The SpaceOur home has 4 bedrooms,with large kitchen dining area . Although a family of 6, Mum, Dad and 4 kids - they are all grown up and off doing their own thing. We are looking to rent a room as our youngest Daughter is currently attending University. . We sometimes have the option of two rooms (if no family member is visiting) so we can accommodate a couple or single person. We live in a semi detached house located in a residential area and have the advantage of excellent transport links to London (only 40 minutes by train) with all the attractions London Eye, Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Sq, St Pauls and many more tourist and cultural attractions. There is easy access to airports and motorways; 20 minute drive to London Heathrow Airport, 45 minutes to London Gatwick. We are also very close to Richmond and Kingston upon Thames (both historical Market Towns that offer great shopping facilities). Hampton Court Palace and Bushy Royal Park are also very nearby. The close proximity to London Heathrow airport would also suit Business travellers and local train links into London Waterloo. The SpaceVery large bedroom available in a 4 bedroom house in Teddington, Middlesex. The bedroom has 2 very large fitted double wardrobes, a fitted chest of 5 drawers, vanity unit / desk with 8 drawers. There's a TV with freeview and wifi internet. Private Shower room for guests. The pricing is for one occupant and second occupant pricing is negotiable. This room is designed for 2 adults only and it is not possible to accommodate young children as a third guest. If you are only booking for a single occupancy please look at my other guest bedroom (www.airbnb.co.uk/rooms/(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)) as if possible I try to keep the double free for double occupancy. I have a full size snooker table if you fancy a game and dartboard in the log cabin in the garden. Nice south facing garden. It's a quiet location near to good transport links. It's about an 8 minute walk to Teddington British Rail station - 30 minutes to Waterloo. There are a couple of bus routes close by - No. 285 and X26 direct to Heathrow in about 35 mins or less. Hampton Court, Bushy Park & Richmond Park all nearby and River Thames only a short walk. Smoking is allowed outside in the garden but not in the house. I have had many nice guests to stay and look forward to more in what I would call a very relaxed and friendly household. Pets are negotiable at a small extra charge. Guest AccessFridge, Freezer Space, Washing Machine (£1.00 nominal charge). Bathroom is shared if guests in both rooms. There is another bathroom downstairs if ever there is "bathroom congestion", but it has never happened to date. There is sometimes a parking space available on the drive and there is plenty of free parking in the road. The NeighborhoodParks and River Thames all nearby. Hampton Court is a 25 min walk. Good local shopping centres in Kingston and Richmond. Getting AroundTransport services in the area are fantastic. 4 buses within 2 min walk operating a very frequent service. If you are arriving from Heathrow Terminal 3 then hop on the 285 at Heathrow Central and it will take about 35 minutes depending on time of day and get off at NPL/Gloucetser Road Bus Stop, or take the X26 (much quicker) but it only stops in Teddington High St and you will need to walk back (about 5 mins) or hop on a (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) or 285 back to me. If arriving at Terminal 4 or Terminal 5 then you can get free interconnecting buses to Terminal 3 or Hatton Cross where you can change buses. I would also suggest (if you do not already have one) that you purchase an OYSTER TRAVEL CARD online or at the airport, they are £5 each but the fares on the bus transport will be half price and the buses do NOT accept cash. Other Things to NoteIf using the kitchen for cooking in the evening please leave it as you found it and wash up etc when you have finished. Thank you

The NeighborhoodThe accommodation tucked away in a cul-de-sac alongside Crane Park a 30-Hectare public park next to the River Crane in Twickenham, with its wonderful pathway walks by the river. It includes two Local Nature Reserves, Crane Park Island and The Shot Tower (now officially the Brick Tower) is a Grade II listed building. The park has large areas of woodland, as well as pasture areas and the river bank, and it also has important industrial archaeology. It is managed to encourage wildlife, and Marsh frogs and the scarce water vole breed on the banks of the river. Getting AroundThere are bus stops within 75 yards which go to several stations and also the towns of Hounslow and Twickenham/Richmond where you can pick up London Underground. The SpaceRecently awarded a 4 Star Gold rating by Visit England, The Old Coach House is a lovely detached cottage, originally built over 200 years ago. It still retains some of the original beams within the present design of the cottage. There is a beautiful secluded and peaceful garden with a patio and outside dining area, providing lots of space for relaxing and entertaining with your family and friends. The holiday cottage has a modern kitchen, newly refurbished bathrooms and a spacious dining room with original fireplace. Overlooking the garden is a pretty and cosy living room with doors and windows providing easy access to the patio and lawn. On the first floor the main double bedroom is garden facing with en-suite bathroom. A further double bedroom is situated at the front of the cottage and there is a third bedroom with twin beds at the side of the cottage. The principal bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. All the bedroom furniture is new and there is also new bedroom storage and carpets. A further bathroom is available with an over bath shower and all bathrooms are newly refurbished including the downstairs cloakroom which has ample space for storing outside coats and footwear. The beds and pillows are all protected with hyper-allergenic materials and the