The SpaceIt is a very peaceful & quiet place away from all the hustle & bustle yet only 15-20 minutes to town. Built in 2007, it is an open floor plan with hardwood floors in living area, tile in bathroom and carpet in bedroom. The living area includes a leather couch & chair, 32" high definition TV with DVR & 210 Directv channels, DVD with over 100 movies, and CD player. The kitchen has a granite countertop, microwave drawer, five burner cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, & in garage a washer/dryer & refrigerator/freezer. Large bathroom with custom tile, sink, & shower. Very comfortable new queen bed with high end furnishings. A/C and cozy gas fireplace stove. Private balcony with propane BBQ, chaise, table & chairs for viewing the very beautiful scenery of pine trees, deer & rabbits in the yard. Maybe even an elk or moose! Gated entry - very private. Daily, weekly and monthly rates available. We are about 25 minutes from the CDA Resort & golf course, Lake Coeur d'Alene & the beach. There are about 10 other golf courses in the area. We are about 40 minutes from Silverwood Theme Park. CDA has outdoor concerts in RIVERSTONE where you can take a picnic & enjoy the music. We are about an hour from Silver Mountain in Kellogg where they have mountain bike trails, concerts & many great events. Sandpoint is about another hour north & is a great little town to visit. You will love Coeur d'Alene with its friendly people, beautiful weather & great summer events. The Coeur d'Alene area, being situated on the western edge of the Rocky Mountains, gets just enough rain to stay green but we still get mostly sunny days. Since Coeur d'Alene is in the mountains at about 2300 feet elevation, our summers are very comfortable. Most days are in the upper 70's or lower 80's with only about 10 to 15 days per year in the 90's. There is much to do in North Idaho. We have 3 large lakes, Lake Coeur d'Alene, Hayden Lake and Lake Pend Oreille. On a summer day you will find much of our population enjoying boating, sailing, fishing, rowing, water skiing and riding their jet skis. We also have many smaller lakes, some of which freeze for a few weeks in the winter and are popular for ice skating and ice fishing. You will also find many concerts, plays, movie theaters and the northwest largest theme park, Silverwood. Some of the most popular sports in this area are camping, hunting, fishing, hiking, biking, rock climbing, river rafting, snow skiing, X-country skiing, snowboarding and world class golfing. North Idaho has some of the best snow skiing areas in the country and lift tickets cost a small portion of what you would pay in some other places. North Idaho also has 3 beautiful bike paths. The "Trail of the Coeur d'Alenes" is a 72 mile long trail built on an old Rail Road right of way. You ride through a beautiful valley, then along the South shore of Lake Coeur d'Alene, through Heyburn State Park to the town of Harrison where you will find 3 places to eat and a bicycle shop. After Harrison the trail winds through a mixture of small farms and wetlands in the Chain Lakes Region where you will see an abundance of wildlife. The last leg takes you into the Silver Valley and ends in the small town of Mullan. There is a trail head with a restroom and a parking area about every 10 to 15 miles, so you don't need to do the whole trail in one day. The "Trail of the Hiawatha" ( also built on an old railroad) starts in Wallace Idaho and proceeds through tunnels and high bridges into Montana. The Centennial Trail is 60 miles long and begins at Higgins Point on Lake Coeur d'Alene and goes through the towns of Coeur d'Alene and Post Falls. This section is heavily used by walkers and skaters in addition to bikers. Beginning just west of Coeur d'Alene the trail follows the Spokane River into washington State and ends somewhere west of Spokane. North Idaho also has many unique features. In front of the "Coeur d'Alene Resort" is the worlds longest floating boardwalk. The worlds longest tram is from the town of Kellog up the side of Silver Mountain. The St. Joe River, flowing from Montana to Lake Coeur d'Alene near the town of St.Maries Idaho, is the worlds highest elevation navigable river. The upper St.Joe is famous for it's great fly fishing. The Rathdrum Aquifer supplies water to most of the population of Kootenai County Idaho and Spokane County Washington and is said to be the worlds fastest flowing underground river. The SpaceWe have traveled to over 50 countries, and every time we pick up some sort of artifact to display at the vacation home! The house is a mini international museum. If you look closely throughout, you'll find Delft Ware porcelein from Holland, a piece of the Berlin wall, a 3,000 year old ruin from the Karnak temple of Egypt, an Ostrich egg, a Hopi Indian basket, a Chinese violin, a Balinese carved Komodo dragon, the horn of a Kudu, a piece of Rome, a piece of Prague, a stair banister from a German castle and more! We have art displayed from local artists, and reproductions of all the greats-Monet, Manet, Picasso, Van Gogh, Degas, Cezanne, and much more. Have fun exploring