A five minute walk will find you in trendy Oxford Street, one of the most popular cafe, restaurant, movie and boutique shopping precincts in Brisbane.
Alternatively, you can catch a ferry (from 2 minutes walk away from the villa) across the river to two other renowned restaurant and entertainment districts, Portside and Racecourse Road in Hamilton and Ascot.
You can continue on your ferry(CityCat) ride all along the Brisbane river, taking you to the city and all the Brisbane Hot Spots.
The property has two carpeted bedrooms, both with built in wardrobes. The main bedroom has french doors leading out onto the large private courtyard.
THERE IS ALSO A LARGE THIRD BEDROOM WITH A QUEEN SIZE BED AND BUILT IN WARDROBES. THIS ROOM IS OPENED UP FOR GROUPS OR FAMILIES THAT INCLUDE MORE THAN 4 GUESTS OR FOR AN ADDITIONAL COST.
There are 2 large open plan living areas, one of which has a well equipped kitchen, as well as 2 large concertina glass doors that also open out onto the beautifully breezy courtyard.
The property is lovely and cool for the summer weather, with ceiling fans throughout combined with the cliff top breezes. There is also reverse cycle airconditioning.
There are a number of pleasing sitting areas, and there are both inside and outside dining areas for 6 or more people.
There is internal access to the fully equipped laundry.
The property has mesh security and mosquito screens.
FREE & AVAILABLE PARKING is on one of 2 quiet streets with the option of accessing the property either by 25 stairs leading up to the private entrance of the villa or ALTERNATIVELY, for those who prefer not to have to use the stairs, there is a walk through easement leading you to this same private entrance. You are able to drive up to the property for the purpose of dropping off luggage items.
Games, puzzles, CD's, books, binoculars, a Seasonal Herb Garden and more are provided for your enjoyment during your stay.

Getting AroundThere are huge choices for public transport at Cliff Top Villa, but the pick of them is the gorgeous river transport that Brisbane provides, the CityCat!
The villa is only a couple of minutes walk to the local CityCat/Ferry Terminal and you can catch it there to central locations or most places of interest and Brisbane's attractions.
It links in with the bus & train service, so where ever you can't get to by CityCat, you can connect with a bus or train. Other Things to NoteGuests need to provide us with a $500 AUD Refundable Security Deposit.
This Security Deposit is fully refundable provided that the property is left clean and undamaged, the keys are returned and that guests leave by 10.00am on the day of departure.
This Security Deposit is paid via the secure PayPal system, and reimbursed to guests via PayPal immediately after the cleaners have inspected the property after guests have left.

To clarify what we mean by “clean", we clean the property and wash linen before each new guest arrives, and we are proud of the standard we provide.
•We certainly do not expect guests to wash linen or scrub floors, bathrooms and toilets prior to leaving.
•The Barbeque and oven and stove must be left clean
•All rubbish & recycling needs to be disposed of appropriately in the downstairs bins as per the provided instructions.
•The property needs to be left in a respectfully clean, neat and tidy state.
•If not, or if the barbeque and/or oven need cleaning, we have no option but to charge for extra cleaning fees. This extra charge can be very high, especially if we have incoming guests the same day, and especially if we have to call in an extra cleaner to assist or are unable to get the property clean in time for the incoming guests.
Luckily we have mostly experienced very respectful guests, however it is not uncommon for people to rent holiday or short-term accommodation and to leave all surfaces, walls, furniture and utensils very mucky, to leave toys and games in disarray and to leave mess behind for others to clean up.
We therefore need to ensure that we are protected in such an extreme event.
A higher refundable security deposit is required for larger groups and/or for longer bookings.
