The SpaceThe north of Saint Lucia is very busy with lots to do daytime and night. But we still have the wonderful wild Atlantic coastline within walking distance and the apartment is surrounded by tropical plants and fruit trees. The apartment is part of La Panache holiday apartments and has 2 small bedrooms, each with a standard double bed, one small bathroom, and a single bed in the living area, with a large balcony overlooking Rodney Bay and Pigeon Island in the Gros Islet area of Saint Lucia. Renovated in 2014, this apartment offers great value. Suitable for 2 to 4 persons. The apartment is comfortable and clean and has a fridge, cooking facilities, toaster, microwave, kettle, cable TV, free wireless internet, insect screen and powerful fans.The site is steep with quite a few steps and surrounded by nature. The high balcony may be unsuitable for some children. We also have 2 studio apartments in the same building, La Panache Panoramic Hideaway studio and La Panache Great studio and a holiday apartment near Soufriere, under the title Laniappe Apartment. We are 20 minutes drive from Castries and 90 minutes from Hewanorra airport. The owner Roger live in the same 4 apartment house so you will always be secure and able to ask question. Interaction with GuestsIf guests approach us we are always willing to talk to and help them and there is always someone on site. Some guests like more privacy and we respect that too. The apartment has a private entrance. The NeighborhoodWe have a great location, close to everything but away from the hustle and bustle of the highway. We are part of the Cas en Bas Road community which is a mix of locals, tourists and residents with holiday homes. We are a 5 minute (400 meter walk) down to the Castries highway and frequent buses to Rodney Bay and Castries. There’s a small supermarket and a bank at the junction and 2 larger supermarkets on the way to Rodney Bay. There are all styles of eating, drinking and party establishments in Gros Islet and Rodney Bay. Gros Islet Beach is a 20 minutes walk, Reduit Beach a short bus ride and the Atlantic beaches a 30 minutes walk. Beausejour Cricket Ground is 2 km away, Rodney Bay Marina a 15 minutes walk. Getting AroundWe are a 5 minute (400 meter walk) down to the Castries highway and frequent buses to Rodney Bay and Castries. Other Things to NoteSmoking is not allowed inside the studio but is allowed on the balcony. The site is steep with quite a few steps - see images! The apartment has a full clean/new sheets once a week. More frequent cleaning/changing will incur a US$20 charge. Towels can be changed more frequently on request. We can do laundry US$5/load. Iron and hairdryers available on request.

The SpaceThe Caribbean-style villa sits on four acres of manicured lawns, tropical flowers and verdant green island trees. It provides a delightful swimming pool placed on a lower level, surrounded by tropical flora and fauna. A gazebo stands close to the pool. Dining can be enjoyed in either in the stylish interior pavilion or alfresco on the covered terrace. Cap Pavilion is a nice St. Lucia vacation villa that is designed with three wings that surround an inner courtyard, with a serene sitting room opening to a sweeping covered veranda. The main interior living rooms are all ornately styled with brightly colored fabrics and fine furnishings. Located on the ground floor are two of the four bedrooms. The master suite features great furnishings, artwork and a private en-suite bathroom. The remaining bedrooms are found throughout the villa and also offer ceiling fans and en-suite bathrooms. Cap Pavilion is close to numerous beaches, as well as the golf, tennis and horse-riding facilities of Cap Estate. Also close at hand is Rodney Bay Marina, as well as fantastic shopping and five-star restaurants. Resident staff quarters are located below the fully equipped kitchen. There are two household cats. It’s a bit rustic with a kitchen on the balcony which faces Pigeon Island - great view. It is liked by the young and young-at-heart! It has a queen-sized bed at one end of the long narrow room. The bed has a mosquito nets and the windows have insect screens. (There is also a single bed built into an alcove suitable for a child or smaller - adult please message me if needed) The studio is comfortable and clean and has a fridge, cooking facilities, toaster, microwave, kettle, cable TV, free wireless internet, insect screen and a powerful fan.The site is steep with quite a few steps and surrounded by nature. White walls, louvered doors and windows, warm wood floors and bright splashes of turquoise create a welcoming Caribbean feel. A second, warm wooden deck is built around a flamboyant tree, and hosts dining and seating areas. A bridge leads to the secluded swimming pool. Hummingbird Villa hosts six guests in 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms are situated on the main level. The first hosts two twin beds, which can be combined to form a king sized bed, and a private shower bathroom.     The SpaceThe north of Saint Lucia is very busy with lots to do daytime and night. But we still have the wonderful Atlantic coastline within walking distance and the apartment is surrounded by tropical plants and fruit trees. The studio has a long balcony with a view of the sea and Rodney Bay. The studio is cool but has a powerful fan if needed. It has a queen sized bed. A single bed can be put into the room if there are 3 guests for 7 days or more - please send a message to us. The studio is comfortable and clean and has a fridge, cooking facilities, toaster, microwave, kettle, cable TV, free wireless internet, insect screen and a powerful fan.The bathroom has a walk in shower, We also have 2 apartments in the same building, La Panache Apartment Stunning Views and La Panache Hideway Panoramic studio and a holiday apartment near Soufriere, under the title Laniappe Apartment. We also have an apartment in the south of the island called Laniappe - also listed on Airbnb. We are 20 minutes drive from Castries and 90 minutes from Hewanorra airport. We have a great location, close to everything abut away from the hustle and bustle of the highway. We are part of the Cas en Bas Road community which is a mix of locals, tourists and residents with holiday homes. We are a 5 minute (400 meter walk) down to the Castries highway and frequent buses to Rodney Bay and Castries. There’s a small supermarket and a bank at the junction and 2 larger supermarkets on the way to Rodney Bay. There are all styles of eating, drinking and party establishments in Gros Islet and Rodney Bay. Gros Islet Beach is a 20 minutes walk, Reduit Beach a short bus ride and the Atlantic beaches a 30 minutes walk. Beausejour Cricket Ground is 2 km away, Rodney Bay Marina a 15 minutes walk. We have a car park. The host live in the same 4 apartment house so you will always be secure and able to ask question.                     The north of Saint Lucia is very busy with lots to do daytime and night. But we still have the wonderful Atlantic coastline within walking distance and the apartment is surrounded by tropical plants and fruit trees. The studio has a long balcony with a view of the sea and Rodney Bay. The studio is cool but has a powerful fan if needed. It has a queen sized bed . The studio is comfortable and clean and has a fridge, cooking facilities, toaster, microwave, kettle, cable TV, free wireless internet, insect screen and a powerful fan.The bathroom has a walk in shower, We also have a 2 bedroom apartment under the title La Panache "Ingrid" We are 20 minutes drive from Castries and 90 minutes from Hewanorra airport. We have a great location, close to everything abut away from the hustle and bustle of the highway . We are part of the Cas en Bas Road community which is a mix of locals, tourists and residents with holiday homes.