the house, but don't forget about Coeur d' Alene! We have been to some of the worlds most famous lakes-Lake Bled of Slovenia, Lake Powell, and even the lakes of Northern Italy, and can honestly say that none compare to the beauty of Coeur d' alene. Just a short 5 min walk from the house, you will find world class swimming holes! Guest AccessThe main home contains 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and was completely remodeled in 2012! It has a large living area, family room, built in dining nook, kitchen, laundry, sitting parlor, and comfortably sleeps ten. This house offers either 4 twin size mattress, or can be made to 2 King size mattresses, 1 Queen size pillow top mattress, a full size bed, and two hide-a-beds in the family room. A crib is also available on request. In addition, directly behind, in the same yard, is a quaint, and lovely, craftsman-style guest house-great for the kids or couples wanting extra privacy. This cottage has 1 separate Bedroom, 1 Bath, sleeps 4, a full kitchen, dining nook, double closets, and laundry room. The bedroom has a very comfortable queen bed, and the living area a luxury futon. It was remodeled recently with hardwood flooring, romantic fireplace, granite-style counter tops, newer appliances, mosaic tile bathroom, and elaborate Craftsman inspired wood trim. *Please Note: the cottage house is available only with the larger house from Memorial day through Labor day (May-Sept) The house’s have a Flat screen HD television, DVD, VCR, Nintendo Wii, Free-Wifi, wireless printer, large video library, book library, complete sound system, microwave, toaster oven, coffee machine, stove top, oven, washer, dryer, gas fireplace, pots, pans, dishes, gas grill, outdoor fireplace, cooking and eating utensils. The tree-lined neighborhood is quiet with a church across from the house. However just down the road are two great pubs, a community park, bike rental shop, and a neighborhood grocery. Ideally located within just blocks of everything-Beach, Golf, Boating, Hiking, fishing spots, cliff diving, city marina, river, hiking trails, biking trails, para sailing, batting cages, tennis, theater, ice cream shops, shopping, city parks, pubs, grocery, Coeur d' Alene Lake Resort, restaurants, and public transportation. Close to Silverwood theme park. You will never get bored, and if for some odd reason you do, we have plenty of ideas for you. We love to share the local secrets with our guests! Getting AroundJust your feet are all that is needed, however if you want to get there a little quicker one of the complimentary bicycles can come in handy. However if your interested in going to the casino, there is a bus stop just a few blocks away. Guest AccessThis Rental Agreement and Contract (the “Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement made and entered into as of the Reservation Date written below by and between the undersigned person(s) or company (the “Guest”) and the undersigned owner, manager or agent (“Rental Agent”), pursuant to which the Guest has agreed to rent the residence described below (the “Property”), for the duration of the Rental Term for the Total Rental Fee and other good and valuable consideration as described herein. OCCUPANCY Guest agrees that no more than [Max Guests] persons shall be permitted on the Property at any time during the Rental Term, all of whom shall comply with the conditions and restrictions imposed upon Guest under this Agreement. CONDITION AND USE OF PROPERTY The Property is provided in “as is” condition. Rental Agent shall use its best efforts to ensure the operation of all amenities in the Property, such as internet access, satellite or cable TV access or hot tubs, fireplaces as applicable. Rental Agent shall not be held responsible for such items failure to work, but will make every effort to correct any issues as reported as quickly as possible. Guest acknowledges that use of amenities such as hot tubs, pools, spas, fireplaces, decks, and the like may be potentially dangerous and involve potential risks if improperly used, particularly with regard to children and such use is at the Guest’s own risk. DEFAULT If Guest should fail to comply with the conditions and obligations of this Agreement, Guest shall surrender the Property, remove all Guest’s property and belongings and leave the Property in good order and free of damage. No refund of any portion of the Total Rental Fee shall be made and if any legal action is necessary, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reimbursement from the other party for all costs incurred. ASSIGNMENT OR SUBLEASE Guest shall not assign or sublease the Property or permit the use of any portion of the Property by other persons who are not family members or guests of the Guest and included within the number of and as permitted occupants under this Agreement. RISK OF LOSS AND INDEMNIFICATION Guest agrees that all personal property, furnishings, personal affects and other items brought into the Property by Guest or their permitted guests and visitors shall be at the sole risk of Guest with regard to any theft, damage, destruction or other loss