The SpaceThe Coachman is a welcoming, family-run Bed & Breakfast, which is located in the leafy village of Hartford, on the outskirts of Northwich. The B&B is an ideal base for anyone visiting friends, family or colleagues in West Cheshire, Chester, Liverpool or Manchester. It's also the perfect overnight stop if you're flying to/from Manchester International Airport. The accommodation comprises of 3 double rooms, 2 twin rooms, and a family apartment (sleeps up to 4), in newly refurbished interiors (renovated in February 2013). The 5 rooms are located in the former stables, & on ground level. The apartment is on the second storey, and benefits from its own kitchen, dining & lounge area. All accommodation has en-suite facilities. Optional continental breakfast available at an additional £5.00 per person, per night. Please confirm at time of booking. The quiet, country lanes here are perfect for walking or cycling, and it is just 30 minutes to the Roman town of Chester, with Manchester and Liverpool each well within an hour's drive or train ride. You are also within walking distance of Hartford's range of pubs and restaurants. Your suite is separate from the family house, benefitting from ample off-street parking. There is also a lockable bike shed. Accessed through French doors, your spacious Kingsize double bedroom has a television, chest of drawers, a work surface and tea/coffee-making facilities. There is a roomy en-suite with shower, basin and toilet. Laundry by arrangement. I will be serving a creative breakfast out in the charming summer house between 09:00am and 10:30am unless a different time is agreed. You also enjoy access to the family swimming pool (when available), and the possibility of booking an on-site massage during your stay (for an additional fee). Delamere Manor has three reception rooms, six “classic contemporary” bedrooms, chic function rooms and a nightclub. Centrally located Delamere Manor is easily accessed from the conurbations of Liverpool, Manchester and Chester. Delamere Manor boasts six spacious double bedrooms, 5 of which are all en-suite. The NeighborhoodDelamere Forest is a popular recreational area, drawing visitors mainly from nearby urban areas. Three long-distance footpaths meander through the forest, the Sandstone Trail, Delamere Way and Baker Way. Two waymarked circular walking trails of 1.7 and 2.7 miles (2.7 and 4.3 km) and two waymarked cycling trails of 4 and 7 miles (6.4 and 11.3 km) start near the Linmere Visitor Centre; the cycling trails are also open to walkers. There are two easy-access circular trails which are suitable for wheelchair users and pushchairs; one starts at Barnsbridge car park and leads to Blakemere Moss (0.75 miles (1.2 km) in length), the other explores Old Pale hill from the Linmere Visitor Centre. Numerous non-waymarked footpaths are also available for both cyclists and walkers. There is a large area of dirt cycle jumps on Manley Hill for extreme mountain biking enthusiasts. Other activities include horse riding, jogging, orienteering, bird watching and nature study. Britain’s largest Go Ape facility opened in Delamere Forest in 2006; it includes numerous zip wires, Tarzan swings, tightropes and nets high in the treetops. Delamere Forest is the venue for the northern Hellrunner cross-country race, and the Sandstone Trail Race finishes in the forest. 20 minutes from the historical Roman city of Chester with all Chester's attractions including Chester racecourse and an abundance of restaurants.       The Waterfront, Marine Approach is a superb townhouse located in a gated development, close to the market town of Northwich. This wonderful townhouse is set over three floors and has two second floor double bedrooms, a second floor shower room, a first floor bathroom, a ground floor open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area and a first floor sitting room with dining area. Outside there's a patio with furniture, a shared lawned garden and off road parking for one car. The Waterfront, Marine Approach is a luxurious property with plenty to see and do in the area. Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/ freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with full Sky, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for one car in secure, gated communal courtyard, and free car park opposite. Bike storage. Designated patio area in shared, riverside open plan garden. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pubs 5 mins walk. Note: One of the bedrooms has sloping ceilings with reduced height to edge of room. Note: Dogs are not allowed in the shared lawned garden, but you can walk them down to the river to the large park opposite.

      Guest AccessThere is a lovely courtyard available to sit in during the warmer weather, and enjoy a cold drink. Interaction with GuestsThis is very much a functional house, although there is only myself, my husband John and our son Daniel, there is always someone on hand to help with any questions etc. If you're around when I'm cooking there is always an extra plate! But if you prefer your own company then we respect that. The NeighborhoodWe are situated in a very quiet cul-de-sac so it's great for a good nights sleep. The main town is a ten minute walk away and hosts a variety of pubs offering food, including a Weather Spoons, along with the usual take-a-ways A five minute drive takes you to a host of curry houses, although John and I have a particular one we can defiantly recommend. Getting AroundTaxis are always available into and back from town, usual cost £5 each way and usually no wait. Other Things to NoteWe have a very lazy dog, and two cats which don't venture into your space.
