The SpaceTo sum it up, it's clean, cozy and modern. The kitchen is equipped with everything a chef would need to cook and enjoy great meals including a Kuerig coffee/tea machine. Fenced backyard with Weber grill for great cookouts. This is a duplex with two separate apartments. The upstairs apartment is rented to long term tenants. You each have access to your own private yards. Lots of local parks and trails to enjoy within walking distance. Two blocks walk from grocery store, McDonalds, Pizza, Chinese Food, Rite Aid and a bank. 5 min drive to turnpike, MERCK, Lansdale, Skippack shopping and dining, Whole foods, trader Joes, Montgomery county mall and more nearby. ** The upstairs tenants are quiet and very nice people but you will hear some occasional creaking of the hardwood floors above. I like to mention this for those who are sensitive to any kind of noise above. Most tenants have not expressed it to be a problem but it is noticeable. Guest AccessExclusive use of house. You'll have access to one bedroom, full bathroom, kitchen and dining area. The basement and other bedroom are locked off from renters use. Exclusive use of fenced yard, grill and patio set. There is an abundance of street parking . Interaction with GuestsIf you need anything I'm just a phone call away, otherwise you can enjoy your stay in complete privacy :) . I can usually return calls, texts and emails within a couple of hours if not immediately. The NeighborhoodIt's close to everything. Skippack is just 10 min away and has great little shops and restaurants that if you have time, you must check out. I'm full of recommendations, just ask :). There are many running trails as well and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. It's a 10 minute drive to plymouth meeting, 20 minutes to the main line or 30-60 minutes to Philly depending on location and traffic Getting AroundLocal trains are located in North Wales or Lansdale, just 5 minutes away. They can take you directly into Philly. The turnpike is just down the road as well. Other Things to NoteBasic amenities that you will need for a one week stay will be provided such as toilet paper, paper towels, bed and bath linens, kitchen appliances, hair dryer, garbage bags, sponge, dish soap, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo and conditioner. Guests who stay longer than one week will need to replenish some of these supplies for their continued use (toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags etc.)
