Master Suite includes a queen bed, TV, chairs, dresser, luggage rack, ironing board and iron, large walk in closet, and attached hospitality room. Also, an additional bedroom with two single beds down the hall from suite can accommodate 2 more people for additional $. Full hall bath accessible to both rooms. Close to all major colleges: Haverford, Villanova, Bryn Mawr, Rosemont, Harcum, etc. Close to SEPTA train for quick trip into Center City Philadelphia. Large Swimming Pool in the summer. Private parking in back of the house. Serene setting, many trees, beautiful birds, occasionally a deer family visits. Ample, free private parking in back of house. Other Things to NoteHospitality Center has computer with WIFI, microwave, refrigerator, cups, paper plates, napkins, teas, coffee, creamers, sweeteners, condiments, micro popcorn, micro oatmeal, some cutlery. House Kitchen is not available for guest cooking. Take out menus for many local restaurants and TV Guide of channels also provided.

The SpaceThis magnificent property is the guest house to a converted horse stable, as part of the Allgates mansion along Coopertown Road in Haverford, Pennsylvania. It was built around 1905, was accepted into the National Historic Registry in 1979, and eventually converted to a residence in 1987 as part of the adaptive reuse program implemented during the restoration and redevelopment of the original 26 acre Allgates estate. The property, is part of the private homeowners association of Allgates, along the cul-de-sac of Allgates Drive. Close proximity to the heart of Bryn Mawr, Haverford, Merion Golf Course and all major arteries. Guest AccessYou'll have full access to the second floor guest apartment which has a living room, one bedroom, full bathroom, wireless internet, ROKU TV, and kitchenette with microwave and FREE coffee. Interaction with GuestsAlmost always, we'll be at the main house to assist with any questions or needs. The NeighborhoodThe property is in a relatively affluent neighborhood in the Allgates section of Haverford. Many of the neighboring properties are large and some are multi-million dollar mansions. Getting AroundParking for one car is available on site. Train station is 1.4 miles away, Haverford Station - NHSL. The Paoli/Thorndale Line, Haverford station is 2.1 Miles. UBER is readily available in the area as well for quick access to Center City Philadelphia, etc. Other Things to NoteThere is parking for one car and you will access the apartment via the entrance through the back yard of the main house.

It has been expanded and improved upon over the years and now offers 2 bedroom, 1 bath, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen open to a living room, with window seat and built-in book shelves. There are 2 decks, complete with outdoor furniture and a grill for your use. It is air conditioned, has a full washer and dryer, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, cable TV, and high speed wireless internet. All utilities included. Guest AccessThe property is on 2 acres with a front yard, back yard and pool. You are free to use the pool...rules of common courtesy apply. Please just check with us first. Interaction with GuestsWe are available for any of your needs since we are a stone's throw in the main house. But we leave you alone for your privacy unless you contact us.     The SpaceMy Son-in-law calls this apartment THE BAT CAVE because he loves the privacy and sleeps so well in the total darkness day or night. Again, there is NO natural light coming into the space, but it is well lit. plenty available in the living roo There is plenty of daylight in the living room on the main floor, which guests are welcome to share. There are no cooking facilities, but I provide an electric hot water pot, with accompanying tea, coffee, hit chocolate, sweeteners, creamer and there is a tiny refrigerator. Guest AccessGuests are welcome to access the living room, bar room, all outside areas, breezeway, pool area weather permitting. Special arrangements can be made for laundry room. Kitchen is off limits. Interaction with GuestsHost lives in house and will interface with guests for initial meeting and tour of space, explain amenities, etc. Guests will have key for access to accommodate their schedules. Guests will walk through a woodworking area to access this basement apartment They must be comfortable walking up and down a full staircase into the basement from either outside or inside the house. Owners have three cats which might be heard using cat door to enter and leave house. Since this space is small and priced accordingly, there are no cooking facilities. A very tiny fridge and electric hot water pot, tea, coffee, hot chocolate are provided (similar to a standard hotel).

          The SpaceWithin this charming house are two bedrooms with a private full bathroom. Generally single guests choose the queen bedroom, couples like the king bedroom. Guests or a family of three or four are perfectly comfortable with two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The guest bedrooms and bath are beside one another and separate from the hosts quarters. The yard has several sitting / eating areas. The driveway is long and parking in the back is private and safe for parents hauling their college students belongings. Interaction with GuestsAs a host, I live in the house and have my own separate facilities along with a private design studio on the lower level. I'm available always by text and 50% in the shared living space. The NeighborhoodBeautiful trees and stone houses are abundant in these collage towns of Haverford, Bryn Mawr, Ardmore, Swarthmore, Villanovia and Rosemont. Getting AroundParking for several cars is available on site. Train station is 1.5 miles away, Haverford Station - NHSL. The Paoli/Thorndale Line, Ardmore station is 3.0 Miles. UBER is readily available for easy access to Center City Philadelphia and all Mainline locations.
