My home is 1 block from Blvd East, where you have the best view of Manhattan, and you´ll be closer to attractive/touristic points of Manhattan (Times Square, Theater District, Madison Square Garden, Grand Central Empire State Building, Saint Patrick's Cathedral, and Rockefeller Center) than staying in other parts of Manhattan like Wall St., Upper East Site or Upper West Side, Harlem and definitely way closer than staying in Queens/Bronx.

The SpaceMAKE SURE YOU CHECK MY OTHER LISTINGS FOR AVAILABILITY This apartment is totally independent and not shared with anyone. We are located 15 minutes to Manhattan. If you were to stay in the Bronx it would take you 40 min to get to Times Square. If you were to Stay in Brooklyn it would take you the same amount of time as subways in Brooklyn are not direct. If you were to stay in Manhattan you would not find a place as big as this one for this price. There are many buses going direct to the City in the heart of Times Square. 24/hrs bus services to the City. The bus stop is just around the corner from the house. Transportation is probably underrated. There are about 3 -4 major bus routes which go along the cliff coming into port authority in about 20 min. There is a free bus to a ferry at the bottom of the cliff which comes round every 10 min. There are also the little jitney buses which come around every few minutes get you into town for about $3. So across the official NJ Transit, the little jitney buses and the ferry you can get into town at any time within about 20 min. Oh yes there is another bus into Hoboken from boulevard east (road on the cliff) as well. The bus will take you to Port Authority 42nd St subway station (lines A, C, E). This station is a central subway hub and you can easily walk to lines 1, 2, 3, 7, N, Q and R. (Important: Subway tickets cost $2.5 per ride but you can buy 7-days unlimited pass at $29) The apartment is an independent studio located on the garden level of a family house. It is equipped with bed linens, towel and private bath. The neighborhood is very safe and is located a block away from million dollar houses. The house is located a block away from Avenue East when you will see breathtaking views of the City. Best panoramic view if you ask me. The NeighborhoodThe town was populated mainly with Italian Americans and German Americans. The 1960s saw an influx of Cuban émigrés to the area, once called Havana on the Hudson; it has since has become one of the United States cities with a majority Hispanic population. Simultaneously, high-rise apartments, some of the tallest buildings in North Hudson, were built along Boulevard East,[25][26] adding to the population of the town, giving it one of highest population densities in the country. Since the 1980s the Hudson waterfront, which had been part of the Weehawken Terminal has been redeveloped from industrial to residential and recreational uses, including the Hudson River Waterfront Walkway. It's an excellent running / jogging track with great view of New York Skyline and Hudson River. There are parks along side and benches where you can rest and enjoy the view. WELCOME FRIENDS ! For the most information please take a moment and read the notes! THANK YOU ! AND SEE YOU SOON ! Wi-Fi is available to guests at all times. There are and could be used upon request hair dryer, iron and ironing board. In the building on a ground floor there are available laundry machines for the price of $1,50/per wash and 1,25/per dry. Also this is a 24/7 doorman and security building in a beautiful safe neighborhood. - TRANSPORTATION TO THE ACCOMMODATION: Most airports, if you're landing on one, have The Ground Transportation Information Desks that will give you directions/ options (bus companies, Subways, air trains) to Port Authority Bus Terminal, but here are few websites if you'd like to look at it in advance: (website hidden)(email hidden)ml (website hidden)(email hidden)ml (website hidden)(email hidden)ml At Port Authority Bus Terminal there is a direct line to the accommodation and there are 2 providers of this line: 1. NJ Transit Bus-128, Bus-165, Bus-166, Bus-168 to Boulevard East and 65th Street departing from The Gate 212 between the hours of 6:00 AM - 10 PM, departing from The Gate 325 between the hours of 10:01 AM - 1:00 AM and departing from The Gate 80 between the hours of 1:01 AM - 5:59 AM. Driving Directions, I'd say, best figured using online maps and entering 6515 JF Kennedy Boulevard East, West New York, NJ 07093 as a destination. - PARKING: Often difficult to find late at night (sometime already after 6 PM) but not impossible, and very easy to find during the day, street parking is free on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and if parked between the hours of 9AM and noon during the week, daily pass is required for the price of $3.00. The SpaceI am a professional working in NYC that's offering a rental unit in a luxury building that is perfect for professionals and students. The condo building requires that renters enter into leases of a minimum of 6 months and purchase renters' insurance. (You