will be a USD$200 charge per key if a key is lost, which will be deducted from your damage deposit.
If you wish, we can arrange to have a taxi pick you up at the airport at a lower cost than you will pay if you simply try to get one upon arrival. (This cost is not included.) Note that unless a taxi is arranged in advance, or you have rented a car, the only option that is likely to be available to you at the Providenciales Airport will be an oversized van that you will have to share with individuals going to other locations for their holidays.
Only registered guests will be allowed to stay in the house.
As good etiquette, please wash your feet at the tap by the pool after being at the beach, brush any remaining sand from your feet and shake towels outdoor, away from the entrance, before entering the house. There are also basins available for this purpose, which you can fill with water and leave on the front doorstep and back doorstep for your use as needed. Interaction with GuestsWe are available by email both before and throughout your stay to answer any questions that you may have, or to assist you in making arrangements. In addition, we have a property manager on the island to assist you if needed. You will be provided with his telephone number at the same time as you are provided with the other codes. The NeighborhoodIn April of 2015 Providenciales was named the Most Beautiful Island in the World by the 2015 Travelers' Choice Awards, beating out such well know islands as Santorini, Maui, Roatan, Bali and Mauritius.
The main attraction nearby is the award winning Grace Bay Beach, which is across the street from our home (less than a 5 minute walk). Grace Bay Beach has also been voted the Best Beach in the World by Conde Nest Traveler Magazine. This magnificent stretch (more than 10 miles) of powder white sand and the stunning turquoise water is never crowded-which is why the Turks and Caicos is more expensive than other tourist destinations, such as Mexico, Dominican Republic, Cuba, Jamaica, etc.
We are at the centre of everything there is to do in Provo-but we are on a quiet street tucked behind Grace Bay Road. We are also just far enough from the downtown core not to be disturbed by traffic or noisy bars (a 5-10 minute walk-depending upon where you are going).
Within a comfortable 5-15 minute walking distance are: the best shopping on the island, countless places to enjoy coffee and cake, frozen yogurt, pasta and salad, pizza, sushi, Indian, Thai or Italian food, or a world class three to five course dinner with vintage wine.
We are close to dive shops, bike rentals (if you need to rent more than the two we provide), a French bakery, yoga, pilates, massage, scooter and car rental, or anything else you may want to enjoy. Getting AroundYou are within walking distance to everything in Grace Bay, and do not require a car. Two brand new bicycles, with helmets are available for your use. If you wish to rent a car for a day to see the Island then you can walk to a car rental or scooter rental place. There is parking available across from our front gate. Advance reservations are always recommended.
Of course, you may also choose to get around by boat or hot air balloon, and such excursions can either be found in Grace Bay or by walking to the beach itself.
Please note that there is no public transportation system on the Island, and we DO NOT recommend that you take rides with jitneys(unlicensed individuals who use their own cars and charge money to locals and tourists to take them places). Do ask for a fixed price for a taxi to your destination BEFORE you get into the taxi, and make sure the price quoted is for ALL of you-not for one person,as the taxis often quote on a per person basis. Other Things to NoteThe house will be cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. If you wish, extra cleaning can be arranged during your stay at extra cost.
You are expected to leave our home in the condition that you found it upon arrival at the time of your departure.
Verification of the identity of all guests by passport or driver's license is required after your reservation has been accepted.
12% government tax is included in the quoted rental price.
WATER AND ELECTRICAL CHARGES
Water and electricity are extremely expensive in the Turks and Caicos. Water is approximately USD$.051 per gallon and electricity is approximately USD$.40 per kwh. it is, therefore, imperative that you do not run the air conditioner all day but only use as needed, that you conserve energy, and that you do not waste water.
We have installed 5 high tech seven speed fans in our home, which largely elimintaes the need for air conditioning. As fans cool people, not air, in order to conserve energy the fans should only be on in the room(s) that you are occupying at any particular time.
Our rental charges allow for total weekly water and electric costs of USD $300.00, which is a generous amount. No guests of ours have exceeded this limit to date. Meter readings will be done before your arrival and after your departure. To the extent that you have exceeded the USD $300.00 allocated for water and electricity, the balance will be paid from your damage deposit.
