And it's just a short drive to the famous Swan Valley wine region! Deluxe continental breakfast supplies are provided, including fresh eggs from our chooks, homemade bread, honey from our bees, tea/coffee, fruit, cereal, & preserves. Children MUST be supervised by an adult at all times. There is open water on our property, sharp metal artwork materials, and a very friendly dog who likes to give kisses.

The SpaceThis is a cosy private bedroom with Double bed, bedside table, built in robes, and desk inside the main house with adjoining bathroom. The location details and amenities being the same as my other listing apart from this being a smaller room. SO the kitchen is available for preparation of light meals etc. Wireless internet, washing machine and two bicycles are also available if you need to use them. The rooms overlook a natural ecosystem pool, which you're welcome to use if you don't mind sharing with the fish and frogs, with views to rural property with horses etc. Set in a peaceful environment on 1 acre of land. It's a 3 minute walk to the bus stop and tennis courts and 15 minutes to the train station. .Our local satellite city center is a leisurely 25 min walk as is the Historic town of Guildford with its many restaurants and cafes - your starting point to exploring the Swan Valley's numerous wineries, restaurants and other attractions. Perth city CBD is a short 20min drive away. Guest AccessA separate shower and toilet are for guest use only. I also have another spare bedroom with a futon available if two people are coming and don't want to share a bed! You will have access to your own toilet and bathroom. Getting AroundMy place is close to the airport - about a 10 minute drive. It usually costs around $25 for a taxi to the airport. It is also a 5 minute walk from a bus stop. Other Things to NoteMy place would be a good place for FIFO workers to stay before or after fly out day and I may be able to arrange for you to leave your car in the drive way for $5 a day while your away.

This home is very close to the new St John of God Midland Public Hospital, if you are here for an exchange of work from inter-state or you are from the country for treatment, this home is ideal.
