The SpaceWelcome! Impeccably restored and designed in 2014, the Carriage House features exposed beams, knotty pine floors, dormer windows, original and rare design details, and lovely views of rolling hills and fields. The property also includes a fully restored Farmhouse, renovated Black Smith Shop House, and sprawling Barn.
Downstairs, you will enter into the mudroom where you can hang coats, store shoes, and sit on a rustic hand-made bench. Next is the foyer where you will find a settee, original art work, and a fire escape style staircase.
Upstairs, a fully equipped kitchen and living room are combined into one common space for lounging and dining. The tiny and sweet kitchen will accommodate up to two-people cooking at a time. The living/dining room area comfortably seats up to six people. The colorfully designed full-bathroom features a classic claw foot tub with shower nestled within a dormer window.
There is a luxurious queen-sized bed in the master bedroom with a writing desk, rocking chair, and closet. The guest bedroom is located on the opposite end of the house and includes two antique double beds, a large dresser, and one stunning barn board wall with original barn door.
