The SpaceEnjoy your stay with Woodcroft college and shops only five minutes walk and bus station that will take you to Port Noarlunga or Christies Beach or the city, with the main shopping centre close by for all your shopping needs. Your room is a single bedroom with a single size bed,wardrobe with plenty of cupboard space. The kitchen and shower facilities can be shared to your time frame and a free airport pickup and drop of is available. The Mclaren Vale wine region is a short trip away from Woodcroft,with a drop off and pickup service provided for a flat fee of $30.Kangaroo Island Ferry is only around half an hour from woodcroft and transfers available for $50 round trip. Winery tours can be organised for you as well. Off street parking is also available. The house is a three bedroom villa situated in a nice quiet neighbourhood. We are very flexible and will help make your stay as comfotable and enjoyable as possible. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Three bedroom reasonably large family home. Guest bedrooms both have double beds, airconditioning and fans, wardrobe space. Two rooms share a bathroom with bath and shower, separate toilet. This area separate to hosts bathroom. Large kitchen and eating area, tv area and quiet lounge area. Nice gardens to sit in. On a bus route to the city, approx. 30 - 45 minutes to city centre. Myself and my husband live in the house, are well travelled and love meeting people from all over the world. We are close to beaches and country drives to local towns, and are always willing to help you sightsee. Loads of cafes and restaurants close by. we have a kayak which can be used on local waters. Our house is in a very quiet suburban street. I love to cook and you are welcome to join the evening meal also, and use the kitchen at your own leisure. Be part of our family during your stay. Currently we have no pets but may soon have a cat!! :) We have the facilities to host family of 4 provided kids can share a double bed. Families are very welcome.

Not to far from the coast with picturesque drives or some lovely clean sandy beaches My house is a stand alone unit consisting of 2 bedrooms plus a large, well lit very clean and carpeted sun room that also serves as a computer room when not occupied by my guests. It has a very comfortable double sofa bed/couch and TV there is also an optional fold out single bed available. You are free to use all amenities in the house (washer/dryer etc.), wireless Internet (moderate use) and anything else: just ask away :) The neighbourhood is very safe, it is like a small town with local shopping, close access to frequent bus services (5min walk from the house) to Adelaide City & major shopping centres. Also connections to the Tram, airport bus & Oban. Feeling social? Fancy a nice cappuccino & a snack, there a 2 lovely cafes 5 mins walk away. or the popular 'Crown Hotel' for an afternoon drink and/or a good meal! The SpaceYour privacy is assured in this self contained 2 bedroom ground floor home (no steps), sleeps 5 (can accommodate up to 6 with a fold out full size single bed with proper mattress). Private front and rear gardens and sea views from the front of the home The home has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, gas cooktop (hob) and electric oven. There are two living areas - combined dining - 2nd tv area and a separate lounge with a 42inch LCD TV. The home is for your exclusive use.. Large main bedroom with Queen size bed, LCD TV and a 2 way ensuite bathroom with separate shower and full bath tub. The WC (toilet) is separate and there is a separate laundry area with top loader washing machine. You can air dry your clothes on the outside clothes line or there is a drying rack you can set up inside. The second bedroom can sleep up to 3 and consists of a Double bed and single bed. There is also a fold out single bed with proper full size mattress available which sleeps one person and which we can set up in one of the living areas - if there are 6 people. Large lounge area with a 42" Plasma TV/DVD, separate dining/2nd family area (& 3rd LCD TV) and full kitchen facilities, including a Nespresso Coffee machine (with starter pack of coffee pods) oven, grill/cook top and a microwave. There is a bus stop near the front of the home which will take you to Adelaide City, Brighton Beach, Train Station and shopping centres, including Westfield Marion and Hallett Cove Shopping centre. The same bus also stops at the Flinders Medical Centre or Flinders University. The home is only 15 minute drive to our beautiful McLaren Vale wine region, around 1 hr & 15 minutes to Kangaroo Island Sealink Ferry at Cape Jarvis and 45 minutes drive to Victor Harbor. If you love the beach then the home is a 5 minute drive to beautiful Seacliff & Brighton Beach with a great selection of restaurants and cafes. Glenelg Beach is approximately a 15 minute drive away. Bedding, bath towels and basic supplies are provided. We usually sneak in a few luxuries like a pack of Nespresso Pods, milk, raisin bread or cereal and Tim Tams. The property is not serviced daily, however there are laundry facilities (top loader washer) in the house. A porta-cot and high chair is available upon request - cot linen is not supplied. There is off street parking for a small car under the roller door carport. A medium sized car will also fit with careful maneuvering or you can park in one of the other off street car parks. WiFi Internet is provided at no charge. Check in: around 4.00pm but can be earlier if the home is ready earlier (luggage drop and key collection can be from noon by prior arrangement) - Late night arrivals can also be accommodated. Check out: before 10am Strictly no smoking, pets, parties or functions. Geological Significance The area of Hallett Cove itself has geological significance as it is one of Australia's most outstanding geological and archaeological sites. The Hallett Cove Conservation Park is nearby, where more than 1,700 Aboriginal artefacts have been found. There is a self directed/signed walking trail which describes the park's cultural and geological heritage, including evidence of an Australian ice age some 280 million years ago. The outstanding glacial pavements along the northern cliff tops are recognised as the best record of Permian glaciation in Australia and have international significance. There is a fabulous walking trail which extends from nearby Marino to Port Stanvac with seats along the way and fantastic view of this beautiful area. Very private 4 bedroom 2 bathroom open plan home with inground swimming pool. Open living/dining/kitchen area. 25 kms to city centre. 10 min drive to FLINDERS UNIVERSITY and our beautiful beaches. Large Shopping PRECINCT 10 min away by car plus local shops 10 min walk. My 16 year old son is currently doing year 11. He is is a polite and respectful person. Access to wifi Internet, use of laundry facilities and a light breakfast each morning of your stay. Airport pickup available for additional $50. 40-50 mins from airport. I was a flight attendant in Canada for 8 years. I'm happy to show you some sites of Adelaide if you like. I am not a great gardener but I do get satisfaction out of tackling it. I have been caught before mowing the lawn in my high heels and professional work clothes! Love the Adelaide beaches...almost as much as my children. We moved to Australia from Vancouver 13 years ago. My kids are all Canadian born and fabulous young people. I am Australian born and a Canadian citizen.

