The SpaceOur fully furnished penthouse villa is located on a golf resort at one of the best destinations in the Caribbean. Located just in front of the villa is a pool area (with a kids' pool and a heated pool, along with the main swimming pool), a half basketball court, a kids' playground, BBQ grills, and a common area with tables.
Along with a balcony overlooking the golf course, it has a rooftop terrace that includes views of the Caribbean Sea and the mountains. It is a great location for family get-togethers. Enjoy year-round golf and gorgeous sunsets from the terrace.

El Legado is designed by Puerto Rican Hall of Fame golfer Chi Chi Rodriguez in 2002. Enjoy two different courses in a single day as the course plays differently during the evening round compared to the morning one. Technically, it is not a links course-- however it does play like one. Green fees are reasonable for a well maintained golf course; approximately $50 for a round of 18 with a cart. Check out twilight hour rates for the best golfing experience. It's probably one of the sunniest spots in Puerto Rico. Getting AroundIt's easily accessible from San Juan International airport (SJU, about 50 minutes drive through the lush Central Mountain Range) and Ponce (about 30 minutes via highway). The nearby city of Guayama (just 7-10 minutes drive) provides all the amenities. City of Caguas is a 30 minutes drive away, and has Costco, Sam's Club, nice restaurants and shopping malls.
Personal transportation is a must. Puerto Rico does provide good options for rental vehicles. Other Things to NoteActivities:
Puerto Rico is relatively a large island with wide variety of activities for all ages and tastes. El Legado provides an excellent transit location for major attractions (30-70 minutes drive) such as the El Yunque rain forest, the cities of Ponce and San Juan, the Spanish forts El Morro and San Cristobal (World Heritage Sites), sandy beaches of west and natural wonder of bio luminescent in La Parguera. Stunning beaches and local communities of south, east and central Puerto Rico are easily accessible (within 10-30 minutes). The nearby Pozuelo area (lovingly called the Keys of Puerto Rico) is local favorite for eco tourism, boating, standup paddle boarding, snorkeling, diving and sea food restaurants. Some of our favorites activities are going to El Yunque (a beautiful rainforest close by), hiking in the nearby central mountain range, visiting lake Carite, enjoying Lechon Asado (Roasted Pork) in nearby city of Guavate and sea food in Pozuelo area.
