The SpaceWell kept home in the quaint town of Greenville. The house has 2 full bathrooms, large living room, large kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, wireless Internet, limited cable, Wii, and Amazon Prime. Guests are welcome to share a furnished screened in porch for relaxing bug free and a beautiful pool area.
Living space offered is a loft like space on the second level of the house- with own private full bathroom (shower only- no tub), 1 queen size bed, 2 twin beds, small living space with 2 chairs, 2 desks, futon, TV with cable, DVD, VHS hooked up- a window air condition unit on each side of the space. This is an open floor plan, however, sleeping spaces are separated to offer adequate privacy. The area can accommodate 3-4 comfortably in beds and 5 utilizing the futon.
There is No smoking in the house, outside only- poolside or porch.

The entire house can be made available for private rental in the summer months.
Entire house rental-includes:
1 king size bed in master bedroom on the main floor
1 queen bed on second level
2 twin beds on 2nd level
1 comfy couch/futon in an office room on the main floor
1 futon on the second level
1 couch sleeper in downstairs living room
Nightly rates for the ENTIRE house are $150 a night for 6 people (contact me for an agreed on rate for more than 6).

This location is centrally located and offers an excellent venue for walking and biking to local establishments. The house is just a few blocks away from the the entrance to The Fred Meijer Flat River Trail . It is a picturesque 4.4 mile paved trail, including bridges and boardwalks that connect 2 mountain bike trails and 5 major parks in the City of Greenville. Another 3 miles can be added by circling Baldwin Lake, featuring a public beach. The Fred Meijer Flat River Trail was awarded the “Quality of Life Award” by the American Society of Civil Engineers.
Another option for bicycle enthusiasts is The Fred Meijer Heartland Trail. This trail is accessible from the Fred Meijer Flat River Trail. It is a paved trail that traverses through woodlands, wetlands, famland, small towns and rolling hills. The trail extends approximately 40 miles. Take the trail north through Sidney, Stanton and McBride to Edmore; then East through Vestaburg to Riverdale.
For mountain bike enthusiasts there is Edwards Creek Mountain Bike Trail: 7.35 miles of winding beginner, intermediate and expert single-track trails. This trail is tight, technical and very challenging. Bring your technical skills and endurance.

The Flat River - Kayak Trip / Canoe Trips:
The Flat River is a slow and fairly wide river that meanders along for a nice mellow cruise. The run from Greenville to Belding is a scenic relaxing paddle that will take approximately 3-4 hours. It is perfect for beginners. Canoe, kayaks, or tubes are available to rent through the local parks and rec- see their website for more information: City-of-Greenville/Departments/Recreation-and-Parks-Kayak-Canoe-Tube-Rental. You can also contact Double R Ranch in Belding for rental options. Double R Ranch also offers horseback riding and golf.
*NEW this year...if desired I can arrange for you to rent 2 kayaks from my parents, who live on a chain of 5 lakes! It is a nice way to start your day- coffee/donuts on their front porch and then paddling through some beautiful Michigan lakes. $25 per person/boat.- Woodbeck Chain of Lakes: A chain of 5 beautiful private lakes linked by channels that allow residents access to many wonderful boating and fishing opportunities.

Shopping on M57 is a short 2-3 minute drive away or 8-10 minute walk . Dining choices include Chinese, Mexican, Local Pub style restaurants, Applebees, a new hometown Brew Pub & Bistro, as well as all the usual fast food options.
Greenville has several antique shops that are fun to explore and Amish country is a short drive north up M91.
Grand Rapids is a 40-45 minute drive for more dining and shopping options. If you're a beer lover Grand Rapids has been voted the #1 Beer City in the US for the second year in a row!
Michigan's Largest Amusement Park & Water Park is just over an hour drive away in Muskegon.