    Beautiful quiet accommodation in an apartment with sea views. There are two bedrooms at the ground level in the house we live in, there's a large living room, separate bathroom and separate toilet, fully equipped kitchen, with the owners living upstairs, completely separate. Outdoor entertainment area also available for your use. The Space There are two rooms available at the ground level of our house built in 2009. They got 10 foot ceiling, solid timber floorboards, one of the rooms with sea views, the other one right next to it in an even quieter position. There's a large living room shared between the 2 bedrooms, also a modern bathroom and a toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with new and modern appliances. There is an entertainment area available with barbecue and outdoor setting where you can relax and enjoy the views. Each bedroom has a queen size bed and a wardrobe. The living room has a 7-seat leather couch, cable TV, and audio system. Wireless internet is available 24/7 Guest Access Separate access form the owners on the side of the house, separate gate and stairs. We offer breakfast as required, and can also show you around the area. The Neighbourhood Your room backs into our backyard, there's no real interaction with our neighbours. Getting around Bus 683 is at the end of the street, and the Hallett Cove Beach train station is 10 minutes walk away Other Things to Note Extra people over the age of 16 cost $25 per night. There's an air mattress available for the extra people. Children stay free, and we can organize a cot for babies if need be.

Interaction with GuestsWe work from home as acting and talent agents, but are often out at meetings, running workshops or at the theatre in the evenings. We love sharing our home with others and are friendly and welcoming. The NeighborhoodWe chose to live in Hallett Cove as it is not far from the city but as you drive up in the hill, past the open fields, sheep and horses and witness the beautiful sunset over the ocean, it makes us feel that we always on holiday. We often whizz down to the beautiful Hallett Cove beach, 5 minutes by car to watch the sunset or have a bite to eat or drink at the lovely beach cafe. We venture along the spectacular Hallett Cove board walk which offers spectacular views of the unique, 'sugar loaf', glacier rocks, the beautiful rocky coastline and enjoy the fabulous views of Adelaide's coastline and beaches in the distance. We live in a quiet cul-de-sac and at the bottom of the street there is a lovely wooden bridge that leads across to the linear park, where we often go for walks or runs. The Hallett Cove shopping Centre is minutes away by car or a walk along the linear park, which takes about 15 minutes. You can even catch the bus from around the corner. There you can find some cafes, banks, supermarkets, etc. Getting AroundWe are perfectly situated for exploring beautiful parts of South Australia and the Fleurieu Penninsula. You can drive 10 minutes to our beautiful swimming beaches at Brighton or go a bit further along to Glenelg, where you can spend time stolling the shops, eat in lovely cafes and enjoy the atmosphere of the beach front. We are only 30 minutes drive to the city, 30 minutes drive to McLaren Vale's beautiful wine region. 50 minutes drive to my favourite place and Adelaide's most popular holiday destination, Horseshoe Bay, at Port Elliot, where you can drive down for a day and enjoy the most beautiful swimming beach with large waves, walks, cafes, shopping and explore nearby Victor Harbor and Granite Island. Drive along to Goolwa and over to Hindmash Island and see the Murray Mouth and the beginning of the Coorong. They are only a few of the sites to see in the many day trips around South Australia that you can get to, if you have your own car. There is a bus to the city and the shops only minutes away or a train service to the city which you can get to with a pleasant 20 minutes walk along the lovely linear park and bike path to the station. We are 30 minutes drive from the airport.