duvets are luxurious feather and down in the double bedrooms, and hyper-allergenic duvets are provided in the twin bedroom. For your comfort, alternative hyper-allergenic duvets are available on request in the double bedrooms. The beds are made up with high quality 250 thread count bed linen and have lightweight throws to maintain a comfortable bedroom temperature. The bedrooms all have black-out roman blinds and comfortable soft furnishings and we have endeavored to maintain the cottage's period features where possible. We hope that you will enjoy the peaceful colours of the bedrooms and enjoy a pleasant and restful nights sleep whilst staying at the cottage. A newly refurbished family bathroom is also on the first floor. There is a further WC on the ground floor. Free off-street parking is situated next the property. All of the bedrooms have black out blinds, towels, hairdryers and hand soap. Room fans are available as required. A welcome of groceries awaits your visit, comprising of bread, jam, eggs, butter, tea, coffee and milk (food intolerances are catered for!) There are various books and games to enjoy, and also a regularly updated display board of local restaurants and activities. Guest AccessAn optional 4th ground floor, garden facing 'ensuite' double bedroom is planned for March 2017, please ask if this is of interest. The cottage is accessed by its own front door, located in a pretty courtyard. A side door gives further access to the kitchen and a patio door gives easy access to a substantial garden at the rear of the cottage. There is also private parking in the small attached drive. For your comfort and convenience, an additional ground floor double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and disabled access is planned for early 2017. The NeighborhoodThe cottage is excellently located and is within walking distance (1 mile) of a local Waitrose, railway station and Hampton Court Palace. Hampton Village offers a number of interesting local shops and cafes, only moments (250 yards) from the cottage. The historic town of Richmond Upon Thames (20 minute drive) offers excellent shopping, wonderful restaurants and enjoyable walks in Richmond Park. The deer and wild birds are particularly magnificient and can be seen in the nearby Royal Parks throughout the year. Bushy Park is just steps from the cottage and boasts beautiful plantations and enclosures, historic water gardens and boating ponds in fantastic natural surroundings. There are also excellent opportunities to browse in the many antique and curiosity shops situated adjacent to Hampton Court Palace, followed by a coffee break or lunch in the eclectic mix of fashionable cafes, restaurants and pubs. Getting AroundHampton can be easily accessed by road, via the M25 and A3, Heathrow Airport 20 minutes and Gatwick Airport 45 minutes or rail via Clapham Junction. Hampton Court railway station is just 35 minutes from London Waterloo - calling at Vauxhall, Clapham Junction, Earlsfield, Wimbledon, Raynes Park, New Malden, Berrylands, Surbiton and Thames Ditton before arriving at Hampton Court. Parking is available at the station or you can walk there in 15 minutes (or 5 minute bus ride). Alternatively Hampton Station is just 10 minutes walk and is 40 minutes from London Waterloo. If during your holiday you wish to venture further afield, the coast is just one hour away by car. There are also many National Trust properties, RHS Gardens, historic houses and homes, churches and villages that willl provide a wide variety of interest and activities for you to enjoy during your stay in the cottage with easy access by car. There is a local nine hole golf club, David Lloyd Gym and Spa, Virgin Gym and bicycle hire and local public tennis courts are available in Hampton Village too. A welcome pack of bread butter jam eggs milk tea coffee sugar & juice will be ready to welcome you when you arrive. Many seasonal events take place locally including the Hampton Court Music Festival, Palace Ghost Tours and Ice Skating at Christmas, Summer and Spring Fayres and Cultural Exhibitions. Although of course you can always simply just switch off from the world and enjoy walking in the Royal Parks and relaxing in the peaceful cottage environment with your friends and family if you prefer.     The Space The house is made up of three bedrooms (all pictured here) and has a comfortable living area with large and bright windows. This would best suit a family with kids but it can accommodate 4 adults as the children's single beds are big enough for adults. The kitchen is sizeable and is a very pleasant room in the evening when the sun is setting. It also opens up to a nice backyard which you are free to use (and pick parsley or rosemary from). Guest Access In addition to the amenities mentioned here, guests are free to use the BBQ, our bicycles and other sports equipment such as tennis rackets. The house has access to a local park, via a pleasant walk along a lovely stream, which has tennis courts, basketball courts and a children's playground amongst other things. Interaction with Guests We will happily provide local knowledge upon request to help make your stay as easy as possible. The Neighbourhood Twickenham itself is a peaceful town located on the Thames with numerous pubs, restaurants, shops and parks. It is the home of English Rugby (the stadium is within walking distance of the house) and is otherwise a very nice environment to use as a base to explore London and the South East more generally. Getting around Easy access by bus or taxi to Twickenham train station which has fast links (25 minutes) to Waterloo and is also on a direct route to Windsor. Within easy reach of Richmond and Hampton Court. Also perfectly located for quick access to Heathrow (20 minutes by taxi) and to the M3 motorway which leads to the south coast and the west of the country. Other Things to Note We speak English, français y espaùol. Bright and comfortable family house situated on a quiet residential road but close to numerous important travel routes.

