The Space31' camper includes a queen bed and two fold-out beds. Sleeps up to 4 adults or 2 adults and 4 children (We stayed in this camper for 6 weeks with 2 adults and 4 children). Bathroom with shower. Full kitchen. Central AC. Fresh, delicious spring water. Camper is 100' from our house, with foliage between providing privacy. Large campfire site can be used by guests. Camping on property can also be arranged. Guest AccessGuests will have camper to themselves. The accommodation includes: linens and blankets, towels, shampoo, soap, cooking supplies, etc. Let us know if anything else is required to make your stay comfortable. Interaction with GuestsWe enjoy interacting with our guests, but will also respect their privacy. If you are interested in learning about raising chickens or organic gardening we'd be happy to show you how we operate. We are usually at home while guests are staying with us. Breakfast available for an additional cost ($8/person per meal). Our breakfast specialties are: - organic omelets - whole wheat banana pancakes The NeighborhoodVery secluded scenic location in a hidden valley (or hollow, as the locals say) about a half mile off of Big Swan Creek Road. Yet only 5 miles from Natchez Trace and an ideal stop for cyclists. If planning a visit during warm weather, pack your swimsuit and take a dip in the creek. Amish store (Yoder's) 5 miles away. They make delicious and affordable sandwiches, bread and pastries. Getting AroundProperty can be reached by car or bike. Other Things to NoteVacation from technology: Camper does not have internet or television. If you cannot get cell phone reception (for example, Verizon gets reception but T-Mobile does not) we will lend you a phone, as needed.

    Buffalo River Farm is a 456 acre working farm and tree plantation with 3 beautifully furnished guest rooms inside of a bed and breakfast farmhouse. To house more than 2 people to a room, roll away beds are provided. There is a per/guest charge of $35/day over the first 6 people (2 people to a room). Additional fees may apply: - Housekeeping Fee | 25 USD per day - Optional Full Housekeeping | 50 USD per day Buffalo River Farm is 3.5 miles from the Natchez Trace and about 8 miles from the site of Meriweather Lewis' (the famous American Explorer) burial site. There are many historic stops on the Natchez Trace which is part of the National Park Service. The farm is located approximately 12 miles from the Amish farms, 20 miles from Lawrenceburg, TN, and 23 miles from Columbia, TN. Leiper's Fork and Franklin are approximately 45 minutes away while Nashville is about 1 hour away. A tour of the Jack Daniel's Distillery makes a great day trip and the distillery is about 1.5 hours from the farm. Vineyards in the area offer music and sometimes theater entertainment on the weekends and are located approximately 16 miles away. Parking is free and secure and motor vehicle is the best way to tour the area. There is no public transportation in the area

      This cozy, fully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage is bordered by the Natchez Trace National Park. The cottage sits at the end of a beautiful paved country road, it is built on top of a well wooded river bank, it features a second story deck among the trees from which you can sit and take in the sights and serene sounds. Feel free to explore everything that this 8 acre property has to offer, it is not uncommon to see wild turkeys, deer and a variety of birds. A quick hike down the river bank and you will come across a gentle crystal clear creek flowing into the wild Buffalo river. Canoeing and kayaking on the Buffalo river are popular summer events and rentals are available in town. dogs up to 20 lbs. This cottage comfortably acomodates only up to six persons. The Natchez Trace Parkway is a 444-mile drive through exceptional scenery and 10,000 years of North American history. Today, visitors can enjoy scenic drives, hiking, cycling, motorbiking, kayaking, canoeing and camping. In October, the National Park hosts the annual Oktober Fest festival. In recent years beautiful and hip wineries nearby provide the area with wonderful tasting room experiences, destination wedding venues as well as many fun activities and weekend entertainment. Take in a tour of the Jack Daniels distillery located an hour and a half away in Lynchburg. The surrounding area offers many quaint small towns. In the nearby town of Lawrenceburg there is a thriving Amish community that offer their crafts, produce and preserves. The Tennessee river offers unlimited boating and fishing possibilities and is within an hour away. This truly is a secluded getaway for those eager to disconnect, but not too far from the beautiful and historic city of Franklin which is about an hour's drive away. Perfect for a fun drive to or from Nashville, Memphis and Birmingham. All within 2 hours away.

        The SpaceWe built and designed our loft apartment with a mix of rustic farmhouse and industrial influences. Hardwood floors, rustic tin ceilings and exposed wood beams along with the modern amenities of 84" and 55" HD TVs with Direct TV offers the perfect combination for a peaceful getaway for families or couples. Wireless internet is also available. Four custom built in twin beds and a sleeper sofa compliment the queen size feather topped bed. A microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, and refrigerator are located on the snack table in the main tv room. The huge garage doubles as a 1/2 basketball court. The NeighborhoodSparrow's Nest is surrounded by one of the largest Amish communities in the US. Famous Shaffer Farms Bar B Q and fresh meats is only 5 minutes away. We have a guide in your room that gives directions and suggestion of places to visit while you are here.

        Just finished! Sleep in an open air treehouse 25 feet off the ground. Cook over an open fire, then fall asleep to sound of water flowing over rocks. Wake up to the music of birds and then bathe in the cool crystal waters of Trotter Creek. Accommodations consist of bare essentials and guests will need to bring own sleeping gear. Also, the forest and a shovel will serve as bathroom. A solar powered battery can be set up for fee of $10/night. Drinking water can be obtained from a spring.