      The SpaceOur Adelaide holiday apartment is situated at and occupies the whole ground floor of our house which we finished building in 2009, it has got 2 large bedrooms, each of them furnished with queen size beds. The apartment has got 3 metre ceilings, solid floorboards, one of the bedrooms - we call it the "Seaside" bedroom - with magnificent sea views, the other one - the "Serene" bedroom - right next to it, in a very quiet and protected position, great for babies, elderly people, or for people who got a light sleep. The Seaside bedroom has a queen size bed, a dresser with mirror, and a leather armchair. The Serene bedroom has a Queen size bed, a wardrobe, and also a desk with a leather chair, should you wish to attend to your business issues, or have your children do their homework. The living room has a 7-seat leather couch, as well as a 6 seater dinning suite, 32" LED TV, cable TV (Foxtel), DVD player, and a CD audio system. Wireless internet is free and available 24/7. There's a large living room shared between the 2 bedrooms, a modern bathroom and a separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with cook top, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, plus all the utensils, crockery and cutlery you need. There is an entertainment area available with barbeque and outdoor dinning area where you can relax and enjoy the views. Guest AccessOur guests have completely separate access to the holiday apartment through their own gate on the side of the house. As the apartment is located at the ground floor of our house, you need to climb down the stairs towards our quiet backyard. Right down the bottom of the stairs you will be delighted by the opening of the uninterrupted sea views. Things then only get better as you make your way to the main door of you holiday apartment. Interaction with GuestsYour privacy is most important to us, as it is to yourselves. While you stay in our holiday apartment in Adelaide, we'll be seeing us walking down the backyard once or twice a day to feed our chickens. They get quite upset if we didn't do that :o) The NeighborhoodYour apartment backs into our quiet backyard, which is backing into our neighbours' backyard as well, so there is no real interaction with them. It is a very quiet neighbourhood, Getting AroundBus 683 is at the end of the street, it takes you in about 5 minutes from the end of our street to the either the Hallett Cove Beach train station or to the new Hallett Cove shopping centre. Situated on a quiet, leafy street in Woodcroft with a rural outlook to the rear overlooking Thaxted Park Golf course. 3 minutes away from the Woodcroft shopping centre that provides good shopping, post office, major bus terminus, library and bar/restaurant. The property was built in 2002 to a high and modern standard and can sleep up to 6 people. This is an entire house and not an annexe or partial house. A short drive to the lovely southern beaches! 40 minutes to the Adelaide CBD Ideal for Golfing holidays as the house backs directly onto Thaxted Park Golf Club. "The Vines" Golf club is only minutes away!! This is a lovely house that has been enjoyed by many families. We have had many migrating families stay with us for their first month or so in Australia.                 Beautiful quiet accommodation in an apartment with sea views. There are two bedrooms at the ground level in the house we live in, there's a large living room, separate bathroom and separate toilet, fully equipped kitchen, with the owners living upstairs, completely separate. Outdoor entertainment area also available for your use. ***The Space*** There are two rooms available at the ground level of our house built in 2009. They got 10 foot ceiling, solid timber floorboards, one of the rooms with sea views, the other one right next to it in an even quieter position. There's a large living room shared between the 2 bedrooms, also a modern bathroom and a toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with new and modern appliances. There is an entertainment area available with barbecue and outdoor setting where you can relax and enjoy the views. Each bedroom has a queen size bed and a wardrobe. The living room has a 7-seat leather couch, TV, and audio system. Wireless internet is available 24/7 ***Guest Access*** Separate access form the owners on the side of the house, separate gate and stairs. The Neighbourhood: Your room backs into our backyard, there's no real interaction with our neighbours. ***Getting around*** Bus 683 stop is at the end of the street, it takes you to Hallett Cove Shopping Centre and to Hallett Cove train station in a few minutes. Hallett Cove Beach train station is 10 minutes walk away. ***Other Things to Note*** Extra people over the age of 16 cost $25 per night. Adjacent to the town is the nature trails of the Onkaparinga River National Park (URL HIDDEN) and also close by is the lush Scott Creek Conservation Park (URL HIDDEN) with some of the regions greatest diversity of native fauna and flora. Getting AroundIt is best to have a car or other suitable form of self transportation when staying in Clarendon. There is a bus stop on the corner of Chandlers Hill rd and Grants Gully rd, which is only a minute or two's drive away and about 30mins to walk. However, it is highly recommended to have motorised transportation to enjoy all the delights that the region has to offer, as Clarendon offers a great central location between the city and the Fleurieu Peninsula (including the McLaren Vale wine district). Other Things to NoteIncluded in your stay is linen and towels. We highly value the inclusion of comfortable beds and pillows when we rent accommodation and thus we strive to provide this for our guests. The master bedroom has a King bed, bedroom 2 has a queen bed, bedroom 3 also has a queen bed and bedroom 4 has two king-single beds. We also keep the pantry stocked with supplies such as cereal and museli, tea and coffee, coffee pods for the nespresso coffee machine, salt and pepper various sauces and olive oil. We also have filtered rainwater on tap. All of the homes water is provided by lovely rain water. Small, well behaved pets may be considered, although the yard is not fully secured so you would need to take them with you on your outings. Also please note that if pets where accepted this would require a higher bond to be paid which would be returned after departure.