We have bi-fold doors in our open plan living area , running almost the width of the wall, looking onto a lawned garden and a vista of trees in the background. In this living space we have installed under floor heating to maintain a comfortable , constant temperature. The guest bedroom has a TV, DVD player, a small desk and an armchair. The guest bathroom is equipped with shaver point and a shower in the bath. It also has underfloor heating. Guest AccessGuests may have their own bathroom. They may also use the open plan living room at any time they wish. Interaction with GuestsWe are a friendly couple. We enjoy meeting people and are always happy to engage in conversation with our guests. The NeighborhoodThis London borough ( Richmond upon Thames) is one of the most beautiful boroughs in the capital. While we enjoy its proximity to the centre ( 35 minutes to Waterloo Station on a direct train) we are privileged to have the Royal Bushy Park on our doorstep and the River Thames just a short walk away. For sports lovers we are a 15 minute bus ride from Twickenham International Rugby Stadium and only a ten minute drive from Kempton Park Race Course. Getting AroundThere are three bus routes serving this area, one of which provides a 24 hour service to Heathrow Airport and Kingston. Our nearest stations are Hampton and Fulwell. Trains run from Shepperton to Waterloo direct. Fast trains to London are from Twickenham and Richmond. These take about 15 minutes to Waterloo. The R68 and R70 buses go directly to Twickenham and Richmond and the nearest bus stop is approximately a minute's walk from our house.

The High Street has local quirky shops, hairdressers, Sainsburys Local supermarket etc.... Hampton Hill Theatre often hosts comedy nights as well as local and national productions. Superb café for your English breakfast just over the road. Costa Coffee and other nicer coffee shops close by. Getting AroundThe R68 R70 and 285 buses are 40 metres from the house and run to Richmond (15 mins) Twickenham (10 mins) Kingston (15 mins) Teddington and river Thames (10 mins) Hampton Court (10 mins), Heathrow (30 mins). Trains to London Waterloo depart every 30 mins from Fulwell Station - a 15-18 min walk or 5 mins on R70 bus. Other Things to NoteThe bathroom is downstairs as is normally found in a period Victorian property. The kitchen and bathroom are clean but "of character" rather than modern! Good shower.

Regal, clean, friendly and calm, with such good connections to London. It is a haven away from the concrete jungle. Bushy Park is so close, you could call it the back garden. It is a great place to have a picnic, play/watch cricket, horse ride, and a great walk across to Hampton Court Palace. Getting AroundIf you have a car there is free on street parking. There is a direct bus services from outside the house to: Hampton Court Palace (12 minutes) Twickenham (17 minutes) Kingston upon Thames (22 minutes) Richmond upon Thames (29 minutes) Kew (28 minutes) Heathrow Airport (30 minutes) There are even nightbuses direct from Piccadily Circus to Fulwell bus station. There is a large garden that guests are more than welcome to utilise Interaction with GuestsWe are a couple in our 60 who are excited about the Rugby World Cup coming to England! We are friendly and welcoming and are happy to make or provide breakfast for guests on any day that they stay. We are hoping to meet some lovely new people but also respect guests' privacy. We are from Scotland and Yorkshire and love living in London so hope to be able to offer advice about transport and days out in the city or to other destinations around the country. Getting AroundOur house is just 5 minutes walk from Fulwell station, from there you can take a 30 minute train ride right to the centre of London, London Waterloo. We are also a 2 minute walk from a bus stop with buses going to Twickenham and Richmond town centre, every 10 minutes. Other Things to NoteOur house is a 40 minute walk from Twickenham rugby stadium, a 20 minute walk from Twickenham town centre and a 15 minute bus ride to the stadium. We are a short bus ride or lovely walk away from some must see tourist attractions, including Hampton Court Palace and Kew Botanical Gardens. We are a 20 minute taxi ride from Heathrow airport or a 30 minute bus ride.