can give notice and break the lease with a small penalty if you are faced with circumstances that require you to do so.) Here's a description of the space: The rental is close to midtown-- by door to door shuttle jitney, (or NJ Transit Bus, for which the renters can buy a monthly unlimited pass), the renters would be in Times Square in 15 minutes. I live in a gorgeous luxury elevator building, with a built-in supermarket, dry cleaner, dentist, drug store, doctor's office, cobbler, tailor, bank, realty, beauty salon, and two restaurants. The gym facilities are terrific. We also have a spa, with 2 swimming pools, Jacuzzi, and 2 saunas. The rent would include access to these facilities. Keep in mind that the management association conducts a background check before giving spa passes to renters. If you don't clear the background check you won't have access to these facilities. Also, if you do get access and the management association starts to charge for use of these facilities, you will have to bear the costs. If you want to take visitors to the spa or gym, some days are free and on other days, you will have to pay. The renters would have tons of room (like having their own spacious studio apartment). There are 2 bathrooms. I will provide basic furnishings such as bedding, nightstands, and lamps. There's laundry in the building on every other floor. (You need to buy a laundry card). Since the space is huge, and there is enough privacy and doors that lock, I will reserve the right (as the owner who pays the mortgage and maintenance), to be allowed to come in and out as a guest or co-tenant. There's a dining nook, which the renters are welcome to use. The kitchen is sizeable and has all the appliances. The entire apartment, including the space I occupy, is HUGE- 1040 square feet. If you want a nice, clean, posh, centrally located place to stay near Midtown Manhattan, look no further!! There's a parking garage, which my renters are free to use for a reasonable monthly fee charged by the condo building. For location, majestic views of the Manhattan skyline, comfort, and convenience, my place is unbeatable.

The SpaceThe beautifully appointed space is comprised of a 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo with dishwasher, stainless steel appliances, an eat-in kitchen, and hardwood floors. When you enter the space, you are immediately reminded of walking into a gallery. Guest AccessGuests will have access to amenities such as washer/dryer, and entire kitchen. Parking access: Regarding parking, a permit is required in the town of North Bergen. For daily use, or short term stays, the cost of a visitor's permit is $2/day. For long term stays, it's $30/month. You can settle this minor charge with me via Square, PayPal, or your bank's "Send Money" option. If you don't need a receipt for tax purposes, cash works fine as well. The way it works is that I buy the permit that supports the number of days of your stay, and you hang that permit in your car's rear view mirror. Interaction with GuestsMinimal interaction with guests, particularly on the weekend, as the host has a super busy schedule. However, I am just a phone call or text away, and I will respond promptly. The NeighborhoodThe neighborhood is in the most quiet of places in North Bergen, as my home is directly across from a 30 acre park, which not only makes the space serene, but also semi-private. Getting AroundOur home is conveniently close to New York City. By bus, the stop to Port Authority in Midtown Manhattan is a block away. The route is along JFK Boulevard East, and our street (79th Street), is perpendicular to JFK Boulevard East. Another commute option to New York City is via ferry via the nearest location, called Port Imperial, located in Weehawken, the next adjacent town. The stop for the ferry shuttle is also at 79th & JFK Boulevard East. The ferry ride is about 7 minutes to NYC, and you arrive at Pier39, which is in Midtown Manhattan. You can also bike or drive to the ferry, leaving your car in the parking garage, with an option to bring along your bike on the ferry ride. Driving to Manhattan is not as bad as the old movies lead you to believe. My home is approximately midway between the George Washington Bridge (which will place you in uptown Manhattan (Washington Heights/Harlem/Upper West Side)) or Lincoln Tunnel (which will place you in Midtown: Times Square, 34th Street, West Side Highway to Soho, Greenwich Village, or Lower Manhattan). Other Things to NoteOur home is within walking distance to eateries that support the international culture that makes up North Bergen. Take a stroll along Broadway or Palisades/Bergenline, and sample the flavor of the culture. If you are open to biking (you may borrow one of the 2 bikes we have), you can travel along Boulevard East, and eat along the walkway, take in the beautiful New York skyline, or travel down the hill to the water's edge, and sample the variety of restaurants that feature the popular American culinary flavors. Regarding parking, a permit is required in the town of North Bergen.
