This brand new large family home sits atop a 3,000 sqm property with sweeping views of the Wilson Inlet and Mount Shadforth. As you drive into this newly developed private estate (Springdale Beach) you pass between cows roaming in neighbouring paddocks and a pine forrest on the other side. The 5 bedroom house was recently completed with premium building materials such as double glazed glass, polished hardwood floors and granite benchtops with a commercial oven. The house sleeps 10 comfortably. A large king in the master bedroom, with 4 twin rooms, for a total of five bedrooms. The house has three separate living/lounge areas as well as the balcony and alfresco in order to unwind. Pick fresh herbs from the oak barrells next just outside the kitchen, and on the other side a flourishing vegetable patch has large zucchini, tomatoes, lettuce and chilli growing. Please note: The house is strictly no smoking and no pets. What to do in Denmark The Munda Bindi trail (Mountain Bike equivalent of Bibbulum track) passes in front of the house and inlet. This trail follows the inlet over a disused rail track right into the town. Home of the famous Denmark Bakery, several cafes (including my favourites Mrs Jones and Ravens) and other shops. Denmark is home to some of WA's best beaches for relaxing, surfing and fishing. - Ocean Beach (Learning to Surf) - Lights Beach (Fishing, Surfing, Walking) - Greens Pool / Elephant Rock (Swimming) - Parrys (4wd, Fishing, Surfing) Many of the local wineries serve lunch, and in the summer they do dinner on Friday. The two breweries offer dinner most nights, Boston Brewery (walking distance to the house and Southern End). Denmark is conveniently located between the Valley of the Giants to the west towards Walpole with the treetop walk a must do attraction and the Stirling Ranges and Porongurups to east near Mt Barker and Albany. The SpaceAs our caretakers cottage you do share this 10ac bush block with us with the main house 100m away. Peace and tranquillity is assured with the only noise being the gentle thud of our family of kangaroos hopping around, the cackling chooks each morning and the many birds. Fully self contained. We lived here while we built our house Guest AccessYou have access to our entire block including the beach which you access via our garden. The big shed is the only place off limits. Interaction with GuestsWe welcome you and then leave you completely in peace. You will hear us come and go from our house tho. The NeighborhoodWe have a peaceful neighbourhood with just a couple of homes scattered in the bush at the end of the road and we hardly ever see or hear neighbours. We are a bike ride from town which is a beautiful ride on the Nornalup Heritage trail. Other Things to NoteWe rely completely on rain water, so over summer the lawns dry off; and we would love it if you use water wisely and restrict your shower times a little.