    The SpaceThis a comfortable private room with private balcony, forms part of our 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment. Undercover, secure parking is available. Two people can comfortably share this room which has one double bed. Guest AccessThe apartment has a secure, gated entry system with 24 hour concierge. You will get the code for the front gates and spare key to access the flat. Interaction with GuestsWe are living in the second bedroom with our own ensuite bathroom. You have main usage of the 2nd bathroom in the flat which is also the largest bathroom. We are always available for any questions. The NeighborhoodTwickenham is a gorgeous riverside town with much to see and experience! If you are a rugby fan you are in for a treat with the famous Twickenham Rugby stadium a 10min walk from the flat. You can access Richmond or Kingston by bus within 15min. Getting AroundThe apartment is in a brand new development which is located directly across the road from Twickenham train station with direct links to London Waterloo. The fast train to London takes 23min. The flat forms part of the newly built Brewery Wharf development, located on the main road in Twickenham with numerous coffee shops, restaurants and bars located a short walk away from the flat.

    On the ground floor you will find an eat-in kitchen adjoining the sitting room. The kitchen has a fresh and light design with a marble dining table and white cabinets. French doors open up and offer a stunning view of the garden. The bay-windowed sitting area is a comfortable space with a flat-screen TV and leather seats. At the end of the corridor is a sunny balcony with a flight of stairs leading to the wonderful and sizeable back garden. Children will love playing in the big grassy lawn which is a sun trap in the summer, and guests can enjoy a sunny afternoon meal outside if they wish (outdoor furniture is set up). There is a convenient WC on the ground floor, as well as a laundry room. On the first floor are two twin bedrooms (both have 2 single beds each) and a shower room. The spacious master bedroom takes up the top floor has lovely views of the nearby Golf Course. The room itself has a contemporary design with a double bed, Philip Stark chair and flat screen TV. It has the comfort of an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. House Rules: No Pets, Parties or Smoking! The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.       The Space The house is made up of three bedrooms (all pictured here) and has a comfortable living area with large and bright windows. This would best suit a family with kids but it can accommodate 4 adults as the children's single beds are big enough for adults. The kitchen is sizeable and is a very pleasant room in the evening when the sun is setting. It also opens up to a nice backyard which you are free to use (and pick parsley or rosemary from). Guest Access In addition to the amenities mentioned here, guests are free to use the BBQ, our bicycles and other sports equipment such as tennis rackets. The house has access to a local park, via a pleasant walk along a lovely stream, which has tennis courts, basketball courts and a children's playground amongst other things. Interaction with Guests We will happily provide local knowledge upon request to help make your stay as easy as possible. The Neighbourhood Twickenham itself is a peaceful town located on the Thames with numerous pubs, restaurants, shops and parks. It is the home of English Rugby (the stadium is within walking distance of the house) and is otherwise a very nice environment to use as a base to explore London and the South East more generally. Getting around Easy access by bus or taxi to Twickenham train station which has fast links (25 minutes) to Waterloo and is also on a direct route to Windsor. Within easy reach of Richmond and Hampton Court. Also perfectly located for quick access to Heathrow (20 minutes by taxi) and to the M3 motorway which leads to the south coast and the west of the country.         A lovely light and airy refurbished 3 bedroom family home for up to 7 people Very easy access to Twickenham Rugby Ground, Richmond, Hampton Court Palace, London, Kempton Park Racecourse, Heathrow. 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and a large through lounge with a double sofa bed. Bathroom, Kitchen. Please note in between March and August/September there will be building works on the adjoining land. This will only be carried out between 8-6 weekdays and 8-1 Saturdays. The house itself remains unaffected. But the rear garden will not be able to be used and is strictly out of bounds during this period in any part. There us plenty of parking in our road for your car.
