The SpaceTucked away in the woods, next to the Nolichucky River and housed next to a 1909 farmhouse on a working organic farm the Tiny Cabin at River House Farm is a place to slow down and relax. This 125 square foot bedroom is comfortable and cozy. The inside space houses a small dresser, table for 2, small chair, electric kettle and everything you need for morning or afternoon coffee or tea. The wrap around porch with rocking chairs is a great place to catch up on reading or have a morning coffee. In the event of rain, there is a large covered furnished porch on the farmhouse to enjoy the evenings or afternoons on as well. Facilities (bathroom and kitchen) are located 20 feet outside of the cabin just inside the main house. Guest AccessOne private bedroom cabin adjacent to a farmhouse. Guests have access to all the common areas in the farmhouse (pictured). There is a lovely sun room on the river for sunrise coffee drinking and a great covered porch for evening rocking. There is a fully stocked kitchen and you are welcome to prepare your meals there. On cooler nights make yourself comfy near the wood stove in the living room. Interaction with GuestsI am pretty busy managing the farm, participating in farmers market and organizing farm to table dinners, a CSA program and movie nights at the farm. I am up before dawn and return at dusk. I am always around and available for questions, recommendations in the area and whatever you may need. You are welcome to look around the farm. You are also welcome to volunteer to help with farm work if there tasks suitable for volunteers at the time of your stay. I also least 1 acre about 1,000 feet down the road with a rippling creek and covered pavilion you're welcome to hang out in. If you are visiting the last Sunday of the month during the summer, you will be here when we host our monthly farm to table supper series. Please feel free to inquire about purchasing tickets. We also host movies after dinner which you are welcome to come down to the barn to view for free. The NeighborhoodPeaceful and serene, the neighbor is on the outskirts of town. You'll feel like you are secluded in the woods yet you are still only a 2 1/2 mile drive from the closest grocery store/shopping plaza. Getting AroundThere is no public transportation here. Other Things to NoteI'm a trained chef with a culinary degree from The Natural Gourmet Institute in NYC specializing in whole and health supportive foods. If you are interested in having a farm to table dinner while you are staying in the cabin, please message me. I let you know my availability and menus/prices. Additionally, if you are interested in using vegetables from the farm for cooking while you are here, please message me. I will send you a list of what is available and pricing and I can have vegetables freshly harvested for you the day you arrive.

We are very very close to interstate 81 and the exit for Pigeon Forge is only 30 miles south of us. We are close to the Smokey Mountains. The Appalachian Trail is a 20 minute drive from us. The SpaceOur 104 acre farm has a small campground with 5 full hook up camping sites, 2 partial hook up camping sites, and unlimited primitive sites. We offer fishing ponds close to the camping area, horseback riding trails and a large pavilion. WE HAVE AN OUTDOOR COWBOY SHOWER AND PORTOLETS FOR PRIMITIVE CAMPERS. We are family and horse friendly for those of you who have families & like to camp out with your horses. Bring the poles and enjoy a day of catch & release fishing from our bass pond, and the fully stocked catfish ponds also. Registration is open until 8 p.m..     This historic home is located in downtown Greeneville, TN. Greeneville is the second oldest town in Tennessee, and is located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. This Northeast Tennessee city has a rich history in early American life, including proximity to Civil War sites and events. This unique home is located within walking distance to many of the historical sites, antique stores, and restaurants in town. The Andrew Johnson (17th President of the United States) National Historic Site is one block away from the home. The property is convenient to many other locations such as Gatlinburg (approximately one hour away), Bristol Motor Speedway (approximately 1.5 hours away), Historic Jonesborough (approximately 45 minutes away), and Asheville NC (approximately one hour away). There are many beautiful golf courses with breathtaking mountain views that are in close proximity to the home. Nearby there are also outdoor activities including skiing in the winter, mountain hiking trails, and white water rafting. This historic home was built in the early 1900's and is located next to the Chamber of Commerce. The home is fully air-conditioned and heated, and features three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, fully accessorized kitchen with many upgrades, an upstairs living room with a flat screen TV with BluRay player and DVR, a dining room with a large table, a sun room with a flat screen TV, and a front porch with a porch swing. The downstairs features a large living area with two large seating areas and a flat screen TV with a DVD player. A full size washer and dryer are located in the laundry room. There is also a large welcoming patio next to a koi pond with waterfall, as well as a two-car garage. A game room with air conditioning and heating is located in an adjacent building and has air hockey, Ping Pong table, kitchenette with refrigerator, and a flat screen TV. All of the TV's have cable and there is wireless internet throughout the home. There are two entrances to the home, one from the upper level and one from the back patio on the lower level. Our home is located on a corner lot with plenty of beautifully landscaped yard and garden areas. The garage can easily fit two cars, plus there is space to park additional cars on the large driveway. Bedroom 1 has a King size bed and a twin daybed. Bedroom 2 has a King size bed, a walk-in closet, and a vanity area. Bedroom 3 has a Queen size bed. There are two full sized bathrooms, one with a tub and shower combination and the other with a shower. The fully-equipped kitchen with an island has a large French door refrigerator, a range with a double oven, a microwave, dishwasher, and granite countertops with plenty of cabinet and counter space. The large dining room table seats eight comfortably, and there is counter space with bar stools and a small table in the sun porch for additional eating areas.
