We have room for 1-6 people to rent rooms in our house for Super Bowl week or weekend. This is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom house in Hasbrouck Heights, NJ. We have one giant master bedroom and a second bedroom to rent for $1,000 per room, per night. We also have a finished basement that can accommodate an air mattress for 2 more people at $500 a night if your party is more than 4 people. Each bedroom can accommodate 2 people. The house is 3 miles from Metlife Stadium (Super Bowl Stadium) and is only one block from the bus stop to the Stadium. It is also 3 miles and 5 minutes from multiple train stations. The house has a beautiful backyard with a new deck and hot tub! It has plenty of parking and a washer/dryer in the basement. No smoking or pets allowed. Our driveway is also available for rent.

The SpaceFurnished home includes two bedrooms with one full-size bed, two couches and access to air mattresses if needed. Recently renovated bathroom includes full tub and shower, plus fresh linens. Comfy living room and dining room. Driveway has room for two cars, others can be parked on street with permission from local police department. Guest AccessTwo flat-screen televisions (32 inches) hooked up to DirecTV with literally every movie station. (HBO, STARZ, Encore, Showtime, TMC.) Washer/dryer downstairs in basement. Microwave, oven, coffee machine, convection oven, fridge/freezer, fully stocked kitchen with cooking materials, plates, bowls and eating utensils. Back porch with view of NY City skyline. Close walk to main street with Italian, sushi, Thai, Greek restaurants and more. Complementary bottled water and beer (let me know your preference) will be provided. Other provisions/amenities also available at extra cost, please let me know what you need and it will be waiting for you! Interaction with GuestsI will not be present, but will be available by phone/email. The NeighborhoodQuiet middle-class neighborhood, close to restaurants and a pleasant main street. Getting AroundTwo-block walk to NJ Transit bus stop with easy service to Stadium and New York City (35 minutes). Train station 1.5 miles away, goes to Stadium and New York (22 minutes). NYC about a 20-25 minute drive, ML Stadium 10 minutes drive, Newark Airport about 20 minutes.

We respect your privacy, but are ready to help if you need guidance getting around. The NeighborhoodThis is quiet and safe family oriented suburb. It is walking distance to dinning options. It is 13 miles from New York City, very close to HUMC and close to Paramus Malls. Getting AroundIt is a block away from public Bus to NYC Port Authority Bus Terminal. It takes 30 minutes to 42 street. If you bring your car you can use our driveway at no additional cost. There are shops and restaurants at walking distance.
