The SpaceHello, and thank you for looking at our listing. My husband and I are the first owners of this house, and have absolutely loved living here! We have put a contemporary spin on the decorating, but it's still comfortable for living in.
You'll arrive at any time you choose to a clean and comfortable home with a welcome gift basket including wine, fruit, and chocolate in your room. Wine glasses and bottle opener are provided, and turndown service is available each night. The house has central air, all hardwood floors throughout, and all stainless in the kitchen, which you are welcome to use. We have one private bedroom available that has a king bed, closet, dresser, nightstand, and separate lamp by the bed. You'll also have a private bathroom located on the first floor with a stand up shower. All shower essentials, towels, pillows, linens, and blankets are provided.
There is a private office with a closing door you may use for meetings or any work you need to do. There is also gym equipment such as weights, a trampoline, a treadmill, etc in the office for your use. I'm happy doing any laundry for you, and there is a comfortable oasis that usually seems to have a nice breeze out back on the deck when it's warm. There is a full patio set with umbrella, a grill, fire pit, and tiki torches for the summer.
We have one cat, so I hope you aren't allergic, and he's the reason we can't allow any other pets-Damien does not handle other animals well! He's SUPER awesome and friendly, though, so feel free to give him plenty of love.
A hot breakfast will be provided each morning at whatever time you specify. Check-in and check-out time is negotiable, we try to be flexible.
Smoking is NOT allowed in the house, and can be done in the back yard if you must. We also provide free wifi and have Netflix, Hulu for current shows, and a Wii. We also have a security system for extra protection.
About us: Hayley, 30, is a laboratory science student, and has sung all over the country. Saurabh, 37, is a project engineer and loves grunge. We got married 3 years ago on a boat, and music is our lives. We love camping, nature, reading, going to concerts and music festivals, Mustangs, zip lining, traveling, meeting new people, playing pool, Wii, and board games, and much more!
Thank you again for checking us out, and we hope to share our home with you soon! Guest AccessKitchen
TV/Wii Interaction with GuestsWe love meeting cool people, so we're happy hanging out with you if you like. We also realize you may be on your vacation and don't always want people hovering around, so we can leave you alone, too! We're super easy going, and we have plenty of information about Boston and our area if you need some pointers, or even need a quick ride if you're in a bind. The NeighborhoodWe're about a mile from downtown (15 minute walk) with plenty of bars and restaurants. Walmart, etc. in tax-free NH is about 10 minutes away, and the nearest grocery store is less than a mile away. Plenty of safe, on-street parking right outside the house. Getting AroundThere are bus stops just down the road, the train is about 2 miles away, about 45 minute drive to center of Boston, 30 minutes to Hampton Beach in New Hampshire or Salisbury Beach in Mass, and about 3 hours to the White Mountains in New Hampshire. That's why we love it here, we're in the middle of all the best stuff!