and Rental Agent shall not be responsible or liable for any reason whatsoever. Guest hereby covenants and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Rental Agent and their agents, owners, successors, employees and contractors from and against any costs, damages, liabilities, claims, legal fees and other actions for any damages, costs, attorneys fees incurred by Guest, permitted guests, visitors or agents, representatives or successors of Guest due to any claims relating to destruction of property or injury to persons or loss of life sustained by Guest or family and visitors of Guest in or about the Property and Guest expressly agrees to save and hold Rental Agent harmless in all such cases. RELEASE Guest hereby waives and releases any claims against Rental Agent, the Property owner and their successors, assigns, employees or representatives, officially or otherwise, for any injuries or death that may be sustained by Guest on or near or adjacent to the Property, including any common facilities, activities or amenities. Guest agrees to use any such facilities or amenities entirely at the Guest’s own initiative, risk and responsibility. ENTRY AND INSPECTION Rental Agent reserves the right to enter the Property at reasonable times and with reasonable advance notice for the purposes of inspecting the Property or showing the Property to prospective purchasers, renters or other authorized persons. If Rental Agent has a reasonable belief that there is imminent danger to any person or property, Rental Agent may enter the Property without advance notice. UNAVAILABILITY OF PROPERTY In the event the Property is not available for use during the Rental Term due to reasons, events or circumstances beyond the control of Rental Agent, Rental Agent will apply due diligence and good faith efforts to locate a replacement property that equals or exceeds the Property with respect to occupancy capacity, location and value that meets the reasonable satisfaction of the Guest. If such replacement property cannot be found and made available, Rental Agent shall immediately return all payments made by the Guest, whereupon this Agreement shall be terminated and Guest and Rental Agent shall have no further obligations or liabilities in any manner pertaining to this Agreement. Non-Dispargement Clause: Please do not discuss or disclose the occupancy of the subject property with any entity not bound by the terms of this agreement without the expressed written authorization of the homeowner and the property agent representing the homeowner. Any violation could result in financial harm which will be subjected to recovery to the homeowner. ADDITIONAL TERMS TO THE RENAL AGREEMENT In addition to the standard terms included herein, Guest acknowledges and agrees that the following additional terms and conditions apply to the Guest’s rental of the Property: GENERAL PROVISIONS This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties with regard to the rental of the Property, and any changes, amendments or modifications hereof shall be void unless the same are in writing and signed by both the Guest and the Rental Agent. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. The words “Rental Agent” and “Guest” shall include their respective heirs, successors, representatives. The waiver or failure to enforce any breach or provision of this Agreement shall not be considered a waver of that or any other provision in any subsequent breach thereof. If any provision herein is held invalid, the remainder of the Agreement shall not be affected. Any notice required to be given under this Agreement shall be in writing and sent to the contact information included herein. The SpaceOur Check in times are between 3:00 and 7:00 PM We are an Historic Inn, and there is no other restaurant and B and B like it in our area. Our food and drinks are award-winning many times over. Our guests can enjoy the proximity of downtown without the traffic and noise of downtown and all that it has to offer. Guest AccessOur overnight guests have their own lounge and deck area. They are always welcome in the restaurant on days that we are open on the main floor. All of our rooms have queen beds and private baths, however we are really not set up for more than two people in a room. Interaction with GuestsOur staff interacts with them quite a bit. At check in, with tours, and of course, over dinner, if they so choose. We can be very helpful in recommending places to go to while they are here if they ask. The NeighborhoodQuiet and with many trees, we welcome our guests into a surprisingly private setting. Getting AroundWe are not really on a bus line. However, we are four blocks from downtown, art galleries, restaurants and shopping, five blocks from the Lake and the City Park, and six blocks from the Library. We love walking around to see the sights. Other Things to NoteThis house has a very rich history. First a boarding house, then a bordello, then a men's rooming house, then owned by Northern Pacific Railway, then owned by Health and Welfare, then owned by a group of nuns who lived here, and finally 30 years ago, we purchased it!

