Living at Hammond is living life = ) Getting AroundEasy walking distance to a bus stop and only 10 mins to the nearest train station. Only takes 15mins to get to the city by train. It is located only 20mins drive into the heart of the city and another 30-40 mins drive to Mandurah!

The SpaceWelcome to our fantastic house! It is brand new and forms part of a new complex in a recently developed area of Hammond Park. There is a nice, quiet community. Available in the room is a single bed (male guest preferred) with fresh linen and towels. You have access to the facilities in the house including the kitchen and living room, and an al fresco eating area. You are very welcome to tea and coffee but we don't provide breakfast. There is good WIFI access. Property is close to the bus stop (5 to 10 min walk), 5km to the Cockburn Gateway Shopping Centre, 8km to Jandakot Airport and 12km to Murdoch University. - 10 minute drive to Cockburn Gateway Shopping Centre - Including Woolworths, Big W, JB HIFI, HBF, Best & Less and approximately 105 speciality stores. - 10 minute drive to the Stock Road Markets/Fresh Produce Markets. - 15 minute drive to Port Coogee Marina. - 25 minute drive to Perth or Fremantle. If you want to get into the centre of Perth it's about 45 minutes on Public Transport or an easy 25 minute drive. The place is also just close to a lovely park.

Only minutes drive to Cockburn gateway shopping city, train station, free way and all facilities etc. If you need go to Perth City, only 18 minutes train bring you to city centre and always on time. Surrounded with trees, birds and peacocks and fresh air everyday, you'll feel relaxed here. And most of all, Banjup is one of the safest suburbs in WA. All neighbours are in 5 acres, you wont feel they are there, but when you meet them on road, everyone will be friendly and say hello to you.

Interaction with GuestsI live a short 15 minute drive away and can assist with any information you would need for your stay to be enjoyable. Getting AroundThe apartment is located a five minute walk from a bus stop which will take you to Cockburn Central Shopping Center and the Cockburn Train station into the City. For those with a car, the apartment is only 20 minutes from the Perth CBD, 15 minutes from Fiona Stanley Hospital, 25 minutes from Fremantle and 10 minutes from the Cockburn Central Shopping Centre. Other Things to NoteThe apartment is located walking distance to a variety of restaurants and take away venues. Woolworths, open until 9pm weeknights is situated opposite the complex as well as a bakery, hairdresser and newsagent. Harvest Lakes estate, Atwell is the first location in Western Australia to open a 24 hour emergency GP Clinic. The clinic is located a short 5 minute walk away or two minutes by car.

      The SpaceOur place is situated in the middle of a 5 acre block which gives the feeling of being in the country while here, but leave the gate and you are 20mins from the city, 30 mins from Fremantle and 5 mins from a large shopping centre. We have chickens, and you can enjoy a complimentary carton of eggs on your stay. We have 3 very friendly (sometimes too friendly) dogs roaming the property, and 2 miniature donkeys which I often let roam over the property, nothing like looking out your window to see a donkey amble past. :) Guest AccessThis cottage has its own key, as you can come and go as you please. Feel free to wander over the property and take a dip in the pool. Interaction with GuestsYou will have complete privacy, but we will always be there for any questions or if I can help with anything. Getting AroundWe have parking right in front of the cottage. There is a train station 5 minutes away, but unfortunately not close enough to walk. Other Things to NoteWe don't have many rules, except please shut the main gate as the donkeys are usually out, and if they go down the street, bit hard to get them back.

I will be there to hand in the key as well as during key drop off. The NeighborhoodA peaceful and safe neighborhood with nice neighbors. Family environment. Please do not make so much noise and respect my neighbors. Getting Around- 10 mins to Murdoch Station. - 10 mins to Cockburn Station - Kwinana Freeway is around the corner - The Bus stop is 2 mins walk. Both ply routes to Cockburn shopping centre as well as Cockburn station and to Murdoch station. - Local amenities is short 2 mins drive. (Chemist, IGA supermarket, Clinic, local fish & chip, few selected restaurant like Domino's etc. - 20 mins to Perth City. - 20 mins to Serpentine Falls. - Easily accessible from Airport via Roe Highway. - 15 mins drive to Fremantle. Other Things to NoteI have a friendly cat which is an optional add-on. Please inform me beforehand if you are afraid or allergic to cat. Anything on the pantry and island counter is for guests. We have an oven as well range hood stove and BBQ set. Either my brother or myself will be outside of the house and backyard every morning and evening to water the grass especially during Summer. Don't worry we won't get in your way and you will have your privacy. Please take off all your shoes before entering the house.
