The Space. The neighborhood was established in 2011, and is just a few minutes from downtown Aiken's wonderful restaurants and shops. It is a quiet neighborhood.
Living room has a love seat and sofa, wood burning fireplace, 50inch flat screen TV with a blue ray player, dish network, and Apple TV (netflix).
Formal Dining Room can seat up to 6.
The kitchen will be equipped with a coffee maker. Two refrigerators. There is a dishwasher, microwave, many cooking appliances, and pots and pans. There is a kitchen nook that seats four and overlooks the backyard.
Master Bedroom is Upstairs and has a King bed, adjoining bathroom with a garden tub, separate shower, double sinks, and separate toilet area. This room also has a LARGE walk in closet.
2 Guest Bedroom has a queen sized bed and medium sized closet.
Hallway/Guest Bathroom has a full size tub and shower.
Garage fits two cars. If you need this space please let me know.
The backyard has a covered patio and is equipped with a Gas Grill. We have a fryer/ smoker if you needed. The patio table for seats 4.
Washer and Dryer, Wireless Internet, Heating/Air Conditioning.
Why Stay In Aiken for the Masters?

•Great Golfing at Aiken Golf Club, Houndslake Country Club, and Woodside Plantation. Again, not as crowded as Augusta. Also close to Sage Valley.