The SpaceUnit faces the garden and is nice and light. The upstairs bedroom has a queen size bed. Includes the sun room - I also call it the international room. I love to travel and have it decorated with those momentos. It opens onto the patio which is yours to use as well. This room also has a queen size futon for up to 2 more guests. Guest AccessGuests have access to garage storage & off street parking outside. Laundry is available for your use. Arrangements can be made to share kitchen. My office area is the only off limit area, but I do have Wifi for your use. Interaction with GuestsYou can have your privacy, since the unit is addition at back of home. - but we like to socialize if you desire. We live in the front of the home. I also have 2 cats who you probably won't see much of! The NeighborhoodNice older neighborhood with lots of trees and close to everything. Please give us an opportunity to earn your business! This town home has 2 bedroom 1 bath with a large living area. Each master bedroom has a queen bed, and the spare bedrooms are arranged with a twin/full bunk bed. Sleep one on the top and two on the bottom bunk. The large living area also is furnished with a premier futon and mattress, comfortably accommodating 7. In addition there is a full kitchen completely stocked with all the necessities, a laundry area, and dining area. Best of all you can enjoy what N. Idaho is most famous for-the outdoors! The house has a large yard, perfect for kids, and outdoor dining and cooking area. Guest AccessThe house is furnished with a Flat screen HD television, DVD player, Nintendo Wii, Free-Wifi, Netflix account, large video library, book library, microwave, toaster oven, coffee machine, stove top, oven, washer, dryer, fireplace, pots, pans, dishes, gas grill, cooking and eating utensils. Also available with the rental is the use of a sit atop kayak, fishing poles, 3 adult bikes, and 4 kid bikes. Please notify us in advance if you would like to take advantage of these amenities. Interaction with GuestsAs much or as little as needed to insure that they have a wonderful stay. The NeighborhoodJust a block away is a newly remodeled park-complete with basketball courts, playground equipment, and picnic perfect gazebo's. A block in the other direction and is a wonderful neighborhood botanical garden. A few more blocks and you'll find a convenient grocery store, a famous ice cream parlor, and a breakfast restaurant featured on the Food Network, and of course our wonderful lake! Enjoy the great location of the Garden District. Within walking distance of all the best attractions! Everything that Coeur d Alene has to offer is near by! Dining, pubs, Coeur d' Alene resort Golf Course, beach, public parks, basketball courts, baseball diamonds, running trails, hiking trails, cliff diving, boat launch, fly-fishing, canoe/kayak rentals, para sailing, playground equipment, grocery, public transport to casinos, and SilverWood theme park. Getting AroundYour feet is all that is needed to see 90% of the areas attractions, however there is a bus stop nearby with drops to Silverwood and the Casino among others. The SpaceThis is a cozy bungalow that sleeps 2 in a queen size bed. The main bedroom is in the finished basement. There are no facilities for small children or pets. Additional guests may be negotiable. Let me know what your needs are. There are cozy seating areas inside and out, a big screen TV in the living room with a DVD player, and a wonderful queen size bed in the bedroom on the lower level. Plenty of closet and dresser space and a seating/reading area in the bedroom. There is no AC but the house is well insulated and there is a swamp pad cooler available if it gets really hot. There is a massage table/room and info about local licensed therapists who will come to the house. Wifi is available. Guest AccessYou will have access to the whole house except for a private office area, the owners personal space. The yard is mostly fenced (privacy fencing) in the back with a gas grill and ample seating if you have guests. Interaction with GuestsGuests will be met at check-in and given the keys or given complete instructions for self-check-in depending on arrival time etc. The owner will be available for directions and info about the area in person or by cell phone. Guests will leave the key as instructed at check-out. The NeighborhoodThis is a nice residential neighborhood with families and children around. Please be respectful of noise ordinances (quiet from 10 pm to 7 am) and local on- street parking ordinances. There is ample parking on the premises for several cars or a car and a boat trailer. If you are bringing bikes arrangements can be made for lockable access to the garage. Arrangements may be possible for up to two additional overnight guests at $15 per guest. This would be a queen size comfortable blow up mattress. Must be prearranged and approved. The house is about a mile from the center of downtown Coeur d'Alene and Lake Coeur d'Alene. Downtown offers shopping, art galleries, antiques, dining, coffee shops, water sports, hiking beaches and boating. Winter sports are accessible within a short drive as well. Getting AroundPublic transportation is minimal. There is a city-link bus service to and from the casino and between local municipalities. Coeur d'Alene is becoming a nice community to bike around. (Bike lanes are not everywhere, but we're getting better!) Other Things to NoteThere are beach chairs, beach towels (please don't take bath towels to the beach) and other equipment like small coolers etc. Please let the owner know if you plan to be using these items and you will be shown where to find them. There is a barbecue grill and cushions for the outside seating during summer visits.