        The SpaceThe cottage possesses an alluring charm with vintage touches throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pots, and pans. We provide linens and towels. Above the kitchen is a sleeping loft with twin mattresses. The kids would love a great night of adventure sleeping. The bedroom has two beds, a double and a queen. Imagine some quiet time sitting on the deck sipping wine from one of our three local wineries, or maybe it's lemonade or sweet tea that you prefer. The deck overlooks a 2 acre spring fed pond that is stocked with fish for your catch and release enjoyment. Grab a pole, wet a line, we don't mind!! Guest AccessThe cottage is steps away from a 2 acre spring-fed, stocked pond for catch and release fishing only. The pond is also a seasonal home for Canada geese. Grab a chair and fish on the bank or fish from the dock. Interaction with GuestsWe live on the property, so we are available for any need. If we leave town, guests will have our contact information. The NeighborhoodHampshire is a quiet and friendly community. There are several churches in Hampshire to visit. We also have 3 wineries within a 10 mile radius: Keg Springs Winery, Amber Falls Winery, and Natchez Hills Vineyard. Across the road from the property is a great shop called "Copperhead Carpentry", which is owned by our friends Montie and Renee Couch. Also, the Natchez Trace is only about 7 miles up the road. The Natchez Trace has some great hiking/biking trails. Columbia is a town about 20 minutes away. It is known as the Mule Capital of the world. It is a decent sized town and has many grocery stores and little shops and boutiques. It has a great downtown area. Some of our favorite spots/restaurants/shops in Columbia that we like to visit are: -Puckett's Grocery & Restaurant -Oak and Lace -Lily Jane -Muletown Roasted Coffee -Variety Records -Pie Sensations -Southern Exposure -Buckhead Coffee House -Ted's Sporting Goods -Bleu 32 Antiques -Ye Peddler -The Faded Farmhouse -Christy's Restaurant -Venue Tenn -and many more…. About 25 minutes from the cottage is a large Amish community in Ethridge. You can go to the Amish Visitors Center and take a wagon tour of Amish country, or get a map and go by yourself. The Amish sell just about anything you can think of, from farm fresh eggs to hand made furniture. (at a much better price than any retail store!) We are just a little more than an hour from Music City USA, Nashville, Tennessee. Getting AroundThere is no public transportation in Hampshire. Other Things to NoteThis is an "unplugged" cottage. We don't have internet, TV, wifi, and cell service is spotty. But isn't that the point? If you want to relax and unwind without the the incessant dinging and chirping of your devices..this is your place! If you drive up the road a mile or so, you can get a signal to make a call or send a text message. This is your place to learn {or remember} what country life is all about.

        The SpaceBlind Thief Farm was a dream come true for owners Kevin and Amanda Max. After relocating from East Nashville and Franklin the Max's searched high and low for a getaway experience for their 4 children and dog, Thor. After finding one of the most interesting and spacious Log Cabin builds outside of Nashville, they couldn't say no. The composite stone and log cabin build is a true architectural gem in Hickman County TN. With a massive front porch over 30 feet tall, to the winding double porches, the home has views of the valley and woods in every direction. Sitting on 20 acres, Blind Thief Farm includes trail hiking, blackberry picking, recording studio, private pool, two beautiful barns which house rare New Zealand Rabbits and a corral for cows and horses. Inside the home there is 6 bedrooms, a beautiful cathedral-esque living room with stone fireplace, inside and out, large entertaining kitchen with dining room that seats 12. There are 3 full bathrooms and 2 half baths as well as 4 bedrooms on the upstairs floor. Master bedroom is spacious with rustic fireplace, walk in closets, copper claw foot tub and a huge stone shower. Guests have full access to the swimming pool as well as the two barns and surrounding acreage. Beginning in the summer of 2017 there will be horseback riding available and a Utility Vehicle to rent. Interaction with GuestsBlind Thief Farm concierges ( Kevin and Amanda Max) will be available locally as well as on call during your stay. When the utility vehicle is made available as well as Horseback riding, Kevin will host these events and be on the property to make sure everything runs smoothly. ( including the horse power ) The NeighborhoodHickman county is known for its sprawling hills and forested areas. The Duck river is extremely close to the property as well offering canoe trip, camping and hunting clubs. Downtown Centerville offers southern gentility and unique cafes and shopping. Local grocery, fast food, gym, convenience stores, award winning barbecue restaurants and much more within 10 minutes drive. The Grinders Switch Winery is just around the corner from the property as well as beautiful civil war trails and monuments. Also the next exit up on 140 is Loretta Lynn's ranch and gift shop, a great day trip for the family! Getting AroundEasy access to downtown Centerville and the property from I40, Highway 50 and the beautiful historic Natchez Trace. The road up to the farm is a dirt road however and has its wonderful twists and turns. Many outdoor activities abound including canoeing, rafting, fishing and hiking. The property is exactly one hour from Nashville and 45 minutes from Leipers Fork and Franklin. Across the street, literally, is Grinders Switch Winery and 10 minutes down the highway is Loretta Lynn's ranch and museum. Other Things to NoteBlind Thief Farm is secluded and extremely private with electric gate entrance and private access code. BTF also includes a fire pit area, multiple outdoor sitting scenarios and of course the private pool lights up! A tree swing and a trampoline for families with kids. If you are into trail hiking, there are miles of trails in the area and a huge blackberry patch available for picking. In the summer of 2017, there will be a Utility Vehicle available to rent as well as Horseback riding.