Coeur d'Alene Resort & Docks are within your view from two southeastern bedrooms. There is so much more you can do and see within a 10 to 15 minute walk including hiking Tubbs Hill, wandering through the many Downtown Art Galleries, enjoying the Summer Theatre season on North Idaho College campus, and many other events, such as plays, concerts (including the Coeur d'Alene Symphony) and lectures throughout the year, beach volleyball on the shores of the college beach, outdoor tennis courts on campus, the college library and our beautiful new Coeur d'Alene City Library. Bike trails are also only a few blocks away for a ride along the Spokane River or the shore of Lake Coeur d'Alene. During the summer there are concerts in City Park every Sunday. Bring a blanket and have a picnic only steps away from your home while enjoying these concerts. The Park also features a playground for the kids that they will truly enjoy. The SpaceNew queen beds in the upper bedrooms, basement has two twins in one room and a king bed in the knotty pine room. Washer dryer, wifi, large flat screen TV in separate TV area, loaner folding chairs and coolers. Both bathrooms have just been redone and the claw-foot tub downstairs makes into a shower. I frankly love the new walk in shower upstairs. Fenced yard for dogs or kids and yes that great hot tub is wonderful cause our evenings are often cool. Guest AccessYou have a complete kitchen, bar b q, bedding and towels as well as a lovely front porch to watch the world from. Great for morning coffee or evening beverage of your choice. The extra outside dinning area is very sweet. Interaction with GuestsI'll be there to check you in and answer any questions you may have. I'd like to share my maps and special dinning places with you. The NeighborhoodCDA is a wonderful friendly place. My Sander's Beach area is perfectly located 10 minute walk from the lake and the downtown. This home is half a block from the bike route and one block from the marathon course. Just can't beat it. Getting AroundWalking is the way. Everything is close. I have a couple spare bikes you are welcome to use if you prefer. Other Things to Note$500 a night 4 night min. $150 cleaning fee. $500 returnable deposit. Pay half when you register, plus the deposit and pay the other half upon arrival. Cancelations. Full refund if your space is filled.

The SpaceWelcome to Wild Turkey Crossing! When our new sidewalk was going in, a family of Wild Turkeys decided to walk through the freshly poured concrete, leaving permanent turkey tracks. We love them and consider them to be good luck!!!! Those tracks set our house apart... but that is not what makes it special. Its all about location, location, location! Close to everything downtown. Clean, new appliances, with a custom built spiral staircase leading to the extra loft space. A nice bistro set is out on the upper deck to enjoy a glass of wine or coffee and a great view of downtown. It is simply one of the best remodels in downtown CDA. Guest AccessGuests will have access to upper and lower deck, right side of driveway, washer/dryer. Up to four (4) peddle bikes may be available upon request. We can be there to let you in and get you situated and give you guidelines for the beautiful city of Coeur d'Alene! The NeighborhoodSander's Beach area is a great neighborhood close to the lake and downtown. Centrally located to shopping, restaurants, the lake and so much more. The house also boasts 24 hour video surveillance for that extra feeling of security. Getting AroundThe bus stop is two blocks north on Mullen. Coeur d'Alene is a 45 minute drive from Spokane International Airport. Other Things to NoteUnlike some homes on AirBnB, our rental is 100% dedicated to short term stays and is not used as a full/part time residence.
